People Are Going To Try To Hold Until They Can’t And Then We Get Defaults And Foreclosures
A report from Fox Business. “The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA has said it backed a record breaking 1.2 million loans in 2020, and a new study suggests it’s already on pace to break that record again in 2021. VA refinancing loans were up 76% in the first half of 2021 compared to this time last year, and the demand for VA purchase loans increased by 10% during this same time period. Military veterans are entitled to a number of benefits, including VA home loans. These loans don’t require a down payment or private mortgage insurance, which is typically required if you don’t put money down. VA loans are also lenient when it comes to debt to income ratio and minimum credit score requirements, so they may be an option if you have fair credit or bad credit.”
“The No. 1 metro area for VA loan growth is Honolulu, Hawaii, where loan activity nearly doubled year-over-year. Retired service members are also seeking the warmth of the South, flocking to states like Texas and Alabama. Additionally, the study showed that veterans are taking out more VA loans in our nation’s capital and the surrounding areas.”
From Our Community Now on California. “The San Diego metropolitan area was ranked 11th for VA loans. The VA says roughly 90 percent of its loans are made without a down payment. Tony Rector, a Coast Guard veteran, bought a $850,000 single-family home in the Del Cerro neighborhood in July with a VA loan. Since he no longer is active duty, he does not receive a monthly housing allowance. However, he said he plans to have three roommates and his job as a financer for a car dealership will help him to make the payments. ‘It’s just a much better option all around,’ he said of a VA loan. ‘That’s why it is a privilege for us.'”
“There was a 76.3 percent increase in refinances in San Diego for the first six months of this year, compared to the same time last year. It mirrors national trends of more refinancing loans than purchases during much of the pandemic.”
From AZ Big Media. “Sellers are returning to the housing market as the number of homes newly listed for sale surpassed 2019 levels for the first time since the start of the year, according to Redfin. Despite a long-awaited increase in the supply of homes for sale, homebuying demand continued to slip, leaving the market feeling a few degrees cooler.”
“‘Many buyers have backed away from the housing market and are waiting until more and better homes are listed,’ said Redfin Chief Economist Daryl Fairweather.’Buyers don’t have the same sense of urgency that they did at the beginning of the year. They aren’t racing to buy before prices increase, because asking prices have already increased and stabilized. And they aren’t racing to buy before mortgage rates go up, because rates have dropped back below 3% and are likely to stay low. With more new listings starting to come on the market, buyers who threw in the towel may want to look again because the market is tilting more in their favor.'”
From Seattle PI in Washington. “Summer started off briskly for Seattle’s condominium market with increasing sales velocity, rising prices and stagnant inventory. The resale condo inventory has remained relatively flat. Seasonally, we would normally experience an increase in listings. However, the actual number of condos for sale is quite a bit higher when taking into consideration the hundreds of construction units in the downtown area that are not publicly listed for sale in the NWMLS.”
“Looking at the table at the bottom of the post, the NWMLS data showed that condo listings decreased in downtown in June, which could lead to an incorrect interpretation that the market has tightened when it’s actually the opposite.”
From Popville in Washington DC. “Notable Fresh Listings: Your REO/Bank-Owned Property of the Week has had a recent $100k price reduction in Capitol Hill, but $850k is steep when you can’t even see the inside quality.”
The Daily Sentinel in Colorado. “According to Realtor.com, although asking prices for U.S. homes continue to rise, there are signs that the red-hot housing market has passed its peak, according to a recent report. The median listing price was up 12.2% compared to the same time in 2020 which is the 45th week in a row in which price growth was in the double digits. Despite the rise, the pace of annual price growth has been slowing since its high of 19% in early April and if the downward trend continues, prices could return to a ‘more typical seasonal price pattern’ in the next six months.”
“While I do not have a crystal ball, I can share with you some of the reasons that caused the housing market crash due to poor mortgage practices and what has changed to prevent it from happening again. Most important, lenders are required to verify all supporting documentation, income, job history, etc. and negative amortization and interest only loans are no longer available. Most loans require some form of a down payment and the minimum FICO score levels have increased over the years. I do believe we have put in place the appropriate guidelines, checks & balances, to prevent what happened 13 years ago from occurring again.”
From KTRH in Texas. “It’s been a red hot sellers market due to the COVID lockdowns, but Michael Weaster at Graham & Company Realty Group, says the pandemic is starting to catch up with some homeowners. ‘There is definitely a slowdown. I think everybody is getting a little nervous with the (foreclosure) moratoriums ending and there is reported defaults, so it’s coming,’ says Weaster.”
“The average price of a single-family home in Houston was just over $387,000 in May. ‘These people have to make decisions if they can sell their home now while the market is still strong, get out from underneath them, great. But historically that’s not the way it works. Historically people are going to try to hold until they can’t and then we get defaults and foreclosures.'”
The Vancouver Sun in Canada. “The B.C. Liberals believe they have a rare opening to gain the upper hand on the file that has been one of their biggest failings: Housing prices. The NDP government has, during COVID, become vulnerable on housing, which has the Liberals smelling blood. That’s why the Liberals are going to extremes to slam Attorney General David Eby, the minister responsible for housing. Liberal MLAs have been lining up to brand Eby a racist for drawing attention years ago to the way foreign ownership contributed to B.C. housing prices.”
“The trouble for the B.C. Liberals is that, while demonizing Eby, they’re revealing that their grasp of the multiple forces that shape housing prices is, to put it kindly, simple-minded. It’s also blind to history. Under Liberal premiers Gordon Campbell and Christy Clark, average house prices in B.C. skyrocketed 130 per cent, according to UBC’s Paul Kershaw, who founded Generation Squeeze. Disturbingly, during the same period real B.C. earnings declined.”
“Inflating housing prices only began to stabilize in 2016 after Clark, a cheerleader for offshore investment, did an about-face and brought in a foreign buyers tax, which was supported by the public, including 89 per cent of Asian-Canadians. The tax helped flatten B.C. prices, a trend that continued after the NDP won election in 2017 and brought in the speculation and vacancy tax, which targeted domestic and foreign investors and satellite families, who earn most of their income offshore.”
“The NDP and Eby ‘galvanized prejudicial and racial attitudes towards people of Asian descent,’ said Stewart, whose race-baiting was mirrored more than a dozen times by other theatrically outraged Liberal MLAs, including Michael Lee, Karin Kirkpatrick and Teresa Wat. Even though Eby wasn’t in the legislature and the speaker of the house rebuked the Liberals for their school-yard slander, they kept on.”
“They didn’t mention MacDonald Realty had also found 70 per cent of its houses costing over $3 million had been sold to buyers from China. In addition top real estate players, UBC prof. David Ley, author of Millionaire Migrants, and the giant Asian housing site Juwai confirmed that foreign capital was flooding into B.C. housing. And the last thing the righteous Liberal MLAs wanted anyone to remember was how their own party’s chief fundraiser at the time, condo marketer Bob Rennie, had repeatedly told the Urban Development Institute things such as “90 per cent of homes over $2 million are sold to Mainland China.”
“The Liberal tactic of shouting racism to silence anyone who points to how foreign ownership is one of many factors having an impact on B.C. housing gets more bizarre when one keeps in mind it was the Liberals that brought in the foreign buyers tax in the first place. And the B.C. Court of Appeal happened to rule this month there is nothing racist about it.”
“The B.C. Liberals are without a party leader, so maybe that’s why they lack discipline, or coherence, on housing. Maybe that’s the excuse the party of laissez-faire capitalism has for trying to distort reality by preaching they are the true champions of the marginalized — in the kind of display for which the term ‘virtue-signalling’ was invented.”
From TRNTO in Canada. “The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s (TRREB) report for Juneshows home sales have declined from highs seen this past spring, but are still above numbers seen last year. Prices did drop, though, for semi-detached homes within the 416-area code region of the GTA. TRREB Chief Market Analyst Jason Mercer predicts that prices throughout the entire GTA region will stay ‘well above’ $1 million through to the end of 2021 as supply continues to lag, but that the record pace of sales over the spring has ‘run its course.'”

A reader sent in this with a chart:
https://www.fanniemae.com/research-and-insights/surveys/national-housing-survey
Oh dear…
Great chart. You could make a pretty good argument that since prices have broken away from fundamentals, consumer sentiment is the ONLY thing left to measure.
I assumed sweating it out for 24-30 months to hit bottom. Now I’m wondering if just 18 months could make it happen. After all, what social media was around in 2008 to serve as a catalyst to the crash…MySpace?
Agreed, great chart.
A point to consider: Buy/sell sentiment has shifted, but due to the time lag separating one’s decision to buy and the final completion of this decision to buy price changes will not fully catch up with shifts in sentiment.
I just did a Zillow on my house and have noticed a big shift in Zillow’s calculations of my house’s market value; What was a big gain a month or so ago has now morphed into a loss.
Considering the lag between market price and market sentiment I fully expect future Zillow calculations to drastically impact my house’s market value.
Not that I care all that much, I just think this entire buying mania (a mania that appears to be abruptly ending) is interesting.
“I think everybody is getting a little nervous with the (foreclosure) moratoriums ending and there is reported defaults,”
I hope they don’t count on scoring a move-in ready house at a bargain price. The defaulted and evicted residents will do thousands of dollars worth of damage on the way out.
Re: damage
I like the oldie videos from the first time around. I recall pigs being moved in, car repairs being done inside with oil everywhere and a guy parking a van in the middle of the LV Strip chucking stuff out the back on to the street (but I think that might have been a divorce.) I remember ads on craigslist advertising the trees in the yard for sale.

Not going inside is probably a pre-foreclosure, not REO. But shadow inventory is a conspiracy theory.

Dozens get stuck in mud as Folsom Lake shrinks

“Driving across the muddy area is illegal, rangers warn”
Bahahahaha … and incredibly stupid.
(snip)
“GRANITE BAY, Calif. (KCRA) —
California state park rangers said Thursday dozens of drivers are getting stuck in the mud as more and more people explore the exposed shoreline at Folsom Lake’s Granite Bay access point — and the problem is growing.
“As Folsom Lake shrinks, more and more drivers get stuck
‘There (are a) number of times when we’re closing the park, it’s pitch black at night, and you find a random car,’ said Sgt. Ryan Steele, a ranger at Folsom Lake. ‘There are certain areas where there is not cellphone reception, so there are times where we don’t find them until 8 or 9 o’clock at night.'”
Bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
“On Thursday afternoon, KCRA 3 found several vehicles stuck in the muck that used to be the lakebed.
“One of those drivers was Steven Hudson.
“‘Next thing, I was going a little too slow and got stuck in the mud,’ he said. ‘I am one of the guys that gets stuck a lot.’
What an idiot.
“Even the truck that came to pull out Hudson’s SUV got stuck, too.
“‘This mud is not nice,’ said Bo Johnston, a four-wheel enthusiast. ‘You don’t want to get in it. It doesn’t matter what kind of rig you have — if you get out there, it’s so slick, you’re just going to get stuck.’
“So many people are getting caught on a daily basis that tow truck operator Michael Lockwood, with Folsom Lake Towing, said it’s almost a full-time job for him.
“‘In nine years doing this, I usually get maybe three a year,’ Lockwood said. ‘Already in four months, I am up to 58 trucks.'”
Bahahahahahahahahanahahahahahahahaha.
“Anyone who is considering four-wheeling out here should be advised: Driving across the muddy area is illegal, rangers said.”

“The San Diego metropolitan area was ranked 11th for VA loans. The VA says roughly 90 percent of its loans are made without a down payment.”
So if you buy in San Diego, you’re competing with government-financed subprime borrowers. Good luck with that!
Not only that but you are competing with 4 incomes supporting that subprime loan. It used to be that this was mostly an immigrant story to pool multiple adult incomes to buy but now it is being accepted that the domestic population has to pool 4 incomes now too. In most areas of San Diego the zoning limit is 3 adults and generally they have to be family. Obviously with AirBNB etc etc we don’t worry about such formalities anymore but in the grand scheme of things it means the family unit is being done away with.
‘The No. 1 metro area for VA loan growth is Honolulu, Hawaii, where loan activity nearly doubled year-over-year’

Long time readers know I’ve followed this aspect of the bubble for many years. I can remember when the Vancouver Sun played a little virtue signalling too, so it’s surprising to see this editorial. As the piece mentions, 89% of Ka-ndns in BC supported getting these Chinese money launderers out of the shack market, which the Liberals loved before they saw the writing on the wall. Now they are back to their old tricks.
Retired service members are also seeking the warmth of the South, flocking to states like Texas and Alabama.
They aren’t “flocking” to states like Texas and Alabama because they’re seeking the warmth of the south. Most military vets do not want to live under Democrat-Bolshevik malgovernance and head for pro-liberty red states where the 2nd Amendment is still respected and upheld.

Just months after bankers celebrated a record haul from taking Chinese companies public in New York and Hong Kong, they’ve had a rude awakening. Deals are being shelved and investors are nursing heavy losses.
A chill has settled over global finance after a fortnight in which China first cracked down on its Uber-like Didi Global Inc. within days of a U.S. trading debut, followed swiftly by the State Council announcing closer scrutiny of all offshore listings. On Saturday, a cybersecurity review was proposed for companies with data on more than 1 million users before they seek to list in foreign countries.
The Communist will eventually want to eat the Globalist for lunch when their timing is right . Very much like the Hitler/Stalin alliance while they were both planning on betraying that alliance. Hitler struck first, but Stalin had been building up military to combat Hitler when the time came.
Both these powers want a dictorship over the populations and want to destroy freedoms.
Right now the US citizens have both the Communist and the Globalist Monopolies against them and these are the forces that rigged the election, where they didn’t need open military to accomplish it.

Don’t know if any of you heard about the stash of weapons that were found in a hotel room near Coors Field by housekeeping. The media was ready to run with a “white supremacist attack against Tuesday’s All Star game was thwarted” narrative.
The problem with that narrative is that it was four vibrants who were behind it, and they were arrested (they were on parole, so they couldn’t legally possess guns). So the narrative turned on a dime: Now it’s “There was no planned terrorist attack. The public was never in any danger”.
I suspect that this was a false flag that went wrong.
So the narrative turned on a dime: Now it’s “There was no planned terrorist attack. The public was never in any danger”.
Incredible.
From CNN article:
” “There’s no way I would ever allow anybody that I knew of to shoot actively into a crowd with women and children and families, there’s no way, there’s no way whatsoever. Never,” Ricardo Rodriguez said in a jailhouse interview ”
https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/11/us/denver-arrests-near-mlb-all-star-game/index.html
So there you have it. He said he wasn’t going to shoot up a place. That is trustworthy to report.
These criminals that rigged the 2o/2o election are going to do anything to rig the midterm election. They are having a problem with a couple Senators not voting the way they want, so they aren’t getting the legislation they planned yet by having the Majority. So Biden and his executive orders are the power play right now.
So, I predict that they aren’t finished with using the Covid Panademic for their political purposes, and they will use it going beyond any justification. And the fake news censorship will continue, maybe even get worse.
So, I’m expecting some false flags any time now.
I just feel like a enemy of people and democracy captured the Government and have already taken the first amendment by this censorship.
So, if they are putting every victim of this in the position of needing to sue a multi billion dollar Monopoly or Corp, than they have created a kangaroo Court of no reasonable and timely remedy for public on the obvious laws these criminals are willing to violate.
No need a false flag. Delta, delta+……this cow has still milk left.
True
At this point I view this like a military operation in which they are seeing how much ground they can take by any means.
So, its the overriding problem in analysis of financial markets, real estate, anything.
Here is your daily dose of ClownWorld, from the Daily Wire:
https://www.dailywire.com/news/with-t-mobile-stores-favorites-of-blm-looters-and-arsonists-execs-told-workforce-to-be-respectful-of-those-who-want-to-burn-this-whole-place-down
T-Mobile, the third-largest telecommunications company in the nation, told its 53,000 employees that they must adhere to an “anti-racist” ideology, according to a slew of emails from top executives and training course materials obtained by The Daily Wire.
Following the death of George Floyd, Executive Vice President of Consumer Markets Jon Freier, a white man, sent an email to T-Mobile’s 74%-minority workforce informing them that they must become “anti-racist” because “it’s not enough to simply feel good that you don’t contribute to racism.”
“Allies have realized that it’s not enough to not be racist. You have to actually be anti-racist,” Freier said. “Being neutral is actually part of the problem.”
Freier told employees and storefront owners that it is important to be “respectful” of different viewpoints, seemingly including those that call for burning and looting. The executive vice president said in one email that employees should respect the belief that it’s appropriate to “burn this whole place down.”
“I want to be respectful about different points of view here. Some people believe that the only way we get meaningful change in this country is to burn this whole place down,” Freier said. “If you believe that’s outrageous, I’m telling you I’ve gotten feedback from reasonable people who believe that … What I know is that this violence is not random. It’s important to remember why this is happening.”
If I was one of T-Mobile’s employees, I would take this as a green light to go ahead with looting and burning down the store myself.
“What I know is that this violence is not random. It’s important to remember why this is happening.”
We know why it’s happening, Freier, it’s just not ok to talk about it.
“Some people believe that the only way we get meaningful change in this country is to burn this whole place down,”
What if some people believe this is outrageous?
“If you believe that’s outrageous, I’m telling you I’ve gotten feedback from reasonable people who believe that …”
Reasonable people believe that. Check.
“What I know is that this violence is not random.”
I agree; From what I can see this violence is well organized.
“It’s important to remember why this is happening.”
I agree, but probably for different reasons.
From what I can see this violence is well organized.
I wonder what provisions Mr. Freier, well paid VP of Consumer Markets, has made to shield himself from this oh so justified violence he justifies? A well stocked bug out ranch in Montana or North Dakota? An offshore getaway?
Interesting that someone in charge of “consumer products” would say something like this instead of some “VP of Diversity”. One would think that he should be more concerned with 5G deployment, but apparently one would be wrong.
Bidding wars are alive and well here in Larimer County. A young couple I know sold their house over the weekend for $40K over their asking price. Unfortunately, they don’t yet have a place to move into, so they might have to move in with their parents/in-laws for a while.
Smart move. Buckle down for 6 months to a year.
A year ago when the lockdowns began I figured we would be there (crash well in progress) by now. Instead, prices are higher than ever.
I don’t think the banking clan can push prices much higher, but I could see them trying to keep them from falling. Of course, they are not omnipotent. There must be some method to their madness. The only thing I can think of is that they want runaway inflation to monetize sovereign debt

So now the first detected Covid-19 infections occurred in or before September 2019 in Italy. This pushes back the timeline significantly and reveals that the Chinese are still lying to the world. This thing escaped from Wuhan WAY before December 2020. It was already established in Italy in September 2019.
And there is a Moderna Dr. Fauci angle to this as well:
https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2021/07/covid_began_far_earlier_than_we_were_told.html
The more data that emerges, the stronger the stench of an enormous cover-up/conspiracy gets. Where is the MSM? Investigations need to be conducted, people are lying and we’re only seeing the tip of the iceberg.
Wouldn’t that support the Stanford study for antibody prevalence?
I’m not familiar with the Stanford antibody study. What this Italian study shows is that Covid-19 was already established in Italy in August 2019. This is alarming since it is clear that Covid-19 leaked or was released in Wuhan well before then end of 2019. How long has Covid-19 been circulating in China and Europe? It’s possible that it’s been out for TWO YEARS! This is alarming because it’s not behaving like other respiratory viruses like the flu.
And because the medical/science establishment was more interested in protecting China and attacking Donald Trump, the world has lost precious time to study Covid-19. Just what is this virus, where did it come from, how long has it been circulating in human populations, and what is it going to do in the future?
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.04.14.20062463v1.full.pdf
Some people posted that they got a snarky flu on the east coast in early 2019. Another posted a while back that Japan had a bad flu season same time.
This causes me to think, where did they release the Covid originally? Also, the footage from China where they were falling in the streets looked so fake. Than in spite of China being ground zero, and having a high population, they had one of the lowest death rates from Covid. China got back into operation quickly . And, the evidence shows they didn’t do a mass vaccination program either.
China also started making vaccines for other Countries, claiming their vaccines were better than the American made vaccines.
While its hard getting info on China , the Panademic just didn’t act the same in China.
Than the way it skyrocketed in NYC, suggested to me that it had been there longer than stated.
Also, medical plants in foreign Countries that were producing the lifesaving meds, 4 hard fires and one was blown up.
So, I think they were trying to make it look like a accident from China. Like why would a Country release a bio weapon in their own Country. It makes the whole story more plausible that it had to be a accident.
Just because of the timing of the Panademic, fake PCR tests to up the numbers, suppression of drugs that had 85% success rate, bribes to hospitals to report all deaths Covid, they wanted grounds to declare a Panademic, with emergency use authorization for vaccines.
Covid was used to make it easier to rig the election.
So, this doesn’t surprise me that the Covid was around way sooner than the fake narrative said.
the footage from China where they were falling in the streets looked so fake
Indeed it did. Perhaps the whole thing was a PsyOp. China got a few steps further along manufacturing wise while the rest of the world hid under their beds.
The Stanford study looked at samples collected in April 2020. A seroprevalance study measures what’s out there when the samples were collected–they don’t give much indication on when people got infected.

IIRC, Larry Kudlow said that CA is getting oil from Saudia Arabia while NY is getting it from Russia.
NY is getting it from Russia.
I don’t think NY imports any crude oil at all.
This was one of his appearances discussing the hypocrisy of no fossil fuels here but getting it from Saudi Arabia and Russia. In other appearance, it was said which state was getting it from which country.
PLENTY of power just down the 5 freeway from me, clean too… sad CA shut it down. San Onofre Nuclear Generating station. Instead of storing nuclear waste where we know where it is, we are burning fossil fuels we can all breath in and burn up the Earth. Bravo Democrats in California.

Blueskye,
Didn’t you get suspicious when recently Fake news reintroduced the China lab leak theory again?
But this time its leaked with Fauci involvement with funding gain of function research.
If you ask me, the evidence is adding up that this bio weapon was released a lot earlier, in God knows what Countries. on purpose. Than the fake footage from China .
They had to get the Panademic going before Countries had ability to stop it early.
The speed of which it spread from the China lab leak date just defies logic. Also the fact that China curtailed it unlike any other Country in spike of being Ground zero of the leak.
Than fake news takes the attention off China, and than brings it back again, after all objectives obtained and all damage done.
Just look at the Entities that benefited from the Covid Panademic.
So, its possible that they released the bio weapon in various places in late 2018 or early 2019. But it would take time to spread. . So maybe they waited until the exact right timing to have it rig the election.
Or, it could be that Covid Panademic was faked and the Covid has been circulating around for a while now , and that explains why a lot of people had immunity already, and it wasn’t some new contagent at all.
In other words, they were sure trying to give the impression that it was a novel new virus (maybe leaked accidentally from lab), to get it declared a Panademic, with no cure( except vaccines if course)
And the censoring occurred at exact right timing also.
Its possible that they just released toxins in different places to give the appearance of a new flu. They already knew that 64 to 70 thousand high risk for any respiratory died yearly in the US on average.
The part that drives me crazy is the inaccurate PCR testing and mass testing of non sick people to determine the number of cases. Just so ridiculous and fraudulent. And very interesting how they always know ahead iof time what’s going to happen, but they didn’t know that lockdowns and masks don’t work, and they didn’t know that meds were lifesaving.
So, I think Delta is a total scam.
the inaccurate PCR testing
This has been one heck of a year and a half. Scam, fraud and organized crime conducted on such a grand scale that it is way beyond imagining for most of us. Also the mass stupidity, gullibility and subservience…staggering.
The “rare” disorders linked to the experimental vaccines are starting to add up. This is my look of utter surprise and disbelief.

vaccines
From Dr. McCullough, genetic juice.
Pfizer and Moderna’s capture of our bureaucrats pays off once again.
It looks to me like the FDA is going to declare the adverse reactions rare, list them as a rare side effect , and plow forward with the agenda of getting them approved for long term use. This is criminal as well as wanting to mass vaccinate children , pregnant women , other low risk groups.
Now this paper on the effectiveness of Ivermectin:
https://journals.lww.com/americantherapeutics/Fulltext/2021/06000/Review_of_the_Emerging_Evidence_Demonstrating_the.4.aspx
https://www.studyfinds.org/covid-19-cure-ivermectin/
This is a long paper and there’s a lot of stuff–I’ve only skimmed it but it is definitely a well researched analysis. If it turns out that Ivermectin works, then that means that American physicians, the medical/research/academic industry, Big Pharma, MSM, Democrats and liberals killed hundreds of thousands of Americans because Orange Man Bad.
More and more evidence is coming out daily that points to the biggest and deadliest scandal in American history. Nothing coming from the Government, CDC, NIH or the medical community has turned out to be true. The lies start with the origins of Covid-19.
Here’s what happened: Trump BAD, Chinese GOOD. Make Covid-19 into a weapon against Trump. Who cares if it kills granny, she’s too old anyways.
If these were vaccines based on the old vaccine technology of using some version of a dead virus to get a immune response, than I don’t think you would be getting as much objection.
But, this is a entirely new technology, that hasn’t been time tested . I don’t think it should of been allowed for emergency use authorization either, and for sure not for 70% mass vaccination of globe, over a small fraction risk group.
But already they are trying to deny the adverse. reactions, and they don’t have any idea about long term.
Giving it to the extremely high risk group, mostly the very old with co morbidities, might of been justified but only if they were totally informed that it was experimental, and wasn’t time tested.
This older group should be offered life saving meds as a choice for God Sakes, and any other group that gets a life threatening case.
I remember seeing a guy in his late thirties, a number of months ago, talk about his case of Covid. His Doctor told him he wasn’t going to put him on the venitaltor , cause it would kill him. Instead the Dr said he wanted to treat with meds. The guy survived a bad case, and was lucky he had a Doctor like that.
Another fact coming out is that a lot of people already had immunity to Covid based on prior outbreaks from a long time ago, and had very effective immunity.
Unreal.
The “Fact checkers” came out of their corner like the Tasmanian Devil with guns blazing to shoot this down yesterday.
Mystery: 3 Presidents All Died After Blocking Distribution of COVID Vaccines In Their Countries
by Jamie White
July 12th 2021, 3:18 pm
The presidents of three different nations have ended up dead shortly after denying distribution of the experimental COVID-19 shot.
After their deaths, all three countries are now distributing COVID jabs to their citizens.
The latest was Haitian President Jovenel Moise, who was assassinated at his home in Port-au-Prince last week by a group of mercenaries.
Haiti had declined the AstraZeneca vaccine from the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Covax Facility in May, citing widespread side effects reported in Europe.
This made Haiti the only country in the Western Hemisphere not to accept the COVID shot.
Days after Moise’s murder, White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced the U.S. would be sending COVID vaccines to Haiti, in addition to $5 million in aid and a team of FBI agents “as early as next week.”
Burundi President Pierre Nkurunziza was the next to recently die, from cardiac arrest in June.
Burundi’s health minister declined the vaccines in February, claiming that “since more than 95% of patients are recovering, we estimate that the vaccines are not yet necessary” in the African nation.
In March, Tanzanian President John Magufuli had also died of a “heart ailment.”
Magufuli infuriated the medical establishment when he denied the COVID vaccine in his country, urging instead for citizens to “pray coronavirus away.”
Magufuli also mocked the efficacy of the PCR tests, by showing how a goat and a paw paw fruit both tested positive for COVID-19.
Months after his death, Tanzania put in a $470 order to the WHO for a shipment of COVID vaccines for its 60 million citizens.

Covid-19 jab bookings surge in France as Macron announces new restrictions for the unvaccinated
FRANCE 24
13/07/2021
A record number of French people sought to book appointments for Covid-19 vaccinations on Monday night after President Emmanuel Macron announced a slew of measures designed to push sceptics to get themselves jabbed.
In an address to the nation, Macron announced that from next month anyone wanting to go out to eat or drink, take a long-distance train or visit a shopping centre will need to show either proof of vaccination or a negative test.
The so-called “health pass” will also be needed to attend a festival, a theatre show or a cinema screening as part of the government’s strategy to tackle the surging number of new cases linked to the Delta variant.

CNN medical analyst suggests life ‘needs to be hard’ for unvaccinated Americans
Wen urged President Biden to get behind ‘vaccine credentialing’
Published 2 days ago
CNN medical contributor Dr. Leana Wen suggested Saturday that life needs to be “hard” for Americans who have not received a COVID-19 vaccine and individuals who refuse to get shots should perhaps face weekly testings.
“It needs to be hard for people to remain unvaccinated,” Wen, the former Planned Parenthood president, said. “Right now, it’s kind of the opposite.”
Unvaccinated people, she fretted, can at the moment go about their lives as normal without any consequence.
“But at some point these mandates, by workplaces, by schools, I think it will be important to say, ‘Hey, you can opt out, but if you want to opt out, you have to sign these forms, you have to get twice weekly testing,’” Wen said. “Basically, we need to make getting vaccinated the easy choice.”

Dr. Leana Wen
Former President of Planned Parenthood. Genocide is her specialty.
Genocide
Or eugenics. Take your pick.
With every passing day I become more convinced that there is a sinister motive behind “a needle in every arm”.
In Colorado.
Yep. While I gave these criminals the benefit of doubt at first, especially when they gave us the BS about flattening the curve, when it turned into long term lockdowns, while they let people go in droves to grocery stores, it started to not add up.
Than all that screaming about getting respirators, when it turns out those had a 90 % death rate, while they were stonewalling med treatments that worked.
The Doctors being censored, like Dr. McCullough, better get 24/7 security. From what I understand they can produce a artificial heart attack that isn’t detectable.
YES I AGREE this is sinister, not justified medically, and they are coming for the non vaccinated.

Biden under pressure from activists and fellow Democrats to make more forceful case against new state voting restrictions
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/biden-under-pressure-from-activists-and-fellow-democrats-to-make-more-forceful-case-against-new-state-voting-restrictions-01626180135?mod=mw_latestnews
WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden will lay out the “moral case” for voting rights as he faces growing pressure from civil rights activists and other Democrats to combat efforts by Republican-led state legislatures to restrict access to the ballot.
Biden has declared that protecting voting rights was the central cause of his presidency, but the White House has taken sharp criticism from allies for not doing more while contending with political headwinds and stubborn Senate math that have greatly restricted its ability to act.
Since these shots are being used for some kind of objective ,not based on sound medical science or safety, could they put different ingredients in shots to their perceived enemies, like the unvaccinated.
When you hear these goons talking about quarantining the unvaccinated, or making them take a fake PCR test twice a week to prove they don’t have Covid, this is getting crazy.
Also some of them are a talking about taking the unvaccinated to quarantine camps.
So, they are using this Covid/Delta as a weapon to take freedoms, and coercion that’s against the law.
Its just like when FDR put Japanese US Citizens in camps, the High Court endorsed it. It was only later that the Court ruled that it was unconstitutional, but way after the damage done.
The Democrats/Biden plan on stacking the Court anyway.
I read a stat yesterday that 28% of vaccinated are getting a case of Covid, but than you read other stats that its only the unvaccinated. So , what stats are fraud.
And I don’t get choice of using meds if I get a case of Covid when if applied early enough you can even avoid a hospital visit, where you might die in hospital . because they aren’t really treating in a lot of places with meds.
How do you like Big Pharmacy and the medical system now?
One one hand, they say that the unvaxxed are a “menace to humanity”. Then they say that less than 1% of new cases are the vaxxed, and that those cases are super mild.
Sounds to me like the unvaxxed are only a menace to themselves. And given the low death counts, I’d say not even that.
They are screwing with the data because I saw one report where it said 28% getting Delta were already fully vaccinated. Than same day I found another report saying they were all the unvaccinated. Somebody is lying.
But, if any group does get a threatening case at this point, its just criminal that they would be denied meds that work.
There’s a network of doctors who will prescribe the medications. Dr. McCullough has mentioned it a few times.
Just what I feared is happening. I asked my daughter this morning if anyone had mentioned this, no. She doesn’t have it in her to resist because of her autism, damage done by past school bullying.

Have to check with her doctor, see what documentation we can throw at this, a medical exemption is mentioned. My biggest problem is that she still thinks the “vaccine” is harmless 😨
You mentioned she still fears mama bear. Use what you’ve got!
I agree, use what you got. Must be a exemption available. All this coercion and trickery to get all vaccinated is against the Nuremberg codes, but they don’t care .
+100% They should add on “you’ll have no rights” to the WEF mantra “you’ll own nothing.”
