    1. The “how much a month” buyers have to first lower their projected fixed monthly mortgage payment in order to absorb their non-discretionary variable expenses, which are rising quarterly as the fed increases interest rates.

  2. Stole this from a yahoo comment on rising rents…may help some folks. Ouch!

Well, this is now a third-world country. There are plenty of parks and forests and nature trails where you can set up a tent, gas stoves, portapotties etc. Just bring plenty of blankets or space blankets. Be sure to set up those places near the beaches so you can get a shower or bathe in the sea. S. California, Santa Barbara, San Diego, L.A. are good places because they’re warm and the city governments don’t care about crime. You can steal up to $900 a day in California in food and other necessities if you have to. It’s the law there. In the hottest part of the summer, move to Portland. They have great services catering to the homeless and the mentally ill. I think looting is still acceptable in Portland, too. Just take what you need and run. Their unarmed bicycle cops might even help you carry the stuff you stole to your encampment. Just ask for help. They’ll provide it. Don’t worry. Klaus Schwab assured us that we would all one day own nothing and be happy about it.

  3. ‘Unfortunately, these stages in the emotional roller-coaster of prices are often accompanied by leverage. A recent FT report highlights the fact than many new investors bought crypto on margin, taking out loans, or even on their credit cards. Now that rates are rising, not only have their assets fallen in value but on their individual balance sheets their liabilities are rising. According to the report, 45 per cent of adults aged between 18 and 29 invested in crypto for their first investment, 20 per cent of these investments were bitcoin and half of these people financed their investment through debt. It is likely that these global figures were mirrored in Ireland, meaning that younger first-time investors will experience a double whammy of the destruction of their wealth and an increase in indebtedness.’

‘Demographically, the losers are hugely concentrated among the young. This is a generation harassed by precarious work conditions, finding it difficult to launch their careers in their 20s. They are priced out of the soaring rental market and locked out of the housing conveyor belt of gradual wealth accumulation that was available to their parents. Now they’ve been betrayed by bitcoin’s late 2021 promise of easy financial gains, which was dressed up by various hucksters with some sort of faux-revolutionary, anti-establishment gibberish. The reality is another financial knock-down.’

  5. Las Vegas man with 39 Teslas accused of defrauding more than 10K victims

Federal agents arrested a Las Vegas man on Wednesday on charges related to a scheme that allegedly defrauded more than 10,000 people out of a combined $45 million, according to federal prosecutors.

Neil Chandran, 50, “[defrauded] investors by falsely promising extremely high returns” as part of several technology companies under the umbrella name ViRSE, prosecutors said.

In a press release, Department of Justice officials allege that investors were led to believe that Chandran’s companies were soon to be purchased by a wealthy group of investors. According to the indictment, no such group was prepared to buy the companies, and “a substantial portion of the funds were misappropriated for other business ventures and the personal benefit of Chandran and others.”

  6. ‘Enjoy Technology Inc., a retail startup founded by former Apple Inc. executive Ron Johnson, filed for bankruptcy on Thursday — less than a year after going public through a merger with a blank-check company.’

‘Enjoy operates what it calls mobile retail stores that help consumers buy and set up technology gadgets, like mobile phones, in their homes. The Palo Alto-based company, which was founded in 2014, has struggled to raise the capital needed to fund its operations lately, according to court papers.’

‘The company is now seeking protection from creditors “due to a rapidly declining cash position that has rendered them unable to pay operating expenses, including payroll,” Enjoy’s lawyers wrote in bankruptcy court filings. Enjoy has begun dismissing more than 400 UK-based employees, or roughly 18% of its total workforce, in connection with the bankruptcy, a regulatory filing shows.’

    1. Keep in mind what they call fixed is not what we call fixed. Their “fixed” is for a short period, a couple of years or so. These are adjustable loans.

  7. How many sheeple have made the connection between the “immense financial pressure” they’re under, and the Fed’s debasement of the currency?

Majority of Americans are cutting back on spending due to ‘immense financial pressure’ with more than 50% spending up to $500 MORE on groceries and $250 extra on gas per month

Americans are being forced to make significant changes to their lifestyles as they struggle to keep their heads above water amid sharply rising living costs, a new survey has found.

The Labor Department on June 10 said that the consumer-price index increased 8.6 percent in May from the same month a year ago – marking its fastest pace since December 1981.

We are told the Roe being overturned matters more to them.

The bottom line is that hundreds of millions are backed into a corner and are insolvent. The antipresident refuses to talk to the press and his bobbleheads insist that the economy is “great” and there is no recession coming (coming? it’s already here).

  8. This is the way to deal with “woke” agenda-pushers.

‘Just closed my Halifax account. They can stick their pronouns up their/his/her a**e. ‘: Bank suffers exodus of customers after social media manager told them to LEAVE if they don’t like staff sharing pronouns on badges

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10972407/Halifax-suffers-exodus-customers-staff-pronoun-policy.html

Halifax customers are closing their accounts today after its social media team told them to leave if they don’t like their new pronoun badges for branch staff in what is being branded one of the biggest PR disasters in British business history.

One account holder told MailOnline they have already pulled out investments and savings of up to £450,000 while many more said they are cutting up credit cards or transferring balances to rivals after they accused the bank of ‘alienating’ them with ‘pathetic virtue signalling’.

The row began this week when Halifax tweeted its 118,000 followers on Tuesday revealing that it would allow staff to display their pronouns on their name badges, in a post that read ‘pronouns matter’.

    1. Not surprised here one bit. This is what happens when you let a group of neurotic, attention-hungry snowflakes push their over the top agendas, lest you get cancelled. Well, you didn’t get cancelled by the woke lynch mob, but did go bankrupt…because reasonable, intelligent people refuse to associate themselves with stupid, easily-manipulated pushovers and the businesses they run in the ground.

    1. Today is “Canada Day,” which was supposed to celebrate Canada’s full independence as of 1982. Now that Canadian cucks have let Lil’ Fidel turn them into a globalist looting colony, they should just cancel the holiday.

QUARTER of Americans say they are ready to take up arms against the government: Poll also finds that more than a third of those currently own guns

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10971195/A-QUARTER-Americans-say-ready-arms-against-government.html

More than quarter of Americans – 28 per cent – said that it might ‘soon be necessary to take up arms’ against the US government, according to a new poll released Thursday.

Of those who felt that way, 37 per cent currently own guns, the poll found.

The poll also showed that a majority of Americans – liberal and conservative both – felt that their government was ‘corrupt and rigged against everyday people like me.’

  10. The globalist Quisling regime in New Zealand is a template for what the Democrat-Bolsheviks seek to apply here. Note that the Proud Boys were formed to counter officially-sanctioned and encouraged violent mob attacks on Trump supporters, after police in Democrat-Bolshevik malgovernered cities like Portland stood by with arms folded as Antifa and other Red Guard rent-a-mobs assaulted Trump supporters practicing their Constitutional right to assemble and support their candidate. Any and all groups that oppose globalist agendas are going to be labeled as “extremists” if not “terrorists” – wait for it.

Proud Boys are designated a terrorist organization by New Zealand – following the lead set by Canada – as the US prepares to put former leader Enrique Tarrio on trial for January 6

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10968007/New-Zealand-designates-Proud-Boys-terrorist-organization.html

New Zealand’s government has declared the Proud Boys and The Base are terrorist organizations.

The two groups join 18 others including the Islamic State group that have been given an official terrorist designation, making it illegal in New Zealand to fund, recruit or participate in the groups, and obligating authorities to take action against them.

Now Jacinda Ardern begs UK tourists to return to New Zealand after years of keeping EVERYONE including her own citizens out in pursuit of doomed Zero Covid policy

Jacinda Ardern has begged UK tourists to visit New Zealand as it prepares to fully reopen its borders after more than two years of isolation due to her ‘Zero Covid’ policy.

The New Zealand Prime Minister did her best to sell her country as a winter sun holiday destination during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine this morning.

    1. Watching it again it is disgusting that his fellow “travelers” took advantage of their friend flying down the highway like a punted football as an opportunity to run away.

    2. bailed out of his vehicle and ran

We have a sign for that on I-5 N just before the San Onofre checkpoint. I also witnessed a bust on an Amtrak train years ago.
