It Became More Trouble Than Profit
A report from the Newark Advocate in Ohio. “In June, the average sale price of a Licking County home was $310,437. In June of 2020, home sales averaged $250,453. Since the average sale price dropped from $310,437 in June, to 279,347 in July, does that mean the housing bubble has burst and prices will continue to decline? ‘I think it depends on the price range and condition of the house,’ said agent Carol Marr. ‘It’s slowed down a bit, but it typically slows down this time of year.'”
From Westword on Colorado. “According to Veronica Collin of Fresco Real Estate, the appraisal gap is the reason that so many sales fall apart at the last minute. ‘We saw one in five houses come back on the market in metro Denver because of the appraisal gap,’ she says of dashed deals in recent months. In such scenarios, she adds, ‘sellers have to start over — and hopefully in this market, they’ll have a backup offer and it isn’t all that painful for them.'”
From WTOP News in Virginia. “When it comes to housing prices and sales, red-hot Arlington County cooled a bit last month compared to last summer. NVAR reports the median price of a home that sold in Arlington County last month was 9% lower than a year ago, and the average number of days on the market, or how long it took to sell a home, was up 35% compared to last July. There are also more properties on the market in Northern Virginia. Total active listings are 14.6% higher than a year ago. A forward-looking gauge also shows moderating buyer demand in Northern Virginia. ‘We began experiencing this moderation in activity ever since the July Fourth weekend,’ said NVAR President Derrick Swaak.”
The Reporter Telegram in Texas. “Midland ranked second in the nation in terms of percentage of home listings with price reductions, according to a Realtor.com report. The report showed Midland trailed only Des Moines, Iowa, on the list of ’10 cities where sellers are slashing home prices.’ The percentage of home listings in Midland was 28 percent. The median list price in July in Midland County, according to the report, was still $330,050. Toledo, Ohio; Metairie, Louisiana; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; rounded out the top five cities.”
“The Reporter-Telegram emailed the Permian Basin Board of Realtors for a comment but didn’t receive a response. Chris Beckett, broker and owner at Pine & Beckett Realtors in Midland, is quoted in the report that he ‘cuts prices on his listings every seven to 10 days.'”
From Hometown Station in California. “Although the market experienced a huge challenge for the past year, experts agree that recovery–or cooling down–is bound to happen, even for a little. San Diego real estate expert Kimo Quance warned buyers not to be too eager and grab seemingly lower prices right now, as the market is ‘still cooling down.’ This means that they may look to be lowering down, but things can see a better situation in the future.”
From North Jersey. “Elena Walczyk had a buyer lined up to purchase the mobile home in Cape May County that she and her husband had rented out for years. But when Walczyk, 59, gave her tenant notice to terminate their lease about four months ago, the tenant stopped paying her $350 monthly rent and water bills, Walczyk said, estimating the renter now owes more than $2,100.”
“Walczyk depended on that rental income not only to pay the nearly $1,400 property tax bill, $599 yearly in insurance, $640 yearly for sewer costs and around $45 a month for utilities. After paying the bills, she and her husband usually earned $200 a month profit on the property, but only that’s if they didn’t have to make repairs. Costs kept piling up, such as replacing electric cable or rebuilding the deck after it burned down. ‘It became more trouble than profit,’ Walczyk said.”
The New York Post. “Jennifer Lopez is still having trouble unloading her $25 million Manhattan penthouse — which has been on the market for nearly four years now, The Post has learned. Lopez, 52, first listed the property in October 2017 for $26.95 million — three years after she initially purchased the duplex penthouse in Flatiron for $20.16 million, property records show. In 2019, without any offers, the home took a $1.96 million price cut. Still, however, it wasn’t enough to entice a buyer and the home remains for sale today.”
The Vashon Beachcomber in Washington. “Unable to sell all of Misty Isle Farms to a single buyer despite more than a decade of intermittent effort, the owners of the sprawling Vashon estate are now having some success selling it off in pieces. In 2007, the entire estate was listed for a whopping $125 million, making the Vashon ranch tied as the second most expensive single-family property listing in the United States. As the Great Recession hit and years passed, the asking price dropped dramatically – to $43 million in 2014, then $28 million in 2017, before the owners decided to market the property in smaller pieces.”
“Portions of the estate east of Old Mill are not listed for sale. Windermere realtor Linda Bianchi said she did not know the reason this property wasn’t listed. ‘Perhaps the family could choose to keep it,’ she said.”

Granite Bay, CA Housing Prices Crater 15% On Soaring Mortgage And Appraisal Fraud Across Sacramento Area

’10 cities where sellers are slashing home prices.’
‘Prices continue to rise in some of Portland’s most popular neighborhoods, especially in the northern part of the city. Overall though, the market here is stabilizing, says Tim Saeland, an associate with Re/Max Equity Group in the city. “I have seen more price reductions in the past month to month and a half than we have in a long time,” Saeland says.’
‘This is largely due to sellers realizing they overpriced their homes and their expectations were too high.’

ORLANDO, Florida — A Tesla driving in autopilot mode slammed into a Florida Highway Patrol cruiser on an interstate near downtown Orlando and narrowly missed its driver, who had pulled over to assist a disabled vehicle.
Earlier this month, the U.S. government opened a formal investigation into Tesla’s Autopilot partially automated driving system after a series of similar collisions with parked emergency vehicles.

This has gotta stop
Enough is enough
I can’t take this BS any longer
It’s gone far enough
If you wanna claim my soul
You’ll have to come and break down this door
I knew that something was going on wrong
When you started laying down the law
I can’t move my hands
I break out in sweat
I wanna cry
Can’t take it anymore
This has gotta stop
Enough is enough
I can’t take this BS any longer
It’s gone far enough
If you wanna claim my soul
You’ll have to come and break down this door
I’ve been around
Long long time
Seen it all

You’ll have to come and break down this door

What’s left for them

Could be the southbound train
Lord, please help them with their load

If it’s any help, the pro-vax libs are worse than the vaccine refusers. I just p-o’d one mother (two kids under 12) in a major way when I said that this vaccine is unlike the vaccines we’re used to. She huffed that vaccine refusers are endangering her children. I said, yeah, well, vaccinated people are endangering her children too. She didn’t like the sound of that at all, and hung up on me.

Dear Eric Clapton, I’m writing from Germany-please excuse me, because my English is not so good.
I want to thank you for this new song, for your courage and for your standing. I am very sad about what is happening in the whole world. To live in Germany is terrible and horrible in these times – if you’re not vaccinated, you can’t live here because people will be isolated from public life. I’m not vaccinated and I don’t wear a mask-I have a certificate from my doctor. The consequence was that I lost my job. What’s happening in the world is a new facism, I think. We Germans actually have a special responsibility because of our history. It is all the more frightening what happens here in Germany-I would never have thought that and it makes me very sad. We all now have to fight for our freedom and fundamental rights. Your song can help for doing this. God bless you, Mr. Clapton. You are a great artist.

A $35K fine for sixty people who gathered in an “illegal” church worship in Sydney. A group of rescue dogs that were shot by a local council so that rescue center staff would not travel to pick them up under the guise of Covid restrictions. Police firing rubber bullets at lockdown protestors. Despotic state premiers refusing the prime minister’s call to reopen once 80% vaccination rates are achieved. Homes of Covid sufferers in South Australia to be marked so that their neighbors can rat them out to police if they breach tyrannical stay at home orders. Celebrities offered cash payments by government to promote the pro-vaccine propaganda line. The military ordered onto Sydney streets.

And I will be part of the re-population effort:
Dr. Strangelove: I would not rule out the chance to preserve a nucleus of human specimens. It would be quite easy…heh, heh…at the bottom of ah…some of our deeper mine shafts. Radioactivity would never penetrate a mine some thousands of feet deep, and in a matter of weeks, sufficient improvements in dwelling space could easily be provided.
Muffley: How long would you have to stay down there?
Dr. Strangelove: Well let’s see now ah…cobalt thorium G….Radioactive half-life of uh,…I would think that uh… possibly uh… one hundred years.
Muffley: You mean, people could actually stay down there for a hundred years?
Dr. Strangelove: It would not be difficult, Mein Führer! Nuclear reactors could, heh…I’m sorry, Mr. President. Nuclear reactors could provide power almost indefinitely. Greenhouses could maintain plant life. Animals could be bred and slaughtered. A quick survey would have to be made of all the available mine sites in the country, but I would guess that dwelling space for several hundred thousands of our people could easily be provided.
Muffley: Well, I, I would hate to have to decide…who stays up and…who goes down.
Dr. Strangelove: Well, that would not be necessary, Mr. President. It could easily be accomplished with a computer. And a computer could be set and programmed to accept factors from youth, health, sexual fertility, intelligence, and a cross-section of necessary skills. Of course, it would be absolutely vital that our top government and military men be included to foster and impart the required principles of leadership and tradition. Naturally, they would breed prodigiously, eh? There would be much time, and little to do. Ha, ha. But ah, with the proper breeding techniques and a ratio of say, ten females to each male, I would guess that they could then work their way back to the present Gross National Product within say, twenty years.
Muffley: But look here doctor, wouldn’t this nucleus of survivors be so grief-stricken and anguished that they’d, well, envy the dead and not want to go on living?
Dr. Strangelove: No, sir…excuse me…When they go down into the mine, everyone would still be alive. There would be no shocking memories, and the prevailing emotion will be one of nostalgia for those left behind, combined with a spirit of bold curiosity for the adventure ahead! [involuntarily gives the Nazi salute and forces it down with his other hand] Ahhh!
Turgidson: Doctor, you mentioned the ratio of ten women to each man. Now, wouldn’t that necessitate the abandonment of the so-called monogamous sexual relationship, I mean, as far as men were concerned?
Dr. Strangelove: Regrettably, yes. But it is, you know, a sacrifice required for the future of the human race. I hasten to add that since each man will be required to do prodigious…service along these lines, the women will have to be selected for their sexual characteristics which will have to be of a highly stimulating nature.
Russian Ambassador: I must confess, you have an astonishingly good idea there, Doctor.

I also blame Biden for many deaths , destruction, mayhem and chaos. Biden is not representing the Citizens of the United States of America. He’s a treasonous enemy of the State that got in by a criminally rigged election.
Biden represents the Globlist Monopoly Corporate Government Dictorship take over of US and other Countries.
The Big Pharmacy Monopoly is using Medical Tyranny as a weapon of mass destruction of rights . The insanity of this unjustified Panademic , based on medical fraud. The conspiracy of Monopoly Media being fake and censoring dispute and facts to deceive the Public into compliance on the massive harm of Global lockdowns and outrageously harmful medical expierments on the people.
They want a vaccine passport World where they can inject you with whatever they want, or suffer some kind of punishment like job loss, can’t engage in commerce, or at worse camps they are building to deal with the non compliant.
They are asserting that a pandemic that only is a threat to a small fraction of the Population supersedes all constitutional protections and that the dictates of Monopolies with corrupted Government Health Authorities can supersede all Standing law under the guide of a health emergency. That there would be no check and balance on such edicts of Health Authorities.
Where the people are actually put under burden of proof that their rights are being violated rather than the Health Authorities proving their assault on liberties being justified.
If you had a Panademic that was truly a threat to the globe you would not need suppression and censorship of news , meds. that work suppression, or the massive deception and fear mongering and fake PCR testing. Medical Fraud of epic destruction used to usher in a Dictorship by Monopolies working in collusion , also with Foreign enemies.
All this was pre planned as a weapon of take over.
No choice but to not comply with this fraud. Even if you took the vaccine, why would you want the medical monopoly to control your life and be able to mandate your rights and liberties .
A Cat 5 hurricane hitting the Gulf Coast would be just the ticket to distract national attention from the debacle in Afghanistan, although we will once again be treated to the spectacle of mind-boggling incompetence as Democrat governors, mayors, and municipal officials all fail miserably in their duties to prepare for and respond to predictable natural disasters.
911 GOES DOWN in New Orleans as Hurricane Ida is set to become worst storm ever to hit Louisiana on 16th anniversary of Katrina with 150mph winds and 16 foot storm surges sparking fears city’s levees could fail
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9937503/Fears-Hurricane-Ida-BREACH-New-Orleans-levees-16th-anniversary-Katrina.html
As Louisiana braces itself for its worst hurricane on record as Ida approaches with a 17 mile eye, 9-1-1 experienced technical difficulties Sunday as wind gusts reached up to 165mph and storm surges of 16 feet on the 16th anniversary of Katrina.
Service has since been restored, but the storm – whose winds have hit 150mph, with gusts of up to 165mph – is on the verge of becoming a Category 5 hurricane, amid fears it could be the strongest to ever hit the southern state.
I think the Biden admin will do better than the Bush admin did years ago. But if those levies break again, they’ll blame it on Bush-era post-Katrina engineering.
What’s the over/under on them blaming Trump for the climate change that caused Ida?
What’s the over/under on them blaming Trump for the climate change that caused Ida?
It will be interesting to see if he is blamed.
I am Not sure if Trump will be blamed now but If he was still President, Climate Change would be the cause of the Hurricane, & Trump would be blamed.
I haven’t been keeping up closely, but it appears that New Orleans itself is faring far better than during Katrina. The electricity is out, but the levees held. It was the flooding that caused all of the damage and bad news last time. The news said electricity will out “for a week or more.” A week? That’s pretty good. Entergy is keeping the critical pumps and sewage plants alive with generators, which can be refilled if necessary.
There’s some flooding and damage in a couple outlying towns, but honestly, that’s to be expected. I’ve had occasion to drive through the area. It’s basically one continual flood.
New Orleans is one big C R A T E R
The reality of Katrina is that the Bush administration did fine (and IIRC, so did the LA governor).
The mayor of New Orleans and the MSM, on the other hand, did not do their jobs well.

So right, why does the enemy get to define the language. Its 1984Ish to take away ability to think.
Also I’m thinking the vaccines need to be banned now. Nobody taking the vaccine thought they would become super spreaders of Covid. We should just treat the vaccinated with the meds now and not give anymore of the shots
Nobody thought taking the shot would be able to transmit the disease, which defeats the purpose of a vaccine to prevent disease to begin with..
Welcome to no freedom , even if you get the shot.

Private Party Monopoly take over isn’t exactly Communist rule like in China.
It’s more like a oligarchy, than Communism because under Communism the Government would own all means of production and private property.
Under Private Party Monopolies owning and controlling private property and means of production and Government just enforces their dictates , that’s a Oligarchy Dictorship in the hands of the few.
These Entities have already shown their true colors in the death , destruction and fraud they employ to get their agenda of a take over Dictorship.
Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates, Dr Fauci , Biden, etc all part of a scheme to take over US.
US Citizen Majority didn’t vote for this, and that is why they stole the election.
And even the people that did vote for Biden obviously don’t even have a clue they are voting for Monopolies to dictate their life , and they won’t get the promises and bribes in the long run.
The Biden regime has given a green light to every would-be illegal immigrant in the Western Hemisphere to c’mon in, and the teeming hordes are responding, naturally.
