We’ll begin by examining the recent trends in the Dallas real estate market, including changes in home prices and sales activity. We’ll also consider some of the factors that have contributed to these trends, fluctuating inflation pressures, rising interest rates, and housing shortages as indicated in month’s supply.

  3. The memory chip industry is going through a historic decline in demand, with two of the worst quarterly drops on record at the end of last year. The average price for DRAM, the memory used to power phones and PCs, plummeted by 34.4% in the fourth quarter, exacerbating a 31.4% fall in the quarter before it, according to the latest figures from TrendForce. Storage memory (NAND), which is the main product sold to data centers and enterprise customers, fared only slightly better — and the two periods rank among the worst collapses recorded since 2006.

Most memory chipmakers cut back production and delayed expansion plans in the latter half of 2022 in response to a rapid cooling of the global economy. Micron Technology Inc., SK Hynix Inc. and Kioxia Holdings Corp. all announced measures to try and stabilize the market by reining in oversupply. Samsung Electronics Co., the world’s biggest memory supplier, has so far refused to change course and is sticking to an aggressive capex plan that would see it spend more than $30 billion in building further capacity this year.

  4. Bitter Don Lemon isn’t sorry for sexist remarks and clearly doesn’t like women

The fact is, Lemon does not like women. He does not care to share a camera with them. In December, he reportedly reduced Collins, 30, to tears because she had “interrupted” him on air.

Two weeks ago, he delayed a commercial break to sneer at Collins’ interview with House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer, who had criticized Big Tech censorship of The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story.

Back in the studio, Lemon was unimpressed. “That’s the time that we’re in, where facts are sort of flexible,” he sighed.

  5. The Canadian high school teacher who goes to work wearing size Z prosthetic breasts incredibly claimed they’re not fake — and denied being the person photographed leaving home without them — but acknowledged she can’t prove it.

“I’m not wearing prosthetic breasts. These are real,” Kayla Lemieux told The Post during an exclusive interview Saturday.

Lemieux — who wore woman’s clothing, with a blond wig, makeup and her enormous breasts — said she’s “not a transgendered person” but was born “intersex.”

“My condition is classified as gigantomastia, which can also be referred to as macromastia or breast hypertrophy,” Lemieux said during a sit-down at a cafe in Burlington, near Toronto.

“It’s rare, there’s no doubt about it. It affects women on a very rare basis, but in my case, I believe — and my doctor thinks — because I have XX chromosomes as well, that has something to do with it, and hormone sensitivity to estrogen has caused it.”

When pressed for proof, Lemieux — who spoke in a soft, high-pitched voice with a pronounced Canadian accent — said she’d never received a formal diagnosis.

Lemieux also denied being the person who was photographed by The Post last week driving out of her apartment building and walking on a sidewalk a short time later.

That person — who was dressed in men’s clothing and did not have breasts — bore a striking resemblance to the teacher and was identified by a neighbor as Lemieux.

“I can’t tell you who that is because I don’t want to bring anyone else into this. I don’t want that person being thrown all over the media, but it wasn’t me,” Lemieux said.

“This is who I am. This is how I look. You’ve been talking to people in my building but what they’re telling you is harsh and untrue. I am always going out looking the way I am.”

Asked if her appearance ever differed from the way she looked at the time, Lemieux said, “I guess if I took my wig off or took my makeup off.”

“But I would still have breasts. You can’t hide them. People online making comments are basically body-shaming,” Lemieux added.

This era will someday be compared to the worst of Roman decadence. And unlike with the Romans, our age will be well documented.

        1. Well, if global civilization collapses, sure, it will all be lost. But I don’t think global civilization will collapse, only the west.
