Aug 28, 2022 New construction has been hit pretty hard in this shifting market. They have been offering incentives and slashing prices, now they are even slowing their production down so that they don’t have a repeat of 2008 with oversupply.
During times like this builders have to pull out all the stops to attract buyers to them, these home usually cost more and take a while to build so for buyers to agree to wait for this the deal has to be pretty sweet.
