    Jul 30, 2022 Bond yields are falling on weaker economic growth prospects. The all important Canada 5 year bond yield has now dropped nearly 100bps from the peak last month meaning we should see some discounting on fixed rate mortgages very soon. Canadian banks are being ultra conservative with their lending right now. The Bank of Canada should raise rates in September, dealing another blow to variable rate mortgage holders.

    So they’ve gone from cheerleader to taking out paid spots about foreclosures.

Deborah Lee Morrow, 61, allegedly used the identification of the realty association and one of its leaders more than a dozen times, according to the grand jury indictment.’

    ‘She also allegedly forged checks more than a dozen times. In addition, she allegedly stole money and other unauthorized expenses that belonged to the realty association, the indictment said.’

    ‘The crimes are alleged to have occurred between August 2019 and December 2020. The indictment does not specify the total amount of money in question, but the state alleges the loss was more than $50,000.’

      There is nothing unique about this. Realtors and mortgage pimps have been pulling stunts like this for a couple decades now. This broad got caught because she targeted one of their own.
