If you are a current home buyer who shopping the Phoenix Real Estate Market, you may be shocked at some of the list prices we are seeing. Even with the market transitioning from a Sellers market to a Buyers market over the past few months, some Sellers are sticking to their numbers and holding out for pricing that makes no sense for the average home buyer.
In this video, we take a look at my own neighborhood where it seems like everyone feels their home is worth $1M+. But I don’t like what I see and wanted to share so you can keep an eye on certain neighborhoods where this is happening.
The ibuyer and short term investor market has made a mess of things but hopefully it will get cleaned up and corrected.

Nashville Housing Market Update specifically charting daily changes in Davidson/Williamson County ~50% of Nashville MSA.
Tempe police are still looking for an unknown number of suspects who fired shots in a neighborhood during an Airbnb house party near University and Hardy drives.
Police say they are still investigating the incident, not knowing why the suspects fired multiple shots around 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Officials say no one was injured.
Cameron Taylor, who lives near the Airbnb house, said it was a scary situation to wake up to. “We just heard a bunch of loud bangs at 3:45 in the morning. We shot out of bed and opened the door and immediately heard screaming. We just kind of locked the door and called 911,” Taylor said.
