A Typical Owner Has About 4 Boxes Of OREOs Worth Of Equity
A report from Fox 4 South Florida. “Homes are flying off the market Florida real estate market, resembling the years leading to the 2008 housing market crash. Realtor Kayinah Destine with Twin Metro Realty says lenders have stricter guidelines now to prevent that from happening again. ‘The credit scores to qualify has gone up. It used to be at a 650 in order to qualify for certain programs. Now it’s increased to 680,’ she said.”
“Along with a higher credit score, buyers are also paying higher prices this year. Destine’s noticed it in Lehigh Acres. ‘A home that in July was for $237,000 it appraised for, is now appraising at $262,000.'”
“That’s a ten percent jump in matter of months. But, Florida Gulf Coast University finance professor Tom Smythe says the price hikes don’t compare to those that caused the real estate bubble in 2006. ‘That price increase has to be sustained over at least a couple of years,’ he said. Contrary to the 2008 market crash, real estate price hikes started around 2002, 2003 and continued through 2006.”
From Bloomberg on New York. “JPMorgan Chase & Co. is getting bearish on Manhattan apartments. The lender will tighten the terms of mortgages it finances for most co-operatives and condominiums in the borough, according to a Nov. 4 notice sent to loan professionals. Chase will limit jumbo loans to 70% of the sale price starting next week, down from 80%.”
“Slackening buyer demand has sent Manhattan sales plummeting during the Covid-19 pandemic. The change suggests JPMorgan sees more price declines to come in the borough. It could also depress deals further by forcing buyers to come up with bigger downpayments when they are already stretching to purchase in one of the costliest U.S. housing markets.”
“Banks have already started tightening some terms but none have made a change as sweeping as JPMorgan’s. Many lenders have limited their focus to financing of newly built condos in Manhattan, which have proliferated faster than the number of buyers interested in acquiring them. Since Covid-19 shuttered New York City, some lenders to those luxury projects have demanded purchasers show enough cash in the bank to cover 18 months of mortgage payments in the event of a job loss, said Stephen Kliegerman, president of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing, who confirmed Chase’s new lending rules. Others have limited the use of back-door price concessions, such as payment of closing fees, that developers sometimes offer as enticements to close a deal.”
“‘Every single lender is ratcheting up their risk requirements,’ said Orest Tomaselli, chief executive officer of National Condo Advisors, which helps developers of new apartments comply with lender rules. ‘Right now, if you look out 24 months, can you say what the value of a new construction condo unit would be in Manhattan? I would think that a lot of these units would see a greater than 30% reduction in price.'”
“JPMorgan’s decision to require 30% downpayments will likely prompt additional lenders to follow, he said. ‘It absolutely is impactful for every single lender in the marketplace,’ Tomasellli said. ‘They will all eventually get somewhere near the same place.'”
The New York Post. “This glamorous Upper East Side penthouse, formerly owned by Broadway producer and socialite Terry Allen Kramer, is back on the market with a dramatic $13 million price chop. The 6,241-square-foot penthouse at 15 E. 69th St. asked $45 million last year. It’s now asking $32 million with a different brokerage firm.”
From CTV Calgary in Canada. “They may not come as a surprise to those following 2020’s unemployment levels, but new statistics show the number of Albertans unable to make their home payments is skyrocketing. According to the Canadian Bankers Association (CBA), almost 800,000 Canadians have needed flexibility with at least one payment this year. In Alberta, that flexibility has resulted in thousands of mortgage deferrals.”
“‘Alberta has led the country at almost one in five mortgages being deferred,’ Mark Kalinowski with the Credit Counselling Society said. ‘It’s been a rough go, simply with the oil and gas (downturn). When you add COVID-19 on top of it, it’s been a double whammy.'”
“Deferral rates seem to be continuing down a dark road. Numbers from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) confirm as much. Amongst CMHC-insured mortgages, 18 per cent of Calgarian homeowners have had to defer a payment. When compared to other major cities in the country, Calgary trails only Edmonton, at 21 per cent.”
“And it seems at least some of that struggle is already showing. The percentage of mortgages in arrears — that’s unpaid for three months or more — is also way up. ‘There is going to be trouble on the horizon for a number of people,’ Kalinowski said.”
“Many experts believe the deferral programs have saved Albertans from losing their homes. But those programs offer only temporary relief. ‘It’s very possible these foreclosure rates will increase later as pandemic measures increase,’ CMHC senior analyst Michael Mak said. ‘We’re also expecting sales will decrease, rental rates will also decrease while vacancies increase and home prices might take a hit.'”
From Better Dwelling in Canada. “Condo buyers in Canada’s largest real estate markets might be breaking a sweat. In April, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) warned first-time buyers about buying a condo at this time. Despite the warning, many went ahead and bought one in May. If they made the minimum downpayment, there’s a good chance most of their money is gone. In Toronto, after months of payments, these buyers are virtually underwater. Vancouver owners are doing a little better, but not by much.”
“Today we’re looking at the performance of condo prices with a minimum downpayment. The estimates use a 2.00% mortgage rate, with a 25 year amortization, and the benchmark price. Included is mandatory insurance fee, and the minimum downpayment is used. The minimum downpayment in Toronto and Vancouver is higher than 5% in some cases, due to insurance rules. However, we did go with the absolute minimum you can put down.”
“Important to note these aren’t a comprehensive list of costs, nor value assessment. Notably absent are transfer fees, legal, and maintenance. Interest payments aren’t included for the after-payment calculations either, just the principal contribution. The investment losses would most likely be larger if forced to sell. Especially in the event of an equity shortage, in which case the person is forced to ‘top up’ to sell.”
“Let’s look at the downpayment first, since many of these units were sold as ways to use leverage to make money fast. Across Greater Toronto, the return on investment with a minimum downpayment currently stands at a loss of 112.36%. For condos in the City of Toronto, it’s even higher at a loss of 125.09%. More simply put, the downpayment is gone on a typical condo bought right after the CMHC warned you not to buy.”
“Greater Vancouver is doing a little better than Toronto. Across REBGV, the return on the minimum downpayment for a typical condo is a loss of 56.49%. In the City, it’s much higher. Vancouver East stands at a loss of 82.53%, and Vancouver West works out to a loss of 80.82%. While not as bad as Toronto, a similar observation can be made – city units are doing worse than suburban ones.”
“Of course, that doesn’t include the payments people have made since buying. While it doesn’t eliminate losses, or change returns, principal contributed changes the equity. A typical TRREB condo buyer in May has $3,863 in equity, or about 0.66% of the current value. In the City of Toronto, a typical buyer has $20, or roughly 0% equity left. A typical City of Toronto condo owner has about 4 boxes of OREOs worth of equity, Greater Toronto buyers across the board, would be wiped out with another month like October.”
From the Keene Sentinel in New Hampshire. “The residential real estate market in the Monadnock Region — and over in Vermont — is hot, hot, hot! One real estate agent I know told me homes that only a year ago languished for lack of lookers now command top prices, some from buyers who bid on them sight unseen. A guy in Brattleboro told me his friend sold a run-down hovel in Bellows Falls for twice the asking price slapped on it last year.”
“I know exactly, to the day, when this boom will end — the day I put our house up for sale. This is a true story (as opposed to all the false stories I tell). When we moved to Keene in October 1988, there was a huge boom in real estate, which started about 1985, and all the local Yankees were screwing newcomers with horribly overpriced, shoddy construction. We scrimped together a down payment and bought a nice, albeit very small, house in West Keene. We’d just left the closing at an attorney’s office, and I picked up a copy of The Keene Sentinel and, no lie, a front-page headline proclaimed ‘Recession Officially Starts, Feds Say.'”
“We spent eight years in that house and sold it for 25 percent less than we paid. Now, that’s an investment! Fortunately, we remained in the same depressed real estate market and bought a nicer, bigger house that had also been ravaged by the big bust in real estate.”
“Advance the clock 20 years and we decided to put that house up for sale. It’s a fine house in a good neighborhood and you know what happened? Nothing. We didn’t even get one miserable lowball offer, even though we lowered the price and I offered to work for the new owner as an indentured servant for six months. As it turned out we didn’t mind, as we realized that we were emotionally attached to the place, even though the garage door collapsed on me, sending me to the emergency room, and a new roof cost me the equivalent of two years tuition at an Ivy League school.”
“Here’s what’s going to happen to this boom, and I’ll set my watch to it. The big cities will get their acts together, come back into their own, and most of the people who fled to this area will wake up and realize that life in banjo country isn’t what they thought it would be. It will take about two winters for them to figure out it’s damn cold out here, potholes get as big as World War I trenches, and most of the natives consider sophisticated culture to be watching television and going to Dunkin’ for their ‘Dunkies.’ Oh, and yeah, when the temperatures plummet below 10 degrees, they wear their window curtains to the store. They also visit the public library only when they need to use the restrooms.”
“Some greedy people are buying up real estate with the idea they’ll be kingpin landlords, but you already know what’s going to happen to them when the bust comes, as it always does — the good tenants will flee and it will take months, maybe even years, to evict the malingerers who don’t feel like paying the rent. And the whole time you have to keep fixing the plumbing. Remember, too, that the Keene City Council just passed an ordinance that could punish you if the wild tenants keep throwing out-of-control parties.”
“I feel about real estate investing much as I do about gambling down at Foxwoods. For every great story of someone winning thousands, there’s a hundred people sitting in their cars out in the parking lot, looking at their ATM withdrawal slips and wondering how they’re going to afford to go to dinner.”

Oh, well that changes everything.
Realtors are liars.
I’ve long said people in New Hampshire are pretty honest.
‘A home that in July was for $237,000 it appraised for, is now appraising at $262,000’
Let’s not beat around the bush. We can read UHS number that say “prices are up 10-15-20% or more!” There’s only two conclusions: the number is statistically misleading or you got massive appraisal fraud. Either way somebody is gonna get their a$$ kicked.
‘That’s a ten percent jump in matter of months. But, Florida Gulf Coast University finance professor Tom Smythe says the price hikes don’t compare to those that caused the real estate bubble in 2006. ‘That price increase has to be sustained over at least a couple of years’
He’s admitting as much.
‘Contrary to the 2008 market crash, real estate price hikes started around 2002, 2003 and continued through 2006’
So how long has this been going on? A lot more than 4 years. Prices are way higher than last decade in many areas, but UHS always say “loans are great!” We saw just yesterday they weren’t even verifying incomes in NYC. Opps, now they are! Bigger down payments too.
DONG! And the credit driven boom folds in on itself.
‘Right now, if you look out 24 months, can you say what the value of a new construction condo unit would be in Manhattan? I would think that a lot of these units would see a greater than 30% reduction in price.’”
Oh dear…but that means previous “investors” who overpaid just got schlonged.
‘Let’s look at the downpayment first, since many of these units were sold as ways to use leverage to make money fast’
Shacks and airboxes are not investments. They are expenses. I realize every day is groundhog day for the lying REIC. Just look at the slime Seattle Times yesterday. But if you got a boom, you get a bust.

It was still cheaper than renting.
new roof cost me the equivalent of two years tuition at an Ivy League school.
Must be gold-plated shingles.
Indeed. Since when does a roof cost $80,000+?
Lot of those big old houses in New England have slate roofs. Cost a fortune to repair or replace.
Cost a fortune to repair or replace.
80 grand? No way.
When you dont have illegal labor, replacement costs for slate are enormous. Highly breakable, usually steeply pitched, tons if safety regs to comply with. (Dad owns roofing biz; I managed it for years.)
Biden will fix it when he reopens the borders after granting amnesty. I cant wait for the lives in the NE to see the I flyx and watch what it does to their parks and schools and municipal budgets.
Indian River Shores, FL Housing Prices Crater 10% YOY As East Coast Property Demand Plummets

Hey Terry, you should produce a Broadway Musical about NYC FBs. Kind of like “Rent,” but darker and more entertaining.
Call it “camp”.
Bahahahahahaha.

Where is Mel Brooks when we need him? His movies could never get made today in the era of “woeness” and cancel culture.

But surely this will level off as our vaunted V-shaped economic recovery continues to unfold.
On a local and statewide level, the impending lockdowns will be the death knell of Colorado’s tourism and hospitality industry.
Vacant storefronts are increasing around South Denver.
CRE has been getting decimated in Colorado Springs for years. The few that reopen invariably reopen as pot dispensaries.
Had a sporting goods store not far from my house that had a going out of business sale back in January. The manager told me the greedy landlord had jacked up their building rent to the point that it was no longer financially viable to stay at that location, since they were already struggling with the economic downturn. Net result: that building has sat empty for nearly a year, meaning zero income for the greedhead owner. And no, from all indications CRE isn’t appreciating locally, although the housing market still seems to be holding up okay.

I read many articles a day, and sometimes the comments are revealing:
‘To Those Who Would BUY an “Estate” at the San Marcos Foothills West Property: Regarding the weather that you will be experiencing after you settle into your new estate, it will not be the temperate climate for which the City of Santa Barbara is so famous. As advertised, your home sits on the largest debris flow recorded in the Santa Barbara area. The lots on the upper mesa are at elevations 400 to 700 feet above sea level and are roughly 3.5 miles from the coast.’
‘Our temperature tracking weather station is at the Santa Barbara Municipal Airport which is at sea level and roughly a quarter mile from the Pacific Ocean. The temperature reading at the Airport is generally 10 degrees F cooler than it is on the upper mesa at the San Marcos Foothills. You and your lovely home will be subjected to temperatures that reach into the low 90’s in August, and commonly into the high 90s and low 100s in the months of September and October. Additionally, April and May have those types of temperatures occasionally before the June Gloom sets in. The upper mesa is also in the direct path of our local sundowner winds that roar down the San Marcos Pass and the front country of the Santa Ynez Mountains, sucking all the moisture from the surrounding vegetation.’
‘Which brings us to FIRE danger. The upper mesa of the San Marcos Foothills burned in the Cave Fire on November 25, 2019. People who live in homes above Foothill Road have evacuated for fires in 2014, 2013, 2011 and 2009. You are buying a home in the path of barreling winds that suck moisture from the air and vegetation and raise the air temperature precipitously in a short amount of time. One spark can spell destruction, and it regularly has here in Santa Barbara.’
‘If you find that the view is worth it, may you enjoy rattlesnake sightings and the sweltering fall days, and remember to have a go-bag ready and waiting in your car at all times for as long as you live in your “estate.”

Two comments:
‘Based on similar developments nearby (The Boulders, etc.) these properties in SM Foothills West will sell very quickly and at a premium. Coyotes and elevated fire risk aren’t much deterrent. At any rate, good luck with raising funds to acquire the property for preservation. You should again include the link for donations.’
A reply:
‘Unlike the SMF, The Boulders are on small parcels with merely 40 feet between homes. I am not sure why you think homes at The Boulders have sold quickly. I assume you have a stake in them or you wouldn’t have brought the development up. FYI The three completed homes sat vacant on the market for three years, only recently have two sold. Construction of two others are almost complete with one of them sold. The developer assumed the homes would sell for between 3-4 million. Even with the price reduced to 2.5 M, they sat on the market for years. The Boulders project broke ground in 2015. The surrounding area has been impacted by the construction of this project for nearly 6 years, and it isn’t even 1/4 of the way finished. How long will the construction at SMF take? We do not need more overpriced multimillion dollar homes in the wild land urban interface. More homes which will ruin the environment, increase fire risk, and sit on the market for years. What a waste.’

That is a fact, Jack.

Some people are incredibly stupid.

The Powers that Be inform us there were no voting irregularities and no basis to challenge the integrity of the electoral process. Video: Dr. Paul Kengor: The Pennsylvania Voting Curve Doesn’t Line Up
https://www.theepochtimes.com/dr-paul-kengor-the-pennsylvania-voting-curve-doesnt-line-up_3569060.html
Globalist media flagship CNN and Democrat (ergo, corrupt) electoral officials assure us there is “no proof of fraud” (as distinct from massive indications of fraud):
No Proof of Fraud, U.S. Elections Official Says (9:16 a.m.)
There is no proof of voter fraud or vote tampering in the presidential election, despite claims from Trump and his lawyers, a member of the U.S. Federal Election Commission said.
“There is no evidence of voter fraud,” Commissioner Ellen Weintraub, a Democrat, said on CNN Saturday. “There is no evidence of illegal votes being cast.”
Trump continued to claim, without evidence, that votes are illegally being counted in Pennsylvania and that election observers aren’t being allowed to oversee the vote counting.
“The lawsuits seem to be for the most part going after a few ballots here and few ballots there,” Weintraub said. “Given the margins, doesn’t seem to be anything that could affect the outcome.” — Laura Davison
Patty from 100% Fed Up Talks About Her Shocking Experience As a Poll Watcher at Detroit’s TCF Center On Wednesday following the Election (VIDEO)
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/11/patty-100-fed-talks-shocking-experience-poll-watcher-detroits-tcf-center-wednesday-following-election-video/
I’m watching this video and recommend it. This is too blatant to ignore.
So are the indictments for voter fraud at this counting place a conspiracy theory?
Gaslighting
“Gas-lighting is a form of psychological abuse designed to erode a person’s sense of reality, perception and sanity. Common forms of gas-lighting include claiming things were said or done when they weren’t, or vice versa, and a general intentional flipping of reality on its head to confuse the victim.”
Who gaslights?
“It is a tool often used by psychopaths/sociopaths, narcissists and other toxic personality types and can create long lasting emotional damage to it’s victims. It is therefore very important for people to be aware of this tactic.”
https://psychopathsinlife.com/psychopaths-and-gaslighting/
In Philadelphia they were putting paper over the windows, padlocking doors, making LEGAL observers stand 60 feet away and using their aides to stand in front of monitors.
On top of that, you have all the other cases of backdating mail, computer errors, ballots thrown in the trash, huge voting total swings in the middle of the night, yet this is met with “no proof of fraud.”
Gaslighting by the Democrats and legacy media, plain and simple.
All counting and election processes should be completely transparent and questions by the public should be investigated and answered.
“Gas-lighting”
This is a very useful term in discribing the non stop methods of the fake news and Dem talking heads.
It’s so obvious what they are doing, than they very quickly move on to the next news cycle. Than they go to the fear mongering, than back to the gas-lighting.
They also do the number where they project their crimes and motives onto someone like Trump.
,The name-calling without proof like racist, Hilter, fascist, etc ,is so overused that it’s lost it’s meaning because of the misuse.
Asking Biden easy questions and no follow up questions to is absurd answers was constant, opposite done with Trump.
MSN was turning off the cameras when Trump explained anything or had positive things to say. Constant deliberate distraction from points made so they could control the narrative.
Abuse of words like “mostly peaceful protest”, so as not to report the truth , on and on. It’s just non stop.
Another one is talking info out of context., grandstanding, and drama, and just outright lies.
The one that’s really funny is the exalting of shit. Like everything Biden says is so profound, rather than boring platitudes. And grand claims like Biden is going to bring everyone together , will solve Covid 19 single-handed, and Harris will make everyone equal. I don’t think God could solve these things let alone these Con Artist. But Trump, major accomplishments are considered nothing.
So now we have two of the biggest pieces of shit, Biden and Harris named the President and V.P , while massive election fraud did it.
Unreal, just unreal.
Biden is going to bring everyone together
Just like magic, peace and love and cooperation will wash over everything!
We’ll certainly be lectured that this is our civic duty.
He called Pennsylvania for Clinton in 2016 and for Trump in 2020.
Seems like the pollster who’s always wrong trying to cover his failed predictions with conspiracy theories…
Did you watch the video and listen to what he said?
I didn’t listen to the entire video yet, but will get back to it.
I’m pretty sure there is some widely dispersed low level of election fraud on both sides of the aisle. But don’t you find it suspect that the only places where alt-right media outlets are spotlighting it are areas where Trump lost?
Watch the video with the poll watcher Pattie in Michigan too. She was there in the wee hours of the morning, seems pretty credible. The fraud is where the 3-4AM ballot dumps occurred. Are you saying that many hundreds of thousands ballots didn’t pop up in swing states after we all went to bed election night?
I used to belong to a gym before the CCP virus closed it down. I don’t own a TV, but I’d watch the bank of TV’s when I was on a treadmill, etc. For years I saw them say the “walls were closing in” on the Russia-Russia thing. So I ignore them.
‘Trump, a Republican vying for a second term, responded in a statement. “We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor,” he said.’
“In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media,” he added.’

‘has not been certified as the winner of any states’
Wa?
Is that a sarcasic “Wa?” I don’t know what you mean. o you mean they have to wait for the electoral college for true certification?
But don’t you find it suspect that the only places where alt-right media outlets are spotlighting it are areas where Trump lost?
Not at all. That’s where the Democrat fraud was occurring, and where Trump held massive leads on election night, only to see them completely disappear under the cover of darkness, and massive ballot dumps for Biden.
Let me guess – you think the FISA warrant which was the justification for the impeachment sham is also real. Gee, which party came up with that?
‘has not been certified as the winner of any states’
None of the states have finished counting the vote yet. Not according to that NYT interactive map.
This was mentioned in the last thread:
“Those targeted are people who served in the Trump administration, donors, and individuals and PACs who helped get Trump elected, such as members of his campaign and the Republican National Committee. A previous version of the site also included appointees (plus to the judiciary), donors contributing $1,000 or more, and law firms representing him. According to Gordon, the list of administration officials numbered 1,202 and includes assistants and stenographers …
the three people behind the project were Pete Buttigieg campaign staffers and a former Obama official. One of them threatened “consequences” for any employer that hired people on their list.
This isn’t the first time the Left has made an enemies list. Barack Obama had one, too. Nevertheless, from the party of tolerance, such lists are nothing less than “evil & unAmerican.”

Caveat: All of my guns and ammo were lost overboard in a recent unfortunate boating accident.
Look, I have been ringing the bell for a long time on this blog about this obvious hijacking of the Politicians , USA institutions, and Commie insurrections.
I say it started about 23 years ago, That’s why the markets became so rigged and Globalist Monopoly control took over.
They bailed out the Money Changers to the tune of trillons in 2009. Then the Dems ushered in Commie Obamacare, another power play by a Monopoly called Big Pharma and medical Cartel.
Now Harris suggests she is going to make everyone equal, and Biden will Determine what the sole if the Country is.
This is really a very evil power grab , riddled with false narratives and control of the narratives. Shocking.
I say it started about 23 years ago
Something else happened about 23 years ago too. I know lots of people think it’s silly, but I think it was a critical moment when Clinton shook his finger at us, was proven to be lying, and then didn’t leave. Up until that moment we functioned as an honor/shame system. There were lots of shenanigans under the table as there always are…but the universal rule was if you are publicly proven to have done something shameful you leave. You can try to rehabilitate your image later, but at that moment you acknowledge your shame and leave. Clinton and everyone who ended up supporting him decided to end that tradition. They succeeded. But the transition from an honor/shame culture to a whatever you can get away with culture is a big deal and has far reaching implications over time. If shame no longer matters, then your opponents will become shameless too…guaranteed. And I think eventually it means an inevitable devolution from a high trust system to a low trust system, which I don’t think is compatible with our constitution or other legal traditions.
Something to consider:
As early as February, HCQ was found to be an effective treatment for COVID-19 if given early enough. As early as late April, Ivermectin was discovered to wipe out the virus. Later evidence suggests that Ivermectin is far safer and more effective than HCQ. We’ve had 15-minute tests for a while. Even if the accuracy is low (85%?), both drugs are safe enough to give to almost anyone.
A quick test and treatment to reduce the mortality rate is enough to render COVID a slightly more dangerous flu. That’s enough to lift any and all lockdowns and rip off the masks. So, why hasn’t this been in place since, say, August? There is NO WAY the FDA and CDC do not know about these things.
Could it be that some PTB purposely extended this pandemic in order to maintain the main reason for mail-in ballots? It sounds to farfetched. And yet, here I am looking at obviously suspect election results, and the takeover of the comment sections of various MSM websites, including Fox News. What am I to think?
I agree with oxide on purposeful Covid extension, though the narrative is more supported if you add other facts:
A) one group recommends do NOT mail in ballots at all. ONLY go to the polls on nov 3.
B) second group says “please only vote by mail (until the last week). Because a pandemic etc.
C) group A controlS USPS and lo and behold, they can’t/won’t guarantee delivery of mail “all of a sudden” in September even though it’s first class mail yada yada.
Who stands to benefit the most with this strategy.?

It doesn’t sound far-fetched at all. Imagine if somebody told you in 2015 that the entire justice department was corrupt and co-opted by the Dems, and would fabricate an entire fictitious scenario to try to oust a newly elected President.
MKUltra sounds like conspiracy theory if ever there was one. But it happened here in the US. Nothing is shocking anymore. The only thing surprising to me is that people are surprised when the government, or corrupt bureaucrats within the government, do very, very bad things. This should be expected. Always has been, always will be.
The problem right now is that the rule of law has been suspended. Fraudulent bankers rip off the public and the country, and are rewarded for it. Politicians rip off the country and commit treason and don’t even have to answer for it. You know what’s missing? EXECUTIONS. We need to fry these people. Start with James Comey and move on down the list.

It seems like the creepy Orwellian tech companies’ attempts to censor and suppress free speech on behalf of their globalist oligarch controllers are being outmatched by the sheer determination of Les Deplorables to organize against one-party corruption and incipient tryanny.

Zuck doesn’t have to do jack squat. It’s his platform and is a private for profit enterprise. Nobody is demanding the New York post “give a balanced view to all voices.”
Strange how For this particular problem, we now want to inject GOVERNMENT involvement in free enterprise. Maybe next we can have pelosi and AOC advise Berkshire Hathaway on investments.

With Section 230 immunity. Ah, there’s the rub!
And near-monopolies too. If there were viable alternatives to Twitter or Facebook, nobody would sign those Terms of Agreement.
Evidence Mounts of a Stolen Election
Voting by mail greatly facilitates the use of the vote-altering software and the use of ballot dumps. One reason for the mask mandate and Covid fear was to justify mass voting by mail.
The media speaks with one voice. The print, TV, NPR, social media, and the anti-Trump Internet sites exercise censorship and control the explanations.
We are experiencing a well designed and successful coup against American democracy and accountable government.
No, this is not a conspiracy theory. It is a revolution against red state America.

Don’t be too sure of yourself.
Trump’s fatal flaw was that his big ego made it very easy for the left to maintain the hatred. All it will take is one well-spoken moderate Republican (who doesn’t give a sh!t about gay marriage) to peel off a lot of those supposedly navy-blue Dems.
Most people on the Right, contrary to The Narrative, give less than a rat’s ass who two consenting adults decide to sleep with or what they do in bed. Or who they fall in love with, if it comes down to that. Some of my favorite neighbors in the past were a lesbian couple who were fellow Ron Paul supporters.

Douglas Emhoff to become America’s first second gentleman
BY Kate Sullivan, Kyung Lah and Veronica Stracqualursi, CNN Sat November 7, 2020
Douglas Emhoff, the husband of Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, will be the first male spouse of a vice president come January.
Second gentleman. Second husband. Second dude. No matter the formal title, Emhoff, who is Jewish, is making history in his own right, a reflection of the nation’s changing political and gender norms.

👆Discussion of software used to change votes. Have seen video elsewhere of CNN coverage where you see it happen.
What is Section 3?
Article III, Section 3 is the Treason Clause of the Constitution.
CNN just called the race for Biden.
Knock me over with a feather.
You realize that when Trump said stop the counting Biden was at 270, right?
Keep counting in Arizona and Nevada because mailed in votes are good!
But stop counting in Pennsylvania and Georgia because mail in votes are bad!
Aw heck, just count votes for Trump only in both places!
We’re going to get to the bottom of this. There are too many witnesses and too much evidence.
Ben Jones we don’t want to derail the housing, economy, finance, credit topics that are the primary topic of your blog, but this warrants some in depth discussion, as always at your discretion.
We can discuss it as much as we want and it is important because it’s being so heavily manipulated by corrupt media and so called “tech” firms. Affidavits, hand counting ballots and audits would sort this out. If there is massive fraud, it can be revealed. Why would any reasonable person be against finding out?
This isn’t about Trump. It’s about the integrity of our electoral system. If the Democrats get away with pulling off what from all indications is massive, systemic voter fraud, aided and abetted by a Justice System that turns a blind eye, then our descent into banana republic is complete. It isn’t just an election that’s been stolen: it’s our former Constitutional Republic. The Founding Fathers were pretty explicit on the dangers from “Enemies foreign and domestic.”
The Founding Fathers were pretty explicit on the dangers from “Enemies foreign and domestic.”
Nobody has more money invested in the outcome of American elections than [******] and the [****]. When Trump said, “We should have the small remaining number of our BRAVE Men and Women serving in Afghanistan home by Christmas.” In Iraq the troop levels are roughly 5,200 and 700 in Syria. The move comes eight weeks before the November presidential election and allows president Trump to tell voters he is fulfilling a campaign promise to bring home the troops. Do you think this makes the [****] happy? Did any [****] come out in support of president Trump?
It’s very curious how many Republicans got elected to the Senate and House, despite the massive pro-Democratic fraud in our voting system.
If it were me spending my resources in swinging the Presidential election then I would focus on the swing states. That means I would allow the outcome of the other states to go as the voters of these states wanted them to go. If this means these states end up electing Republicans then so be it.
I think this just might be what had happened.
I think this just might be what had happened.
Me too. But it does appear that doing so creates highly statistically improbable results. The next time will require a universal system to cover that up.
how many Republicans got elected to the Senate
Despite roughly $300M spent by Ds opposing 3 incumbent Rs (McConnell, Graham, Collins).
Currently, the Senate sits at 50 Republicans and 48 Dems.
Both of Georgia’s Senate seats are up for a run-off election in January. If the Dem wins both of the Georgia seats, the Dems will have all three branches of government. I’m sure the RNC will be watching that Georgia election like a hawk. As will the Libertarians, since Perdue (R) failed to achieve 50% because of the Libertarian spoiler.
“It’s very curious how many Republicans got elected to the Senate and House, …”
Bugs: “eh, eye think yer on to something doc!” … 🥕 munch, munch, munch
I hope the RNC is watching the Georgia Senate races. Both of them are going to a runoff (neither got 50%). If the Dems win both, 50+ plus Harris will be a majority of the Senate.
The race to watch is Perdue (R) vs. Ossoff (D). The reason Perdue didn’t win 50% of the vote is that Shane Hazel, the Libertarian, took 2.3% of the vote. Here’s hoping that the RNC can get some turnout in January. They will need every vote. And here’s hoping that the RNC reach out the Libertarians. Libertarians don’t like gov, but even they must understand what would happen if the Dems controlled all three branches of government.
Regardless of how this plays out, it’s going to be very instructive watching who goes along with this charade, and who takes an active role in resisting it and trying to see that the rule of law prevails.
Ben, I hope your right about them getting to the bottom of this election nightmare.
Wouldn’t stopping the vote count have been a blantant attempt to steal an election? It doesn’t work very well when you are losing, though.
You could be missing a fine point regarding the legality of extended balloting in PA.
MSM made their calls minutes before the Trump campaign press conference. Faux News didn’t cover the press conference.
Take a look at the comment section of the Fox news article calling the Biden win. They’ve been invaded by anti-Trump commenters, and any pro-Trump comment is receiving massive downvotes. This is precisely what happened to Marketwatch and TheHill.com. It was not like this even a month ago. Fox News was the last major media network to favor the conservatives, and that is disappearing rapidly. This looks planned.
It does seem as though Fox has decided to become the “moderate left” news network.
They need to go as always where the money will be.

Well, the main stream news, owned by the Globalist, who are in alliance with China , just took the election from the people of USA.
So, the Agenda of this evil group of Looters is that they call the shots, and Government by the people is dead.
This is a invasion of this Country by forces that have hijacked it.
I have said that they already hijacked this Country before 2016 and they were moving forward to the next phase of overtake. The 2016 election was a outrage to them. Than 4 years of everything fake to try to undo the Trump win.
So now the media is calling the election before court disputes are decided.
Never thought something like this could happen here.
When I saw a tape of George Soros in summary saying to a group of his kind, to not worry they were going to take care of Trump in 2020, my heart almost stopped.
In essence he was saying that they were going to stop more than half of America undoing their hijacking.
So, I don’t know about other people, but I don’t want to be ruled by these evil characters that think they are God’s just because they have a lot of money Enemies of the State, no different than Hilter wanting to take over the World.
Super-Spreaders everywhere and not mentioned anywhere.
I spent hours watching some of these Globalist talk.
These non elected power brokers are really hard to take . The social engineering they talk of, the resources they are going to allow or not allow. One of their creepy nuts was talking about how to use Covid-19 to bring on the Great Reset.
The Great Reset talk is hard to understand, but the impression I got was bottom line, they will control what resources people get World wide. Very creepy and scary stuff.

Yep, good old Klaus was one of them. Wasn’t that a trip about their plan. And Klaus with the evil accent acting like the God of mankind. The 4th big industrial Revolution they talked about was a trip .
I have also seen tapes of other ones that are equally creepy. The egos of these clowns are off the charts.

Just so funny. Like you, I thought it was a joke at first .
So, while housing prices are inflated beyond belief, money printing and bailouts might delay overpriced housing correction Or, to many forces will cause it to crater in a big way.
I mean, there are some areas where a 70% crash of price would make sense.
Plus how long is the Covid-19 lockdown going to continue.
Very weird stuff going on.
Plus how long is the Covid-19 lockdown going to continue.
I won’t be surprised if we are still forced to wear masks in 2025, while being fed stories about yet another surge and that a vaccine is almost ready. And half the country will be unemployed and mile long lines at foodbanks will be everywhere.
Highly possible. Also giving out another $5-10 trillion in stimulus – because we are addicted. To printing money – that our kids can eventually pay back to China.
After the guns are confiscated I wonder how long China will allow us to visit the Grand Canyon and their other National Parks?
Someone was saying that a Corona virus isn’t the type you can create a effective vaccine for because it’s in the” cold” family.
I heard another Expert say that you can only get herd immunity, and the natural course is about 18 months for something like this to burn out naturally.
But, in response to oxide about the suppression of good theraphy meds, I see this as a evil because political goals come before humanity to these devils.
It seem to me that these people are willing to cause all kind of harm and even death, to achieve their political objectives.
Other than the first two weeks to shore up the medical system, the lock downs didn’t make sense.
The “cold” family is comprised of 200 different viruses. Most are rhinoviruses, then a few adenoviruses, and FOUR coronaviruses. No vaccine can have 200 viruses, and for a disease that lasts 7 days with a near 100% cure rate, it’s not worth developing a vaccine.
There is evidence that anyone who has suffered one of the four coronavirus colds in the past ~15 years already has some cross-immunity to SARS-CoV-2. The COVID virus and other coronaviruses differ in spike protein, but the body can recognize proteins on the surface of the sphere and mount a defense. In one study, researchers exposed blood samples taken in 2018 to the COVID virus. The researchers were floored when 40% of the samples recognized and attacked the virus.
Another study in Germany found that parents with kids in school were less likely to show COVID symptoms. In fact, the more children the parents had, the more immune the parents were. Hypothesis: more kids –> more kids get colds –> parents get more colds –> more likely to have one of the four coronavirus colds –> more likely to have cross-immunity.
Of course, did any of this translate into any action from the CDC/FDA? Of course not. DOn’t get me started on the suppression of Vitamin D. Anthony Fauci came right out and said he takes 6000 IU/day. He’s 80 years old and a pretty small person, yet 6000 is not too much. Did he advise this to the general public? Of course not.
“Plus how long is the Covid-19 lockdown going to continue.”
How often do central planners voluntarily relinquish their power over the people? It is going to go on as long as people submit to it. There will be another excuse for a lockdown every time the central planners sense the people are getting restless. If we don’t stop this now, it will be for a future generation to fight their way out of it.

1 of 12:
On November 7, 1918, in the early afternoon, a rapid succession of fevered emotion exploded across the country: euphoria was followed by confusion, confusion followed by anger, anger followed by sorrow.
Today is the 102nd anniversary of the False Armistice.
From Wikipedia:
November 7, 1917 — The October Revolution, [a] also known as the Great October Socialist Revolution as the official term in the Soviet Union, Bolshevik Coup, the Bolshevik Revolution, [2] the October Uprising, the October Coup or Red October, was a revolution in Russia led by the Bolshevik Party of Vladimir Lenin that was instrumental in the larger Russian Revolution of 1917–1923. It took place through an armed insurrection in Petrograd (now Saint Petersburg) on 25 October (Old Style, O.S.; 7 November, New Style or N.S.) 1917. It was the precipitating event of the Russian Civil War.
I recommend all HBB’ers read more Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Solzhenitsyn, and other Russian writers of the 19th and 20th centuries. History doesn’t repeat itself but it rhymes…
I particularly recommend Solzhenitsyn’s “200 Years Together” about the run-up to the Bolshevik Revolution. The parallels with what we’re seeing today is uncanny. That was Solzhenitsyn’s last book, and the only one that wasn’t offered in the west in an English translation – for good reason – although “Samazdat” English versions can be found on the Internet. The elites did not want that story to be told, which makes sense when you consider they were planning on reusing the same template.
Yes, they are.
Read 1984 first.
And how do you get a copy of 200 Years Together? Pretty spendy last time I looked.
Things need to get much much worse for these circumstances. Right now people are all butthurt about ideological differences and whether or not we spend or save some more tax dollars or whether we can buy a cheaper house. When there is ACTUAL mass starvation, theft, and exploitation and not just a bunch of blather, then you will have your revolution. Usually the oppressed taking over the oppressors. Not snowflakes behind computers.
When there is ACTUAL mass starvation, theft, and exploitation and not just a bunch of blather, then you will have your revolution.
I don’t want a revolution. I just want the kind of government my 9th grade civics teacher told us we had. You know, checks and balances and all that.
I’d like an honest media too. I’m old enough to remember Walter Cronkite. The idea of formerly honest media organizations trading on their former honesty to push a paid-for globalist narrative is lying at its worst.
I’m still reeling at the liberal takeover of FOX. The intent is clear: to slap a conservative label on their globalist ideas in an attempt to subtly brainwash their established viewer base; i.e. I heard it on FOX, therefore it must be ok.
Will it work? Maybe on the very older generation. But not on younger boomers or Gen X. Globalists did the same takeover with Star Wars and other franchises, forcing new diversity into old IPs. It didn’t really work. Fans of the old IPs saw right through it. And that, I hope, will translate to other aspects of culture. The globalists have unlimited money; the question is whether it’s enough to buy hearts and minds.
“I’m still reeling at the liberal takeover of FOX.”
It took the cooperation of the right’s RINOs to get rid of the Orange Gargamel, and chart a fresh course for the USS Corruption. Just wait ’til the approved historians begin penning the official version of events.
Cronkite was a globalist. He was being facetious in this video about his chosen seating arrangement (some people have taken that seriously), but there’s no doubt about what his views were, which he kept hidden to the public. Filmed October 19, 1999

Sure. Who are you going to believe – them, or your lying eyes 👀 (rally numbers, initial numbers pointing to landslides in some states/statistical improbabilities, eyewitness testimonies re: cheating, etc.)?

This is what confuses the SH#T out of me. How can a victory be claimed and that stuttering victory speech be made before we have valid data on the votes? I will accept whomever our president is when all is said and done but it should be done with accuracy and full transparency. validate or de-validate the claims of voter fraud first!

This is the question I have.. just how much of our population is brainwashed? I can believe that people wanted Trump out of office, but how many of them really signed up for UBI and trade deficits and censorship and takeovers of the media? I wonder if the next year will see some redpilling from the moderates in the middle.

In addition to numerous other claims of vote fraud, attention is now focused on why people are almost certainly dead had ballots filed in their name.

Law enforcement will get right on that. This has been going on for years, exclusively in support of Democrat candidates. The whole party is witting in this fraud and corruption, as are those who are supposed to put a stop to it.

If the Dem machine prevails on the election fraud, than it will be a government not by the people, but by corrupt powers and false narratives.
If you think that fake news was bad before, it will get worse , as other freedoms are taken one by one in the favor of top down control by these monsters.
The battle to overtake the traditional America took a step forward by these powers .
I don’t believe that the US population voted for this, but they will make sure the opportunity to take back what they stole can’t take place again.
Anybody that thinks that they are going to benefit by this fraudulent power grab is mistaken. Short term gain at best.
The America that was fought for was stolen in the dead of the night by thieves that are no different than the Looters on the Streets.
Nope, a one party controlled by Globalist and Foreign enemies like China isn’t America or Commie nonsense isn’t either.
George Washington is crying in his grave, but they already showed you by pulling down his statues what they think of America.
In fact when they bailed out the Banks in 2009, I started getting visions of it leading to what is taking place today.
Sorry for venting , but the moral hazard of the 2009 Bail outs of lawlessness was a portend of what was to come.
We have a couple of treasonous puppets just announced as President and Vice President elect.
Covid 19 being used to justify mail in ballots and change of voter laws that would of prevented the election fraud.
They are going to get rid of any investigations that had been started on these creeps, so nobody is above the law becomes they are above the law.
Sad, so sad.
This seems totally legit.
