Toronto Homes Are FAILING To Sell AT BIDDING – Toronto Real Estate Market Update 2023! We have been hearing about how bidding wars are back within the Toronto real estate market. As i explain in this Toronto real estate market update, the bidding war strategy has definitely made a come back, and prices are picked up a tiny bit BUT – thee are tons of Toronto homes for sale in this market that are failing to sell at bidding. Furthermore, i explain how the Toronto homes which do successfully sell on bidding night with multiple offers are not actually selling for that much higher than they would have otherwise, or not as much as they did in the past – during peak market conditions within the Toronto real estate market and Toronto condo market.

  2. Wattle Cafe owner Ana Ivkosic joined “Fox & Friends” to discuss how the migrant crisis has affected her business and the lack of tourists has made the neighborhood feel like a “ghost town.”

Ivkosic said small-business owners like herself felt “blindsided” by the decision to place migrants at the “world’s largest” Holiday Inn, located by her Manhattan café. She said her business relies on tourists for steady traffic, but now the hotel has become the “world’s tallest migrant facility.”

“All of a sudden, a lot of the revenue that we were relying upon from the tourists has essentially disappeared,” said Ivkosic, adding that business owners did not know this would happen.
