    BOISE HOUSING MARKET RESET UPDATE

Jun 19, 2022 June 2022 – Boise Housing Market RESET Update

What is going up, or maybe I should say what is going down in the Boise Hosing Market? With rising interest rates, and housing market shift, many people are wondering, should I buy a house now in the boise real estate market? And what’s going on in the Boise housing market is also happening in the Idaho housing market as well as the whole nation’s housing market in 2022. It is an interesting time, to say the least, and while I don’t promote fear and speculation about a housing market shift of a housing market crash, or even a housing market reset, I can tell ya what it happening in the Boise housing market TODAY so we can keep our heads on straight so we can more intelligently and critically think for ourselves about where the housing market is headed over the next few months.

  2. Housing.

Housing –> property taxes –> crime.

Twitter thread linked from Zerohedge compiled by @crabcrawler1 discusses George Soros purchase of “progressive” District Attorney elections and their disastrous results:

“A lot of fuss is made about how George Soros bankrolls the election campaigns of progressive DAs across the United States. However, it’s worth taking a closer look at each of their abysmal job performances. These leaders who preach “reform” all end up making their jurisdictions worse off.

It’s not just needles and feces on the sidewalks.

    It’s murders too.

  3. ‘More than half a dozen affordable housing projects in California are costing more than $1 million per apartment to build, a record-breaking sum that makes it harder to house the growing numbers of low-income Californians who need help paying rent, a Times review of state data found.’

‘The seven subsidized housing developments, all in Northern California, received state funding within the last two years and are under construction or close to breaking ground. When completed, they will provide homes for more than 600 families.’

‘But their exorbitant price tags mean that taxpayers are subsidizing fewer apartments than they otherwise could while waiting lists of renters needing affordable housing continue to grow.’

“That is untenable,” said Assemblyman Tim Grayson (D-Concord), who is writing legislation aimed at simplifying state affordable housing financing. “That is not a sustainable model. We have got to do something to reduce the cost.”

    1. ‘More than half a dozen affordable housing projects in California are costing more than $1 million per apartment to build, …’

Lotsa gubmint gravy is getting spilled on the affordable apartment builders…our California taxes at work.

      1. Those contracts are padded with patronage and graft kickbacks for the local Democrat-Bolshevik apparatchiks.

    2. “I’ve just had enough with TCAC and CDLAC and OPRs and CalVets and HCDs and CalHFAs,” the governor said, name-dropping the alphabet soup of departments involved in financing housing projects. “Six of you understand what the hell I just said. No one else does. And that’s the point.”

Just like the corrupt alphabet soup of beneficiaries of the fed’s direct rescue funding back in 2008.

  4. If you survived the winter of “severe disease and death” get ready for the summer of “blackouts, destruction, and death.”

“Governor Jay Inslee (D-Washington) sent an eerie letter to his supporters on Monday predicting that they are in for a summer of “blackouts, destruction, and death” over the alleged climate crisis.

The letter was sent directly after Gov. Inslee gave tacit support for destroying four dams along the Snake River which account for 8 percent of Washington’s annual electricity generation …

“As the climate crisis worsens, we’re facing the most extreme weather in history. While Washington state faced the wettest start to the summer in over 70 years, other states are preparing for sweltering temperatures that will catastrophically disrupt our fragile electrical grid. That means blackouts, destruction, and death.”

    https://thepostmillennial.com/wa-gov-predicts-summer-full-of-blackouts-destruction-and-death

Washington State? Do you remember the 2020 insurrection in Seattle, WA?

The one with the seizure of territory? The one that proclaimed itself an autonomous zone? The one with all the murders and rapes and overdoses?

    “They’re not sending their best”

    1. Dorothy: Do – do you suppose we’ll see any wild blackouts?

      Tin Man: We might.

      Dorothy: Oh!

Scarecrow: blackouts that turn the lights and AC off?

Tin Man: Uh, some. But mostly destruction and death.

      Dorothy: Destruction?

      Scarecrow: And death?

      Tin Man: [nodding] And destruction.

Dorothy: Oh! Blackouts, destruction and death! Oh my!

      1. Dorothy: Do – do you suppose we’ll see any murders, rapes and overdoses?

Tin Man: No. We’re not going through any Democrat run cities with Soros sponsored district attorneys.

        1. Lassie: Bark bark bark bark-bark!

Farmer: What’s that you say, girl?

          Lassie: Bark bark bark-bark! Bark-bark!

Farmer: Timmy’s teachers are trying to convince him he’s really a girl?

    2. “While Washington state faced the wettest start to the summer in over 70 years…”

Got that right. I have roughly half my typical cycling mileage logged so far. OTOH, my lawn looks great, no dry patches yet.

      1. Yep. I’m on the coast and had sod installed in May. The constant rain has given me the best lawn I’ve ever had. The downside is I’ve been having to mow twice a week.

    3. “Annually, the dams generate about 8.3 million megawatt hours of electricity, or 8 percent of Washington’s energy,” Meyers wrote in a piece for The Seattle Times. “That is more clean energy than is provided by all the wind and solar facilities in Washington state added together.”

      Eliminate renewable green energy?

      1. Eliminate renewable green energy?

If that isn’t proof they are sabotaging their state, I don’t know what is.

    4. The letter was sent directly after Gov. Inslee gave tacit support for destroying four dams along the Snake River which account for 8 percent of Washington’s annual electricity generation …

Why are Dems destroying sources of “clean, renewable” energy?

Lose 8% of your power, and blackouts are guaranteed.

  5. ‘Brian Casey, founder of real estate financial advisory firm The Casey Group, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on behalf of NRIA in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, the company’s home state, on Tuesday. Casey has been in charge of nearly every aspect of the company’s operations since October, he said in the filing.’

‘In addition to about $250M of property-backed debt, Casey estimates NRIA owes vendors and other creditors approximately $10M. NRIA is seeking Chapter 11 protection to give itself a “breathing-spell to prevent a disorderly liquidation of their estates through subscriber redemption requests and to reject and/or terminate disadvantageous contracts and other arrangements,” the filing says.’

“In [the whistleblower complaint], we said that NRIA uniquely locks up people [in five-year contracts] intentionally, because they learned from Bernie Madoff that the way a Ponzi scheme implodes is from a run on redemptions,” Minkow told Bisnow. “So for the very technique they used, they’re asking the bankruptcy court to give them a break, when that was part of the scheme in the first place.”

  6. ‘Netease, one of China’s largest companies and one of the world’s top 25 or so tech firms, saw their share price tumble on Monday after a post that was “suspected of alluding to Winnie the Pooh”, to quote a line from the Financial Times. References to Winnie the Pooh (yes, the cartoon bear) are a popular way to deride Chinese President Xi Jinping.’

‘The particular post that seems to have annoyed the Chinese administration was found on Blizzard’s Weibo account, and can be seen above. The Financial times have translated the meaning of the post as follows, “Why hasn’t the bear stepped down?” However, in Kotaku’s report, they state their own translation comes out closer to “What do you think about the bear?”

‘It also seems that Blizzard have offended Chinese nationalists with another post, in which they used “Taiwan time” to announce the delay of the game. China is attempting to take control of Taiwan and deny the nation’s independence, with one quite patriotic poster on Weibo apparently stating “Between the game and my country, I choose the latter.”

That’s right, parents. You killed your own baby.

All for virtue signal feel good internet likes and upvotes.

And now your baby is dead 🙁

    1. 1% of people who get the jab are so seriously COVID vaccine injured that they are unable to hold a job:

So, about 2 million are so ill that holding a job is completely out of the question. I wonder how many millions more are feeling ill enough to not stay at the current job, especially if it requires standing on your feet all day?

      1. 2 million

Close to 3 million per US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Population with a Disability, 16 years or older.

  8. ‘Homebuilder Lennar Corp said on Tuesday surging interest rates and home prices are driving consumers in many markets to reconsider buying homes. “The Fed’s stated determination to curtail inflation through interest rate increases and quantitative tightening have begun to have the desired effect of slowing sales in some markets and stalling price increases across the country,” said Lennar Executive Chairman Stuart Miller.’

    https://finance.yahoo.com/news/lennar-says-home-buying-under-102043485.html

    1. The Lennar development down the hill should be an interesting bellwether. Hubby and I were talking this morning about at what stage it might stall.

  9. ‘The endless curse of large-scale housing developments in this East Bay city falling into limbo has struck again, this time at the North Concord BART Station, where a plan to replace a massive parking lot with 360 new homes appears to be dead.’

‘Brookfield Residential — a division of multinational real-estate giant Brookfield Asset Management — had been negotiating with BART to cover nearly 20 acres worth of parking spaces with the new housing, a quarter of which would have been listed at affordable prices.’

‘But three years after securing the project, Brookfield has walked away and provided no formal reasons for its departure, BART officials said this week. Representatives for Brookfield did not respond to multiple interview requests.’

That’s some red hotcakes right there.

Manhattan’s luxury market just had its worst week since the … The priciest deal last week was for a condo at 15 Central Park West that was asking $26 million. The three-bedroom unit spans 3,105 square feet, and the seller bought it for $30 million …

  11. Housing.

Housing –> property taxes –> crime.

Here are the areas where your car is most likely to get stolen in the Denver metro area (6/20/2022):

““Car thefts are significantly increasing. It’s prolific, troublesome,” said Lakewood Police Cmdr. Mike Greenwell, who leads the Colorado Metropolitan Auto Theft Task Force (CMATT). “Whatever we’re doing isn’t working.”

Colorado is notoriously No. 1 in the nation for car thefts, with more cars stolen per capita than any other state in the country, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau.

“We are outranking California at this point,” Greenwell said.

    California?

I love love love posting this, again and again and again:

    Vote like California, become California.

    Denver is a sh*thole 🙂

    1. Bonus crime article for a Tuesday.

“The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant Monday for a suspect wanted in a hit-and-run crash that injured two cyclists, one critically, on Sunday morning.

Deputies are looking for Alan (Haley) Mill, 38, who is wanted on two counts of first-degree assault and leaving the scene of an accident causing serious bodily injury.”

      It’s a tranny.

“Mill, who was driving a 2018 Ford Escape SUV in the same direction, struck the two after having passed another cyclist in the group, according to the sheriff’s office.

Witnesses told investigators that after the collision, Mill drove through a restaurant parking lot at a high rate of speed, seemingly to dislodge a badly damaged bicycle from beneath the suspect’s vehicle, the sheriff’s office said.”

      https://www.thedenverchannel.com/news/local-news/jeffco-sheriff-issues-warrant-after-suspect-strikes-cyclists-critically-injuring-1

Look at the photo of this thing.

      “They’re not sending their best”

    2. Car thefts are significantly increasing.

“We have fewer people going to jail for auto theft,” Greenwell said. “There’s no ramifications to the auto thief for stealing that car.”

Also, gotta love that cars are being stolen from the airport’s parking lots.

  12. Take your pick.

    1. Replacement theory is not a theory, it is the globalist blueprint for the extermination of white people.

With a little help, of course, from the Southern Poverty Law Center, which is itself one of the loudest advocates for white genocide.

The SPLC can not silence Tucker Carlson.
