Investors Are Now Having To Accept Losses On Rent Or A Loss When They Sell
A report from Mansion Global. “New York native David Kramer, president of Hudson Companies. What has the Covid-19 experience been like for the company? It’s a better time to be a buyer than a seller, a tenant than a landlord. Every now and then New York City prices get out of hand; construction prices, too. We’ll be aggressive looking for new deals, and we’re finding some great ones. We recently got something at a quarter off.”
The New York Post. “Amid intensifying calls to convert some older Manhattan office buildings to residential comes even more grim news about the pandemic-battered market. CBRE’s latest activity report found that year-to-date leasing of 11.87 million square feet was down 58 percent over last year. Things took an even darker turn in November, when leasing totaled a mere 482,000 square feet — a staggering 78 percent below the five-year monthly average of 2.16 million square feet.”
“The pitiably puny numbers broke the record for lowest monthly leasing for the third time this year. ‘I wouldn’t say it’s free-fall, but it’s a lot worse than just an adjustment,’ said a broker who wisely didn’t want to be named.”
The Boston Globe in Massachusetts. “Rents have fallen sharply in Boston this year. If building owners believe an apartment can be filled quickly, they may move faster to evict a tenant struggling to keep up with payments, said Doug Quattrochi, executive director of Mass Landlords. By contrast, a soft market where vacancies might linger could inspire flexibility on the part of landlords.”
“‘Think about it from a landlord’s perspective,’ he said. ‘If rents in Worcester are going up, presumably there are other tenants out there. Whereas in Boston and Cambridge, there are lots of vacancies and the big landlords are giving good concessions to fill apartments. It’s harder.'”
“In Springfield, where the unemployment rate in October was 11.9 percent, second only to Lawrence among Massachusetts cities and towns. Rose Webster-Smith, lead organizer with the tenants rights group Springfield No One Leaves, said pervasive joblessness, along with backlogs for state rental aid, have led to a steep rise in evictions. Some landlords are refusing to accept state rental assistance, she said, emptying units with no plans to fill them any time soon.”
“‘The job market is so bad out there,’ Webster-Smith said. ‘There are some landlords, they’d rather see the apartment vacant than agree to take a tenant who might not be able to pay again for six months.'”
The Review Journal in Nevada. “Susy Vasquez, the executive director of the Nevada State Apartment Association, worries that the new moratorium will force smaller landlords to foreclose. ‘We were very surprised to hear the moratorium extending to March 31,’ she said. ‘Small landlords will definitely be impacted the most.'”
“Pamela Pierce and many other Nevada renters are protected from being evicted at the state level once again. ‘I feel better with (the moratorium) because where am I going to go at 65?’ Pierce said. ‘They want you to stay in, but nobody’s going to pay your rent or take care of you. There’s no money.'”
The Dallas Morning News in Texas. “The biggest drops are in San Francisco, where the median rent on a one-bedroom apartment has fallen more than 27% during the last year. In New York City, apartments are down almost 19% year-over-year in November. There are double-digit percentage rent declines in Seattle, Chicago and the District of Columbia, too.”
“‘The rent trends we are seeing in the market right now are a reflection very much of what’s going on and impacting the broader housing market,’ said Danielle Hale, chief economist with Realtor.com. ‘Rents are falling in big cities and growing elsewhere — particularly in areas that have benefited from people coming in fleeing those large cities and seeking more affordable rent.'”
“Dallas-Fort Worth apartment rents are basically flat, when you don’t count incentives offered by landlords to lure renters. With the number of giveaways growing, renters can still find bargains in North Texas.”
From San Jose Inside in California. “In mid-March, California’s economy came to a screeching halt. In a matter of weeks, the demand for unemployment benefits in California reached record numbers. Over the years, Todd Rothbard, an eviction attorney of 45 years, has represented both tenants and landlords. Due to the ever-changing pandemic rules around evictions, he doubts there will be an eviction wave in early 2021. ‘Right now there’s a lot of vacancies out there, and landlords don’t like vacancies,’ Rothbard said. ‘The last thing they want to do is add to those vacancies.'”
From Bisnow California. “For some Southern California multifamily owners, a lot of the uncertainty comes from not knowing whether local eviction moratoriums will be extended or for how long. ‘We’re looking for more open markets without the sort of left-wing restrictions that have plagued the Los Angeles market more than any other place,’ said Universe Holdings CEO Henry Manoucheri.”
“George Smith Partners Managing Director and principal Bryan Shaffer said that from the lending side, he sees a desire to get capital invested in middle-of-the-road, working-class properties and limited appetite for high-end projects, many of which were mixed-use and included a retail component. ‘There just aren’t lenders out there willing to provide capital for those type of projects today,’ Schaffer said.”
“Although looking forward to the next year is a business necessity, it is clear the effects of 2020 will be long-lasting. ‘There’s hope that we can get back to normal, but the question is, what did we lose between January 2020 and January 2021?’ Shaffer said.”
From CBC News in Canada. “When Anna Blackwell and her husband bought a two-bedroom downtown condo in 2016, the Wilfrid Laurier University political science grad had no intention of becoming a landlord. But after one of the pair was offered a transfer to Portland, Ore., the couple decided to rent out their Toronto home — at least until they knew if the move stateside was going well. In September their tenant gave notice and, at the end of November, moved out.”
“‘We were quite shocked when we found out how much lower we’d have to list to get our place rented in this competitive market,’ Blackwell said.. The property that had been earning $3,150 a month was now generating $2,600.”
“Falling rents have been good for tenants. And though the decline hurt, it was by no means devastating for Blackwell, who bought four years ago in a sharply rising market. But as the business news service Bloomberg pointed out last week, property investors taking possession of condos they signed up to buy when the market looked hot, are now caught in a bind — having to accept losses on rent or a loss when they sell.”
“Carl Gomez, Canadian chief economist for the U.S. real estate data giant CoStar, says inner-city markets like Toronto have seen a glut of what he calls ‘shoe box condos’ favoured by investors — not to live in or even necessarily to rent, but because they have been steadily increasing in value. ‘I question whether that demand is going to be there in the long run,’ he said.”
“Economist Moshe Lander is one of those willing to say some of the things that people in the property business would just as soon leave unsaid. Lander worries the pandemic could signal a demographic turning point in the market. ‘No matter how much immigration we have, there’s not enough incoming demand for housing in whatever form,’ said Lander, citing Canada’s aging population and low birth rate. ‘It’s just not the great investment that it used to be.'”
“And he warns that today’s attractive interest rates, now as low as one per cent, may end up having a distorting effect because there is no way they can last over the life of the mortgage. ‘[Home-buyers] could find themselves very quickly sitting in a situation where the real value of their debt hasn’t been eroded by inflation,’ said Lander, ‘and they are now facing higher interest rates with very little equity built up in the home, especially if house prices don’t rise the way they used to.'”

A couple of interconnected issues with the MI forensic matter:
‘A judge in Michigan on Monday permitted parties in a court case to release the results of a forensic imaging examination of Dominion Voting Systems machines, with redactions of code.’
‘The 23-page report was published soon after by Allied Security Operations Group. It includes expert analysis from Russell Ramsland, a former Republican Party candidate who works with the group.’
’13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer agreed to remove a protective order that was blocking the release of the report on the request of attorney Matthew DePerno, after attorneys with Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office said they didn’t oppose doing so.’
https://www.theepochtimes.com/judge-approves-release-of-dominion-forensic-imaging_3617583.html
So why the gag order in the first place? Anyway:
‘Attorney Sidney Powell on Sunday alerted the U.S. Supreme Court to new evidence filed in her legal team’s Michigan lawsuit related to the state’s Dominion Voting Systems voting equipment, as she called on the court to intervene in her cases challenging the integrity and outcome of the 2020 elections in four states.’
‘The former federal prosecutor, who has been seen working alongside Trump’s legal team pushing election challenges, said that the initial results of the ongoing expert analysis provide “new information and evidence” as it relates to the Nov. 3 election in Antrim County.’
“By logical extrapolation, [the analysis] explains voting anomalies and evinces fraud throughout the Dominion Voting Systems,” Powell wrote. “The new evidence specifically provides additional and conclusive evidence of election fraud and irregularities pertaining to the Nov. 3, 2020 election.”
‘Her letter outlines new affidavits from two forensic experts who allege that international interference took place in the 2020 election, and that Dominion systems were connected to foreign systems around the globe.’
‘Powell said that two Military Intelligence analysts have signed sworn affidavits stating that the SSL certificates from dominionvoting.com were used multiple times from Canada, Serbia, and the United States.’
‘Powell in a letter notified the court of two batches of recently obtained evidence, the first of which she said came from an initial forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines in Michigan’s Antrim County that was prepared under a protective order issued on Dec. 4 by Judge Kevin Elsenheimer, who is overseeing the case.’
‘Powell last month said that prior analysis of server logs on Dominion’s machines in Georgia primary elections showed “remote access into those servers in the middle of the night when no election workers were around,” possibly by Dominion employees overseas or “on behalf of adverse nation-states such as Iran and China.”
‘The allegation is based on a redacted declaration of a former electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence.’
‘The attorney told The Epoch Times last week that due to alleged foreign interference in the Nov. 3 election, “it’s more than sufficient to trigger” President Donald Trump’s executive order on foreign interference issued in 2018.’
‘Powell asked that the latest evidence from the forensic examination be filed under seal, citing “significant implications for national security” and due to the protective order under which it was obtained. She noted that there is a hearing in the Michigan court scheduled for Monday morning on the plaintiffs’ motion to unseal the report.’
“This evidence is crucial to a just resolution of the cases pending before this court,” Powell concluded.’

This is developing fast:
‘A forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software in Michigan showed that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data firm said Monday.’
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.’
“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” he added.’
‘Ramsland, a former Reagan administration official who has worked for NASA, and others from the group examined Dominion products in Antrim County earlier this month as part of an ongoing case.’
‘The team inspected and performed forensic duplication on the county’s election management server, which was running Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5.3-002, compact flash cards used by local precincts in their Dominion ImageCast system, USB memory sticks used by Dominion Voter Assist Terminals, and USB memory sticks used for the poll book. They used X-Ways Forensics and other tools including Blackbag-Blacklight Forensic Software, and Virtual Box.’
’13th Circuit Judge Kevin Elsenheimer approved the forensic examination in Bailey v. Antrim County, which alleges the infamous vote flip county officials reported last month may have not been the result of human error, as officials had alleged.’
‘Elsenheimer earlier Monday agreed to let the report on the examination be published.’
‘Ramsland noted that Antrim County officials first reported on Election Night that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden received, out of 12,423 votes, nearly 7,800. Two days later, they said President Donald Trump actually won the county, receiving nearly 9,800 votes out of over 17,000 cast.’
‘But on Nov. 21, the officials again updated the figures, removing about 1,300 votes from Biden.’
‘Ramsland said the tabulation log for the forensic examination of the server for the county showed 15,676 individual events. Of those, some 68 percent were recorded errors.’
“These errors resulted in overall tabulation errors or ballots being sent to adjudication. This high error rates proves the Dominion Voting System is flawed and does not meet state or federal election laws,” he wrote.’
“A staggering number of votes required adjudication. This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, or audit trail. Our examination of the server logs indicates that this high error rate was incongruent with patterns from previous years. The statement attributing these issues to human error is not consistent with the forensic evaluation, which points more correctly to systemic machine and/or software errors. The systemic errors are intentionally designed to create errors in order to push a high volume of ballots to bulk adjudication,” he added later.’
https://www.theepochtimes.com/dominion-software-intentionally-designed-to-influence-election-results-forensics-report_3617675.html
It was this adjudication category that a Georgia election official was able to show vote change and manipulation easily. Last week a lawyer said hundreds of thousands of Michigan votes were sent to Europe to be adjudicated remotely early in the morning of Nov. 4th.
Yet after this and Ruby Freeman the man who never mentioned Biden Inc. being under investigation still leaves this as his last statement on the subject.
“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told The Associated Press.

“experts warn that many jobs lost this year won’t just reappear once the pandemic ends. “There have been some winners but many more losers from this economically,” said Mark Duggan, a director at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. “The scarring effects are going to be real,” he said. “It is amplifying inequalities. A hell of a lot of people in California are really struggling –and it’s going to get harder.”
State data released in August showed that close to half of all California small businesses were at risk of shutting down because of the pandemic. Minority-owned establishments were disproportionately affected, the survey concluded, with the number of businesses owned by African Americans dropping by 41%, Latino-owned businesses by 32%, and Asian-owned businesses by 25%. Roughly 36% of immigrant-owned businesses also went under.

Another reason to boycott pedophile Hollywood:
“The entertainment industry has been given extensive leeway to operate during the pandemic, even as California now faces a stay-at-home order. The state has deemed the television and movie production industry as “critical infrastructure” and has allowed Hollywood studios to continue filming projects, including in Los Angeles, which is facing the most strict lockdown order.
This stands in sharp contrast to the strict rules applied to the average California resident or small business. Californians in many counties now face fines or imprisonment for venturing outside for any “nonessential” travel, congregating in small groups, or operating an outdoor restaurant, even one that follows federal guidelines on social distancing and hygiene.”

New York Times — Restaurants Face Bleak Winter With No Indoor Dining (12/14/20):
“With coronavirus cases rising, this past weekend was the last time New Yorkers would legally be able to eat indoors at city restaurants for the foreseeable future, a reversal that reflected the worsening conditions of the pandemic. Now, thousands of restaurants face an uncertain future as they brace for brutal winter months that could reduce business to new lows.
Restaurants across the city are moving to lay off waiters, servers and bartenders, throwing the workers’ lives in turmoil and presenting a new setback in New York’s economic recovery. Some restaurants will shut entirely for the winter months. Others, confronting daunting rent payments and mounting bills, wonder how, if at all, they will survive.”

Welcome to the recoveryless recovery.
‘In Stockton, in the northern part of the San Joaquin Valley, some small-business owners are demanding a reprieve from closures, arguing that this third round is arbitrary and unfair. They say there is little sense in having large chains such as Target and Walmart, where workers come into contact with hundreds of customers a day, remain open while shutting down outdoor dining for neighborhood eateries and services such as salons. Closing again, they contend, may mean that they go under permanently — a financial catastrophe for them and their employees.’
‘As elsewhere, conspiracy theories are rife — in particular the belief that public health orders are the first step to full government tyranny. Some resisters — aided by the same groups that have staged anti-vaccine rallies and protested coronavirus restrictions, including religious leaders opposed to curtailing church services and the far-right Proud Boys — have banded together to demand the declaration of “sanctuary cities” for businesses, where they would be exempt from state lockdowns.’
‘State Sen. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), the only medical doctor in the legislative body, said he understands the rising anger among business owners but believes their position is flawed and ultimately will lead to worse economic devastation. He points out that unless the virus is contained, more people will become seriously ill, leaving fewer willing to go to those businesses that remain open.’
“It’s not the government that is shutting down the businesses in the end. … What’s really shutting down the businesses is the virus,” Pan said. “Unfortunately, painfully, people will realize that they were wrong, and the ones who don’t, some of them will die. We can’t save people from themselves after a certain point.”
‘Stockton’s Gospel Center Rescue Mission chief operations officer, Britton Kimball, was one of those who caught the virus from community exposure; his wife and daughter also had mild cases. Like many here, he believes Thanksgiving gatherings and other family events are to blame for the spread. But he thinks shutdowns are not the answer. “It’s like stopping a tidal wave with a toothpick,” said Kimball. “All we are doing is putting people in poverty.”

Editorial: At This Critical Time, President Trump Should Take Action
‘The United States is facing an evil force that wants to destroy our country and in fact destroy all good things in humanity. This election is the climax of the battle between freedom and communism, between good and evil. Good and evil cannot compromise. They are like fire and ice. Giving in to evil only encourages it. A victory for communism in this election would result in a defeat for freedom everywhere. Humanity would be plunged into a long, dark night.’
‘On Dec. 5 in Georgia, Trump said of those who want to steal the election, “These people want to go further than socialism, they want to go into a communistic form of government, and I have no doubt about it.”
‘Trump’s destiny is to fill the breach. He has taken an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution, and he has the presidential powers to do so. Trump should use those powers as President to safeguard the future of our Republic and arrest those who have conspired to deprive people of their rights through election fraud. The Insurrection Act enables Trump to use the military to seize the key electoral evidence in contested states and deliver a transparent, accurate accounting of the vote.’
‘Our system is in crisis. Trump would act to restore the rule of law. Through opening the books, honesty can defeat fraud. The wishes of the majority of the people will be realized, and the victory sought by communism defeated.’

There’s a reason billionaires have bug out estates in places like New Zealand.
I’ve come to the conclusion that most of these billionaires are extremely mentally ill, suffering from malignant narcissism. It’s the only logical thing to explain their crackpot ideas and actions, because they are hurting vast swaths of the earth’s population at this point.
because they are hurting vast swaths of the earth’s population at this point
They didn’t become billionaires by being nice people. Remember, as far a they are concerned, the Earth is their property, we are just tenants in their playground, and right now, as far as they are concerned, there are way too many of us.
This election is the climax of the battle between freedom and communism, between good and evil.
It is but one page in a book. It is important for us all to stay on our feet regardless of what happens in the next few days.
It isn’t about one man, who has been heroic this whole time, it is about every one of us who loves our freedom and our country.
I wonder why none of the battleground state legislatures have failed to stand up and repudiate their state’s corrupt election results and select the Electors. The responsibility to set things right now falls to the people, or does after a few more patient steps.
‘As elsewhere, conspiracy theories are rife — in particular the belief that public health orders are the first step to full government tyranny.
Gosh, why would anyone think we’re on the road to tyranny? Now show me your papers, citizen…and we will soon be tabling common sense gun control legislation. Forward, Soviet!
I wonder why none of the battleground state legislatures have failed
Maybe I owe those legislatures an apology. I heard on Sound of Hope that actually seven GOP legislatures sent their own slate of Electors to Congress. This should present a dilemma as the Constitution says it is in the power of the Legislatures. I don’t know the details or the legalities.
Also one county in Georgia is going to do a ballot signature audit! More daylight please.
seven GOP legislatures sent their own slate of Electors to Congress.
“Republicans in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, New Mexico, and Nevada entered competing slates of electors for President Donald Trump on Monday as Electoral College members in six contested battleground states officially cast their ballots for Democrat Joe Biden. [Update: Although initially blocked by state authorities,* a delegation of 16 Michigan Republican Electors were eventually able to convene and cast their ballots for President Trump, bringing the tally to seven states entering competing slates…
…By casting conditional votes for Trump, the GOP electors have set up an epic showdown in a joint session of Congress next month when lawmakers convene to count the electoral votes and officially declare the winner.”

Thank goodness for duckduckgo. A google search only returned news about “cementing Biden’s win.”
IIUC, Giuliani is filing individual state cases to force their way to SCOTUS. If those cases get to SCOTUS, and the Supreme Court rules in favor of the individual states, I guess the Court would order these alternate electors to be counted instead of the “official” set. And then… hooo boy. Merry Christmas everyone.
*And this is what jazzfiend (below) meant by Michigan electors being blocked from entering their Capitol building. They were blocking this alternate slate of the legislature’s electors.
Thank goodness for duckduckgo. A google search only returned news about “cementing Biden’s win.”
Agreed. The tech companies are practicing “subliminal coercion.”

Tech workers are leaving California in droves, sending San Francisco rents tumbling by as much as 35%. Large companies have made the leap, too. Oracle Corp. announced plans on Friday to leave the Bay Area for Austin, Texas, e-cigarette maker Juul said it would move to Washington, D.C., and cybersecurity firm Tanium is moving to a suburb of Seattle. Even Elon Musk has said he’s now a Texan.
Oracle Corp. announced plans on Friday to leave the Bay Area for Austin
For what it’s worth, it’s only HQ moving to Austin. The nerds will continue to work at Redwood Shores, Santa Clara and other CA locations, or at least they will once they are allowed to return to the office. That said, I can see a slow and steady move to Austin, with new hires being located there.
That said, I can see a slow and steady move to Austin, with new hires being located there.
And the ladder climbers always want to be close to the flag. The nerds will continue to do what nerds do, but my gut feel is that few of the productive ones have any special love for CA.
That said, I can see a slow and steady move to Austin, with new hires being located there.
It’s going to take a while for companies there to untangle themselves from California. They own and lease buildings, have contracts and commitments, in addition to the obvious that it would be very expensive to try and move all their staff at once (and not all would make the trip).
Better to be the tortoise than the hare – slow but steady (and increasing) outflow to other states that are more friendly to business. Much like Amazon moving out of the People’s Republic of Seattle to the east side and suburbs. Move too fast and they’ll startle the predators.
(Crunching at work this month before the big holiday break, haven’t had much time to hang out on the web)
They own and lease buildings
Redwoods Shores is kind of eye candy as far as campuses go. Santa Clara is less so. I think both would be unloadable under the old circumstances, but now, they would have to be heavily discounted to sell.

Interesting what you find out about benefits worldwide and how in the USA its easier to get screwed than in Canada or the UK or even Singapore. Kinda a Chinese type company no PTO you just take off when you can. Business is booming because of the internet and need for more bandwidth, higher data rates.
Larry Ellison announced today that he’s moving to Lanai, his private Hawaiian island. He’s run off to his bug out bunker. I’ll bet the island is heavily guarded.
Not guarded enough. Lana is a short boat ride away and uber-rich haoles buying ancestral Hawaiian land for private use tends to not end well over there. He better be ready to flood the other island with cash to mollify the serfs.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a team of ex military types guarding the island.
Even Elon Musk has said he’s now a Texan.
He has moved more than paper pushers to Texas. A factory near Austin and the space port in Boca Chica. He probably won’t close the California car factory for a while, but there won’t be any new ones built there either. I also doubt that he will close SpaceX’s facility in California, but there will be a steady flow from there to Texas.
I’ll bet Disney is regretting having dumped $1 billion into Galaxy’s Edge (Star Wars Land) in Disneyland. They probably won’t be allowed to reopen until late next year.
Galaxy’s Edge was already a disaster. I read somewhere that anytime Disney used an original character, George Lucas got a 25% cut. As a result, the entire park had barely any mention of the original trilogy characters and was somewhat woke to boot. People were avoiding it even before COVID.

It is pretty much based on the sequel trilogy, which if rumors are to be believed, is going to be retconned and no longer be “canon”. Maybe they’ll retheme it to The Mandalorian? Assuming the place ever reopens.

“well, no one told me that the government would suspend contract law leaving me high and dry while none of MY obligations were suspended.”
government would suspend contract law
To me the suspension of contact law is the scariest part of the whole thing although the censorship is right there.
If they can suspend contracts, they can do anything: confiscate your property, your savings, maybe even your 14 year old daughter.
Remember the WEF/Davos video:
“You’ll own nothing. and you’ll be happy.”
The “you’ll own nothing” and “China did this to take us over” memes are spreading very quickly. I see it a lot in offhand YouTube comments, for example: “well, while we’re waiting for China to take us over, let’s play more buggy Cyberpunk 2077…”
You know what else is catching on? Ivermectin. The excerpt from the Senate hearing where a doctor pleads for Ivermectin was posted on YouTube and got 3 million views.
Half the comment section said “WHY aren’t they approving this drug, those b@st@rds at Pfizer want to push their vaccine and the you’ll-own-nothing people want to keep the pandemic going to control us,” and the other half said “Why hasn’t YouTube taken this down yet, we know that China owns youtube.”

Several times over the past few weeks, I have been reminded of Tank Man, and I have wondered if we’ll ever see something similar on Pennsylvania Avenue. The wiki entry on the incident has an interesting bit:
A PBS interview of six experts noted that the memory of the Tiananmen Square protests appears to have faded in China, especially among younger Chinese people, due to government censorship.[21] Images of the protest on the Internet have been censored in China.[15] When undergraduate students at Peking University, which was at the center of the incident, were shown copies of the iconic photograph 16 years afterwards, they were “genuinely mystified”.[22] One of the students said that the image was “artwork”. It is noted in the documentary Frontline: The Tank Man that he whispered to the student next to him “89”.[18]
The memory hole is real.

Forensic Audit Finds Dominion Machines Designed to Flip Votes, Were Set At 68.05% Error Rate
by Jamie White
December 14th 2020, 12:40 pm
A forensic report on 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan, found that the machines were intentionally programmed to create massive voting errors meant to affect the outcome of the election.
The Allied Security Operations Group concluded in their audit of the county’s machines – where over 6,000 votes mysteriously flipped from Trump to Biden – that the Dominion Voting machines were set at a 68.05% error rate, meaning 68.05% of ballots had to have been sent offsite to be counted by people in another location.
“Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”
13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer granted permission to Attorney Matthew DePerno to release the findings despite initially allowing the state’s Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel to block the release on behalf of Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

‘QR Code’ Inventor Says Massive Election Fraud Occurred, Breaks Down How To Easily Prove It
by Jamie White
December 14th 2020, 3:02 pm
“When I started looking at ballots… I realized that everybody was speaking geek…It’s a real simple fact to prove that there was massive fraud in this election,” Pulitzer said on The Economic War Room over the weekend.
“We can take the physical ballot, the image scan of the ballot in the machine, the CVR file in the machine, and I can even take a shredded bag of ballots and do what we do.”
Pulitzer then explained how legitimate mail-in ballots can be singled out from fraudulent ones by scanning for “kinematic artifacts” – the folds of a mailed ballot.
“Technically, when these ballots get folded, everywhere there’s printing on that page, it creates a kinematic artifact. So the bottom line is, how can it be a mail-in ballot if it has no signs of being mailed?”
Pulitzer also reminded viewers that every ballot is duplicated under law and cannot be destroyed for 22 months after the election.
“I want everybody to understand these physical ballots from the election, when they go into the machine, it basically makes a duplicate copy. That’s your property as an American citizen. We own it for 22 months after the election,” he continued.
“And so when these courts started saying, well you can’t look at it, I realized it was all technical smoke and mirrors, to fool judges, to fool lawyers, to say oh we can’t really do it. “
https://www.infowars.com/
My understanding is one of the reasons the Dominion voting machines could not pass acceptance testing in Texas was because the machines failed to scan the ballots on ingest such that a legible copy could be retrieved. I’ve read elsewhere this is due to configuration and not a hardware limitation. Basically the machines are a black hole.

Man I miss the 80s sometimes. I’ve enjoyed every new tech invention since then, but overall I would say life has not improved. I don’t think humans were designed to be in communication with everybody on the planet. Brains really function better when it’s just your monkeysphere and you and all the rest of the world’s problems are contained inside a box in your living room that you don’t have to open if you’re busy living.
All of the tech and social media innovations have largely resulted in misery for the masses.

The Commies, China and Big Globalist Monopily Corporations have finally won by rigging the election . Somehow I don’t think our Founding Fathers had these entities in mind when they talked about a Government by the people under Constitution protection.
This is a treasonous invasion by enemies of the USA . Did the Founding Fathers vote for a One World Order Communist Government run by Globalist Monopolies in Conjunction with Communist China?
They will cram any agenda down our throats they want as they loot this Country while they use fake narratives to control the masses. They control the news and will suppress any opposition to their evil narratives.
I predict they will make it mandatory to take the vaccines as the Medical Cartel invades our lives .
Than they will take the guns and anything else that represented a protection against a invasion.
I suspect that they are taking out Restaurants and small business so they can control all aspects like food and products.
This is a serious takeover of the USA and it’s been in the works for a good 20 to thirty years step by step.
Biden/Harris are treasonous puppets to this takeover of Washington DC and State Governments.
If they are going to rig elections and get away with it, than how can the people take back control? If they are going to control all news, than people won’t have counter narratives to this takeover.
This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen because it represents evil forces destroying life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for each individual.
Will people rebel against this invasion of the USA ? If they control all resources , than how can there be a rebellion? They already gutted the US in terms of manufacturing. All their monopolies and rigged markets weren’t capitalism .
Not surprising that they are using Medical to control while they transform this Country into a Disctorship by evil.
The rebellion against this has to be made now before it becomes entrenched.
