Some Owners Have Had To Sell Very Much Below Their Expectations

It’s Friday desk clearing time for this blogger. “Here are some examples, followed by a breakdown by neighborhood, of recent price cuts on homes, condos, apartments and other Eastside properties. How Low Will They Go? $109k chop on Glassell Park 3-bedroom; $20k slice on Eagle Rock bungalow; $100k cut on Echo Park triple.”

“Purchased for $2.25 million in April of 2018, having been newly expanded and remodeled, the Bernal Heights view home at 149 Bradford Street returned to the market three weeks ago listed for ‘$1,995,000.’ 149 Bradford is ‘already in contract!’ (having been listed for 11.1 percent below its 2018 price).”

“Zeckendorf Development is on track to buy a condo project on the Upper East Side after its former developer, Ceruzzi Properties, lost the site to its lender. Zeckendorf is set to acquire the property, a 61-unit development known as The Hayworth, for roughly $250M. It is currently in the hands of a UK-based lender. The lender took over the building in 2019, when Ceruzzi, which had been looking at a $375M sellout on the project, fell behind on a construction loan following a slowdown in the condo market and the unexpected 2017 death of Ceruzzi’s founder.”

“As a short-term rental owner myself, converting to a long-term rental won’t work, even with the incentives offered. Changing one’s business model is a big ask of someone who wants only to cover some second-home ownership costs while still being able to enjoy the grandeur and amenities of Summit County. A short-term rental owner will likely want to at least cover their mortgage payment, which might be high due to real estate prices in the county. As such, the amount that they would need to charge long-term renters, even if the county subsidizes that cost with additional funding, would probably be out of reach for the workers we’re trying to assist with housing.”

“Speculation is a gamble that property values will increase in the short-term. Investing is buying a property for the positive cash-flow, mortgage buy down, and tax advantages. Right now, a median two-bed apartment in Kelowna will cost you about $525,000. A two-bedroom apartment in Kelowna will command $2,100/mo in rent payments. Your mortgage payment, with 20% down and 30-year amortization at 2.5% interest will be around $1,650/mo, netting you $450/mo before any other expenses. After paying strata fees around $350/mo and property taxes around $200/mo, you can see how this investment is already underwater by $100/mo. It’s no big deal if the property’s value is increasing by 100x that per month. But what happens if you carry this mortgage into a recession brought on by rising interest rates?”

“Governor Adrian Orr acknowledged the housing market was already softening and the committee thought higher interest rates were ‘consistent with house prices becoming more sustainable.’ Orr said there would be ‘small pockets’ of New Zealanders, particularly those who had taken on large levels of debt recently, who could be in a position where they needed to manage negative equity – owing more than their properties are worth – ‘for some time.'”

“ANZ chief economist Sharon Zollner said it was possible to imagine a situation where more people were in negative equity. ‘The housing market is in full retreat at the moment.’ She said it was very unusual for the Reserve Bank to forecast steady hikes of interest rates in a falling housing market. ‘That’s a pretty big deal.'”

“Residential developer Frasers Property Home (Thailand) will shift to single detached houses and the upper-end segment as the pandemic has hit purchasing power of townhouse buyers and middle-to low-income earners. Chief executive Saenphin Sukhee said the mortgage rejection rate of townhouse customers who were mostly middle-to low-income people escalated to 70% last year as their income was lower against higher expenses during the pandemic. ‘The two-year pandemic caused a rise in household debt to 90%,’ he said. ‘Around 3.2 million people had income insecurity, while unemployment increased to 2.25 million.'”

“Dominique Gallmann, co-founder of a Bali-based real estate agency in business since 2002, has weathered downturns before. This one is different, he says. Gallmann says notaries and other property agents he talks to concur that ‘the market has definitely been soft. Some villa owners have had to sell very much below their expectations,’ he adds. In one extreme case, an overseas owner is said to have sold his beachfront apartment in Legian for US$155,000, after paying US$450,000 for it nine years earlier. Another client, who had held two villas in Seminyak for eight years, sold the five-bedroom villa for US$205,000 (original purchase price US$450,000) and the three-bedroom villa for US$210,000 (original purchase price US$380,000).”

“Probuild, one of the country’s largest construction companies, has collapsed under the pressure of the beleaguered construction industry, leaving $5 billion in unfinished projects under a cloud of uncertainty. The firm is behind several major builds, including the Melbourne Convention Centre and Sydney’s new glass IMAX building in Darling Harbour. This includes the luxury residential apartments at 443 Queen St project in Brisbane, which was meant to complete construction in late 2021 and has already lost $120 million, and the Western Road Upgrade project in Sydney, which had a forecast loss of $161 million by June last year.”

“Probuild suffered a drop in revenue last year to $1.6 billion from $2.4 billion a year earlier, and is the largest and latest in a string of construction industry failures.”

  1. ‘In one extreme case, an overseas owner is said to have sold his beachfront apartment in Legian for US$155,000, after paying US$450,000 for it nine years earlier’

Probably took an a$$ pounding on it every year too. Like condotels, why do you think they sell them instead of renting themselves? Cuz it’s a money loser.

  2. ‘particularly those who had taken on large levels of debt recently, who could be in a position where they needed to manage negative equity – owing more than their properties are worth – ‘for some time’

They broke it off in yer a$$ shack gamblers. Just a few months ago UHS were singing FOMO.

  3. ‘the amount that they would need to charge long-term renters, even if the county subsidizes that cost with additional funding, would probably be out of reach for the workers we’re trying to assist with housing’

That’s quite the pickle. Yer cash flow negative too! But what does a shack cost up there, a few thousand pesos?

  4. ‘How Low Will They Go? $109k chop on Glassell Park 3-bedroom; $20k slice on Eagle Rock bungalow; $100k cut on Echo Park triple…149 Bradford is ‘already in contract!’ (having been listed for 11.1 percent below its 2018 price)’

    Eat yer crowz Thornberg…

  5. ‘Fast forward to Thursday, and Opendoor reported losing $662 million in 2021. That exceeds Zillow’s $528 million loss for the year. It also surpasses by 261% Opendoor’s 2020 loss of $253 million’

Wa happened to my red hotcakes ibuyers? The media is largely ignoring this of course.

      1. It’s like a lot of things today. We’re expected to believe shack prices are to the moon Alice! when these flipping outfits have been losing enormous amounts of cash quarter after quarter. Not one of them has consistently made money.

        1. All they’ve succeeded in doing is crowding out end users and driving prices well above what fundamentals support. It’s criminal.

  6. Definition of irony: the Soy who voted for Brandon to get free community college end up getting drafted to fight WWIII because adversaries like Putin and Xi aren’t deterred by weak leaders and “woke” U.S. and NATO militaries.

Biden promised that, if he was elected, Putin’s days of ‘trying to intimidate’ Eastern Europe were over

    1. end up getting drafted to fight WWIII

Fortunately for them this will end quickly, like Crimea did.

What I wonder is, how did Ukraine, which is 0.3% tribe, “elect” one of them as their leader? Probably the same way we wound up with Brandon.

      1. Every single one of these globalists, and/or their children and grandchildren need to be Boots On The Ground over there fighting and dying NOW.

Dump this globalist filth into the Russian meat grinder and let Daddy Putin take out the trash.

You can’t be a globalist and an American.

And the only good globalist is a dead globalist ☠

        1. Bleeding and dying in globalist wars is a job for the deplorables’ kidz. Globalists’ kidz live it up in places like St. Moritz on their trust funds.

      2. Fortunately for them this will end quickly, like Crimea did.

Wouldn’t be so sure about that. The Ukraine government might be oligarch-installed, but the populace has some strong nationalist elements who will resist to the bitter end rather than answering to a foreign invader.

        1. has some strong nationalist elements who will resist to the bitter end r

It depends on how many of them there are. I’m sure Putin did the math. Judging by the images of clogged highways full of cars fleeing Kiev, the people don’t seem that confident, though I wonder where they will go. I doubt Hungary or Romania will welcome them.

        2. No telling how accurate these numbers are, but this doesn’t look like something that’s going to be over in a few days.

Ukraine says it has inflicted one of Russia’s heaviest ever day of losses with more than 1,000 casualties: Putin’s losses now stand at 2,800 troops, 80 tanks and 516 armoured vehicles as fightback continues

          https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10550799/Ukraine-hits-airfield-Russia-missile-strike-blow-Putin-downing-six-helicopters.html

Ukrainian forces claimed today to have inflicted one of Russia’s heaviest ever day of losses with more than 1,000 casualties.

It comes as new totals by Kyiv’s defence ministry put President Vladimir Putin’s losses at 2,800 troops, 80 tanks, 516 armoured vehicles, 10 airplanes and seven helicopters.

      3. What I wonder is, how did Ukraine, which is 0.3% tribe, “elect” one of them as their leader?

Zelensky doesn’t seem to lack for guts. He may be a former comedian, but he’s standing up to Putin’s aggression and rallying Ukraine’s defenders to defend her sovereignty. My hope is that he’s one of those rare leaders who in their country’s darkest hours become unlikely national heroes.

Zelensky posts a video with top aides + his prime minister, apparently from above ground in Kyiv.

“We are all here, our soldiers are here … we are defending our independence”

        https://twitter.com/felix_light/status/1497257946602000388?cxt=HHwWiMC-xe2KqscpAAAA

          1. I do not want to see Ukraine forcibly reintegrated back into Russia. It should be an independent, sovereign country. Zelensky definitely wouldn’t be my pick to lead the country, but now that Russia has invaded, he has a chance to show real leadership. The fact that he’s Jewish doesn’t mean he can’t be a patriot and a national hero when circumstances require it.

          2. Zelensky definitely wouldn’t be my pick to lead the country,

Wait, wasn’t he exactly our pick for the job?

…should be an independent, sovereign country.

Isn’t that what Russia asked for just yesterday as we tried to pull it into NATO?

          3. Isn’t that what Russia asked for just yesterday as we tried to pull it into NATO?

Putin is claiming Ukraine was always a part of Russia, and he’s just taking it back. NATO was trying to get Ukraine to join; it was the other way around, and most NATO members didn’t seem all that keen on having them.

          4. Putin is claiming

I have no idea where you got that “info”, but I am hesitant to believe the media narrative, having just tried to sort out truth from fiction for several weeks on the Canadian protest. The media was non-stop making things up.

      1. Yet Bates has no problem with illegals streaming over the US border and mandating an experimental and untested injection. 🙄

          1. It looks to me like Trump was explaining Vladimir Putin’s risk-benefit calculus in making a power grab in Ukraine, when faced with an irresolute Biden who already had the Afghanistan debacle under his belt, rather than cheerleading for him per se. But he should’ve condemned the Russian invasion unequivocally, as far as I’m concerned.

    1. ‘Conspiracy theorists’ disinformation has led to the deaths of thousands of Americans every week by discouraging COVID-19 vaccinations. That toll will end up being a tiny fraction of the anti-vax movement’s body count. Even when this pandemic is over, an energized base of anti-vaxxers will lead to more deaths for years to come.’

‘And let’s get the courts involved. When words kill, there should be no absolute 1st Amendment protection.’

‘Since the pandemic began, the U.S. has seen public health professionals resign because of threats from anti-vaxxers, hollowing out infrastructure that’s critical to America’s welfare. We need more aggressive prosecutions of anyone threatening officials and scientists who promote vaccination. The public can help. Internet sleuths have identified hundreds of the Jan. 6 insurrectionists, feeding information to an FBI task force that makes arrests. Anti-vaxxers who threaten public servants are often anonymous — but may be traceable online.’

‘Rather than letting infractions slide, state licensing boards and professional organizations should accelerate sanctions against physicians and pharmacists who distribute and profit from useless and harmful “COVID-19 drugs” such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. It’s particularly egregious when they also refuse to prescribe FDA-approved drugs and trash vaccines that actually are effective against COVID-19. Affected patients and family members could sue the quacks who harmed them. We are now seeing “long COVID” sufferers targeted. Pushing untested cocktails of irrelevant drugs and supplements onto people with serious health problems is downright dangerous.’

      1. yes, soros, schwab and gates already have the masses paying for their own assassinations by way of russian roulette vax lots, and if you can believe it, it’s going to get worse.

        1. Note how easily they steer into natzism:

‘When words kill, there should be no absolute 1st Amendment protection’

Yeah, track em down online, that’s not nuts or anything.

It’s not a vaccine. If it was we wouldn’t have any controversy.

I keep coming back to this: we had a way of resolving all of this. You make yer medical choices. You can speak freely. You are free to make observations and ask questions. It wasn’t that long ago this mass censorship was unheard of. We don’t have to accept this.

As far as where it’s headed: they are the ones who won’t stop. Although it does seem like they’ve given up on the CCP virus cuz nobody believes their horsesh$t anymore.

          1. It wasn’t that long ago this mass censorship was unheard of. We don’t have to accept this.

The Comrades of Proven Worth (D) who control our NEA indoctrination mills are churning out half-educated dolts incapable of being contributing members of society. That said, these “educators” have been a stellar success at implementing their globalist masters’ agenda of quashing young people’s critical thinking tendencies and inculcating mindless compliance with “authority” regardless of how capricious or evil it is.

          2. I predict that they are not finished with more rounds of the defrauding of Public , by use of fake and censored news, to get injections into people that are not acceptable injections of this failure gene altering technology.
They never were able to assure how much spike would be produced, or how long it would last. That alone would disqualify these vaccines from human consumption, according to Experts in this field.
Another Expert testified to the fact that using the spike of the so called duplication of pathogen , had to be the most dangerous part chosen , and in term of safety a very poor design and choice. And as testified to, the fact that all 4 vaccine Companies used same spike to use is highly unusual, and suggest collusion.

          3. “it does seem like they’ve given up on the CCP virus ”

That was one of the predictions I made in mid-January: when cases and death were down, they would give up. I figured it would take until Easter. I don’t think they’re completely given up quite yet, but they’re getting there.

FYI, the CDC just loosened their mask recommendations. Masking used to be determined by a complex formula based solely on case counts. Now, the CDC has assigned each county to a Low Medium High risk based on hospital capacity.

            Low – no masks
Medium – masks for high risk/medical conditions
            High – masks for everyone.

Easy to find on the CDC home page.

          4. “loosened their mask recommendations”

I was just at the grocery store and it’s still about 50% Kool-Aid Freaks shopping there. People in Dumver will be wearing masks FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES.

          5. I was just at the grocery store

Not quite that bad in Larimer County. Mostly oldsters. If someone is afraid that I’ll give them the coof, which I can’t as I have natural immunity, they can order online and when it’s ready they will bring it out to their car. It’s free of charge at Kings with a minimum purchase.

      2. ‘And let’s get the courts involved. When words kill, there should be no absolute 1st Amendment protection.’

Whoop, there is is. The new angle of attack for the globalists and their Democrat-Bolshevik Quislings. Next it’ll be “When weapons of war kill Youth for Biden in our inner cities, there should be no absolute 2nd Amendment protection.”

        1. The courts already got involved. With the exception of “fire in a crowded theatre,” free speech wins. But if somebody has time to do their own research and make their own decision, words aren’t really killing.

      3. “untested cocktails of irrelevant drugs and supplements”

And which relevant Big Pharma drugs should these Long COVID patients be using? Oh, right, I don’t think there are any. Capitalizing on their suffering is a low blow, doc.

          1. This isn’t a vaccine issue. Patients were contracting Long COVID for a year before the vaccines were ready.

And even now, Big Pharma hasn’t done much for them, except write scathing opinion pieces on the doctors who prescribed existing safe drugs off-label. I guess this opinion writer expected the doctors to do NOTHING while the patients suffered?

        1. Fake news as usual. I have seen tapes by MD ‘s treating long Covid with success, by meds that usually aren’t the meds being pumped by Big Pharmacy.
Also , one needs to do a study on what damage was done to the long Covid patients by the Fauci Protocols in hospitals. This is the typical scapegoating and blame to divert from real causes.

    2. I really am sick of the fake enemies, the real enemy has manufactured , as a weapon for takeover and tyrannical rule.
This has been one of the biggest psychological brainwashing attempts to defraud the pubic into acting against their own interest and welfare. Where do these Entities get the right to censorship, so as to defraud so a vaccine will be taken. Obstruction of informed consent.
Bribing people to take the vaccine has got to be some kind of a violation.
Making young people think they are killing the old people is really abusive.
The fear mongering with the bogus PCR tests to falsely up the Covid count was evil.
According to testimony in that Grand Jury trial, that test was not capable of a determination of if the person was a infectious threat or not, or even decern what the person had. They knew it going in that the PCR tests was not the proper diagnostic tool for a Pandemic, and it would have a high amount of false positives.
Bill Gates paid 300 million in grant to the College in Washington that came up with the faulty projection that 2 to 3 million would die from Covid in US , the first year alone , . that ended up being way off.
Another Expert testified that China not locking down major Big Cities, not affected, either, yet the rest of the world did was odd to say the least. Another Expert testified as to the very bizarre nature of the waves of Covid reported, as well as the extra ordinary way the health spokespeople could predict the cycles way ahead of time. Not normally possible.
I was noticing a lot of these things as they were happening that seems really odd at the time.
What a con job on the World.

      1. “a con job on the World”

The internet never forgets. If it was tweeted, if it was a comment on a tweet, or it was (throwing up inside my mouth) posted on Reddit, it’s archived, it’s screen shotted, it’s saved.

And we are playing the Long Game. Months, years, decades, whatever it takes. Anybody who supported this unscientific medical tyranny, all you Blue Checkmark @ssholes, know that that “random” traffic accident where you get sideswiped and run off the road, won’t be so random.

You may have forgotten what you wrote on Twitter or Reddit, but we haven’t forgotten you…

  7. Developer reliance on never-ending central bank stimulus doesn’t seem like a viable long-term business model.

Evergrande crisis: distressed exchanges, default waivers build as Chinese developers wonder, where’s the policy stimulus?

The number of Chinese developers seeking debt forbearance from offshore creditors is expanding as Zhenro Properties and Jingrui Properties highlighted an ongoing credit crunch amid the worst industry slowdown in a decade.

The two developers this week sought to delay repayments on dollar-denominated bonds worth US$1.2 billion maturing this year, citing a liquidity squeeze. They are also asking bondholders to waive some default clauses on US$3.5 billion of notes, weakening their covenants.

You’re depriving people of homes, STR speculator scum.

    1. who wants only to cover some second-home ownership costs

If you can’t afford that ski resort house, don’t buy it.

      1. You guys sound like Hillary Clinton, who after imposing draconian new mandates on small businesses, said “I can’t be responsible for every undercapitalized business out there.”

Not only that, but the so-called “speculator scum” should be your allies in the fight against the globalists. So you’re also not very good tacticians.

        1. STRs are de facto hotels and need to be regulated and taxed as such. Locals are being priced out of countless municipalities because of STRs and their impact on local housing markets.

          1. “…STRs are de facto hotels and need to be regulated and taxed as such….”

Exactly… Whether your stay is for 15 minutes or 15 days, length of stay is irrelevant.

Larger question: How to monitor / enforce?

          2. Well it’s one thing to advocate changes in zoning and tax laws, but it’s pretty harsh to call people scum for making investments and uses of property that are legal under the current system.

          3. Well if the uses are already illegal, then why does BR say that regulatory changes are needed? And if Airbnb et al are flouting the laws anyway, then how are regulatory changes going to help?

          4. You must be really proud of yourself.

Come visit Crested Butte, Telluride, Breckenridge, and go b*tch about how you had to wait 30 minutes in line to get your soy latte, because there’s nobody who can afford to live there and make it for your pampered, coddled, entitled, self.

AirBNB and millennials destroyed Colorado. Millenials are garbage, everything they touch, everywhere they go, turns to sh*t. It turns to absolute sh*t.

In a grimly ridiculous moment Thursday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki claimed that Joe Biden wasn’t being serious when he said that “No one expected the sanctions to prevent anything from happening,” with Russia and Ukraine, moments after announcing more sanctions.

Biden stated that “Putin’s not going to say ‘oh, my God, the sanctions are coming,’” almost in the same breath as having announced that he would bring more sanctions on Russia.

      1. Pickup truck?

Sunday would be a better day.

When the Ford dealer I had bought 6 brand new trucks and 1 SUV from pissed me off I found the Chevy I am driving by using this site. I’m not saying buy a Chevy but you can check the inventory for 2021 and 2022 vehicles using this if you are considering a Chevy.

        We’ll talk Sunday.

Our filter tools were developed to help you find the best Chevy model based on the criteria you’re looking for in a vehicle.

  16. How come the Russians aren’t wearing masks. That’s a serious violation to World Health Authority.

After 2 years of the invisible enemy Covid, that accomplished a massive transfer of power , destruction and looting of wealth and massive murder by a enemy from within , I find that assault much more unacceptable than the Russian invasion. Not that any aggression or force is acceptable.
For me the Covid assault was like a war assault without using bombs by Entities intent on taking over and having World dominance by using a contrived invisible enemy.

    1. Much more necessary to immediately stop the vaccine assault on the public, especially children.
Getting rid of the useless masks are necessary , but the useless toxic and unacceptable fake vaccines , needs to be pulled now.
They are not finished with this vaccine assault on Citizens of the World, and these criminals plan to use this failure gene technology going into the future , in spite of the overwhelming evidence its not safe or effective or passed any kind of normal scrunty on allowing the use of this product. The evidence shows they didn’t even have consistency in the manufacturing of these junk vaccine.

    2. I hope it works in my area. Even in counties where masks are no longer required, I still see masks on 75% of people.

      1. Mass Formation Psychosis.

You live in Maryland, and the population of Maryland is inflicted with a Mass Formation Psychosis.

These people shouldn’t be allowed to vote, or breed…

  17. We the People are not in control of the Governments that have been captured by the Globalist infiltration and hijacking of those Governments.
I do not recognize Biden/ Harris as acting on behalf of Citizens of US , as they were installed Puppets of Globalists pursuant to a criminally rigged election.
Facebook is already talking about censoring information on current conflict with the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
So here we go again with Corporate Owned news wanting to censor news and control the narrative in regards to the Russian conflict.
So, under these circumstances , any engagement with Russian current aggression , other than peaceful solutions is advisable . Seriously, on top of everything else Biden has a conflict of interest with Ukraine because of his Son accepting bribe payments from that Country.
But we can thank Globalists news for the censoring of the corruption of Biden and Son and interference on the 2020 election.
Doing nothing in terms of engaging in War seems prudent right now, because of the nature of captured Governments doing the biding of psychopath Globalists.

    1. Ever heard of Cyber Polygon? If globalists wanted to shut down the internet with a false flag cyber attack – and blame it on “Russian Hackers” then a vast majority of people would believe it.

  18. the tradies around here in N. CA must be hurting after homeowners spent all the stimmie checks.
It’s gone from “no-call backs/crazy high prices/6 month to next opening” to a “frequent daily responses/price cuts/available NOW” situation when calling for quotes on my 47yr old house.

after adjusting to the lack of skilled repair available, I’ve consulted YouTube often to upgrade my skillset or learn how to completely do it myself.
This Old House !? booooring: I really enjoy those Tim Allen-Binford sponsored videos!

** of course some things are best left to the pro’s. like a roof replacement, concrete driveway, heavy electrical work, etc. then I buy a case of beer & call my recently paroled father-in-law. it;s ok. he’s out early for good behavior.

  19. From the Colorado Sun:

Fully vaccinated Coloradans can rest assured that you are reasonably safe to live your normal pre-pandemic life,” the governor added in a written statement.

Polis, speaking unmasked at the news conference, told vaccinated Coloradans to “live your life — don’t feel guilty.”

Beware, they are not waving any white flags yet. They are not saying it’s over. They will continue to push “boosters” as the only way to be “fully vaccinated” and keep the coofdemic from returning.

    1. I dunno…with midterms approaching, the globalists have to be nervous about seeing a wipeout of their Democrat-Bolshevik Quislings, especially if conscientious poll-watchers are in place to stymie electoral fraud. They might be feeling a need to dial back some of the overreach and “preventive measures” until after the elections.

      1. I’m certain they are already preparing to stuff the ballot box this November, even more so than in 2020.

    2. I agree that this is temporary. Just wait, Plizer has already announced A new vaccine for the end of March. Bill Gates already implying another Pandemic coming, in which next time the shots should be produced faster.
Are they going to fake another pandemic, or will they keep running with the Covid scam, or will they unleash something new?
Another Expert that testified in the Grand Jury basically said that Bill Gates goal of vaccination of globe, isn’t following the Science, or recommended at all.
I just don’t get it when people with the wealth that Bill Gates had, uses it to harm the world for more wealth , and toxic vaccines. Something is really wrong with that Bill Gates , and all those other goons . They aren’t very likeable and one can see their arrogance and evil when they talk.

      1. I just don’t get it when people with the wealth that Bill Gates had, uses it to harm the world for more wealth , and toxic vaccines.

There is a theory, that they didn’t earn it themselves, and the master who gave them their wealth and power has given them their marching orders.

It’s also possible that these goons simply believe that there are far too many people on the Earth and that a mass culling is needed.

  20. I bet this is a lot more common than most STR visitors would like to think it is.

Woman horrified after discovering hidden camera in Airbnb bathroom

    https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/us-news/woman-horrified-after-discovering-hidden-26331124?utm_source=taboola&utm_medium=display&utm_campaign=exchange

A horrified woman says she has found a secret camera watching her in the bathroom of her Airbnb apartment.

Brittany Walsh posted a Tiktok video showing the surveillance device, which looks like a USB charger with a tiny pinhole lens in the front and an SD card slot in the back.

That wasn’t the only spycam in the property however, the 25-year-old teacher and school psychologist also discovered a camera in the living room.

  21. Befuddled, divisive Democrat-Bolshevik “leaders” and woke, feminized militaries do not deter adversaries like Putin or Xi.

Vladmir Putin watched with glee the failure in Afghanistan and thinks the ‘West’ is weak with no stomach for confrontation…and our military are not capable of what our nation expects, writes former First Sea Lord ADMIRAL LORD WEST of Spithead

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10551051/ADMIRAL-LORD-WEST-Vladmir-Putin-watched-fall-Afghanistan-glee-thinks-West-weak.html

    1. adversaries like Putin

It seems like we’re being groomed to believe that Putin is an “adversary.” I respect Putin more than FJB.

  22. I read a quote from a Ukrainian that they didn’t believe the invasion would actually happen until the tanks were rolling in. It perfectly illustrates that sheep-like mentality that most humans live by. It’s denial.

I was interfacing this with the fact that most Americans are in total denial about what the globalists are doing to them. They are stealing their standard of living in real time, according to the Klaus Schwab book of “you will own nothing and like hate it.”

Inflation is a tax upon the working class and the poor. The FED’s own cooked numbers indicate 7.5% right now, which would be anywhere from 15% to 20% if using the old CPI version of the 70s. Yet the FED has, remarkably, done NOTHING to stop it short of a whole lot of blather and gaslighting.

To reign inflation in, interest rates need to be ahead of inflation. That means that rates would have to be well ahead of the 7.5% number, yet they’re basically still at zero. The low rates alone have been stoking asset price inflation for 10 years straight. Assets are the money of the wealthy.

If you turn on any financial channel, they will bloviate about how “household balance sheets are the strongest in history, and they are sitting on trillions in cash – the most ever.” What they don’t tell you is that the “households” who are holding this cash are the top 1%, that the majority of households have nothing, which is why credit card debt is now spiking as the monthly stimmy checks ended back in September.

We have a situation now where they’ve turned shelter into a luxury item. If you are on the low end of the food chain, you can no longer afford a roof over your head while still paying the other monthly bills unless you want to work 2 jobs. And we’re not talking a house, we’re talking the lowest grade apartment in the entire area for most places.

Think about this: An apartment in Phoenix now costs, on a monthly basis, nearly as much as the monthly payment on a $1.5 million dollar house in a gated community purchased 10 years ago. That’s where these globalist focks have brought us. They’re not kidding around, they are playing a real life game of Monopoly. Most will be completely wiped out long before the “end game.”

    1. I read a quote from a Ukrainian that they didn’t believe the invasion would actually happen until the tanks were rolling in. It perfectly illustrates that sheep-like mentality that most humans live by. It’s denial.

Similar stories came out of the former Yugoslavia’s civil war. Even when the fighting was just blocks away people would not evacuate.

    2. they will bloviate about how “household balance sheets are the strongest in history, and they are sitting on trillions in cash

They omit saying that they are talking about illiquid home equity and not actual cash. Equity which can disappear in a poof of smoke.

        1. In those places, the equity vanished in a bit more dramatic way. As in “Gates of Hell” vs. a “poof of smoke”.

  23. The RBA sees no housing bubbles.

Sydney auctions: Family’s shock after getting $1.25m over reserve

    https://www.realestate.com.au/news/sydney-auctions-familys-shock-after-getting-125m-over-reserve/?rsf=syn:news:nca:news:spa:strap

A family in Strathfield were left stunned after getting $1.25m above their reserve price at an auction onlookers described as “crazy”.

A crowd of about 100 people were seen packing both sides of the pavement to watch the Arthur St house go under the hammer, including 17 registered bidders.

The high competition pushed the price to $3.55m and Filomena Piscitelli, who grew up in the home, said her family were “overwhelmed” with the result.

  24. The attack on the Dictator in the Ukraine sure knocked the attack on the citizens of his own country by the Dictator in Canada off the front page.
