A High-Profile Implosion Full Of Intrigue, Excess, And Downright Foolishness
A report from the Oregonian. “1912 remade Craftsman in Portland Heights: 2909 S.W. Upper Dr. is listed at $450,000. The property was listed for sale on Sept. 20, 2019 for $699,900, according to public records. The price dropped $200,900 about a month later, on Oct. 15, 2019, to $499,000. An offer was accepted on March 30, 2020, then the property was put back on the market on April 6, 2020. The house was pending again on May 11, 2020, then it was relisted again on May 24, 2020. When it was listed again on Sept. 16, 2020, the price was lowered $49,000 to $450,000.”
From Seattle PI in Washington. “I’m going to take you through the 5 most expensive Seattle condo sales in 2020. In 18 years of real estate and 15 years of condo work, I don’t think I ever could have imagined how challenging the Downtown condo market would be. Unit #1202 at Four Seasons may look familiar. It was on our list of the Most Expensive condo sales in 2019 as well. I would guess that Downtown politics, protesting or Covid-19 could have played a roll in the quick sale. Despite going out to market $9.495M, the owner ended up selling the unit for the same price they bought it for in the summer of 2019 – $9.2M. For those of you wondering, the costs of sale for a unit like this is roughly $644,000.”
“Another Four Seasons unit on the list. Coming in at the number 3 most expensive sale in 2020 is Unit 1801. This 2 bedroom unit, like the others in the building has an iconic view. Taking a quite a bit longer to sell (nearly a year), 1801 finally fetched a price of $6M. A little bit of history on this unit. Back in 2007 when the project first went to market, this unit was priced at $9.493M and in 2019 it was priced at $9,995,000. For those of you counting, the HOA dues on this unit are $6,492 per month!”
From Mansion Global. “Studying real estate cycles can be useful in identifying strong investments. ‘New York and London have both had several years now of declining prime prices,’ said Kate Everett-Allen, head of international residential research at the London-based real estate agency Knight Frank. ‘There’s a sense they might be buying opportunities now as they come through the end of the property market cycle and that price growth might start to move into positive territory again.'”
“The trend of people rushing to the suburbs this year in search of more space and less density has added to the woes of the prime real estate market in places like New York. That’s made it even more of a buyers’ market.”
From Bisnow New York. “In yet another example of New York City’s hospitality woes, a boutique hotel and residential building that was facing foreclosure is now entering into bankruptcy. The Tillary Hotel in Downtown Brooklyn, owned by Isaac Hager’s Cornell Realty Management and partners, including Rubin Equities, filed a Chapter 11 petition in New York bankruptcy court Friday. Calls to the 174-room hotel at 85 Flatbush Ave. Extension were not answered Friday afternoon, and its website didn’t allow bookings beyond Jan. 4 as of Friday evening.”
“Only five of the 64 apartments are occupied, the hotel owners said in the filing, and they plan to convert the apartments into condominiums if the hotel is allowed to emerge from bankruptcy. Its largest unsecured creditors are a Brooklyn-based security company, Greater Shield, which is owed nearly $370K, and Chesky Berkowitz, a leader of the Satmar community of Orthodox Jews in Brooklyn, who is owed $250K, according to the filing.”
“It is not the first hotel in the city to be hit hard by this crisis. The Hotel Association of New York City predicts 20% of the city’s 124,000 hotel rooms won’t reopen after the pandemic subsides. The Hilton Times Square, the W Hotel Downtown, The Roosevelt and Midtown’s the Maxwell and Omni Berkshire hotels have all announced they will close in recent months.”
The Wall Street Journal. “Investors are buying hotels and turning them into rental apartments. These buyers are trying to take advantage of the hospitality industry’s crisis by taking over struggling or foreclosed properties at bargain prices. The share of hotels with securitized mortgages that were delinquent on their loans was 19.66% as of November, up from 1.52% a year earlier, according to Trepp LLC. Even before the pandemic, a surge of hotel construction over the past decade had left some cities with a room glut.”
From Vox Recode. “Last year, WeWork failed to become a public company after a high-profile implosion full of intrigue, excess, and downright foolishness. Miraculously, one year and one pandemic later, the coworking company is not only still kicking, but it stands to ride post-Covid office trends to profitability and an IPO — if it can hold on long enough.”
From Bisnow Washington DC. “Rappaport CEO Gary Rappaport, a major owner of shopping centers in the D.C. area, said he has seen signs of the retail market improving, but he is still worried about what the winter will mean for his restaurant tenants. ‘We’ve got many months of winter coming up, and we’ve got many tenants that are not going to survive,’ Rappaport said.”
From Socket Site in California. “The net number of homes listed for sale in San Francisco dropped another 13 percent over the past week to 1,090 and will likely drop another 25-30 percent through the end of the year before climbing in January. That being said, inventory levels are now running 175 percent higher than they were at the same time last year, with 200 percent more condos on the market and 120 percent more single-family homes.”
“And of those homes still listed for sale in the city, roughly 40 percent are now listed for under a million dollars (versus 26 percent at the same time last year) and 34 percent have undergone at least one price reduction.”
The Los Angeles Times in California. “One of the most striking homes in Palm Springs has finally sold. All it took was six years of relists and price cuts that saw the original $9.5-million tag slowly whittled down to the final sale price of $2.6 million.”
From West Hawaii Today. “Driven by a surge in demand for residential homes, property sales in Kona reached a 15-year high in October and November. Condominium sales, however, have not experienced the same type of bounce. ‘The one-year declining trend for condos is steep, off 19% from the previous 12 months,’ said Kona Realtor Gretchen Osgood. ‘It is likely that the attractiveness of condo ownership for investors has worn thin due to the lack of tourists.'”
“Such high numbers for residential homes, not seen since before the Great Recession and housing crisis of 2008, may prompt worries of a market correction to come. Osgood speculates, however, that while housing may become a nationwide issue in the coming months, West Hawaii is better positioned than most to weather such a storm, primarily because of the high portion of cash buyers as of late.”
“‘We’re running at 41% cash buyers last month; that gives us a sustainability in those people that are coming. They’re not going to lose their house if they paid all cash for it,’ said Osgood. ‘That number has been running high for years; at one point in the downturn, it was actually 50% of the buyers. So, Kona is a little bit better positioned at this point in time to weather a downturn. I don’t think our house of cards is going to collapse like it did last time.'”
“The expiration of federal and state protections for foreclosures and evictions in the coming months, coupled with what’s projected to be a sluggish recovery in Hawaii, could result in an exodus of West Hawaii homeowners heading to the mainland in 2021. Such an exodus seems certain to inflate the current depleted inventory of homes.”

Ben Jones, this is some new, local news.
Colorado Public Radio — Election Conspiracy Theorists Focused On One Man In Colorado. His Life Will Never Be The Same (12/21/20):
“Eric Coomer has been living in hiding since one week after the presidential election ended.
He’s director of product strategy and security for Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems, which has found itself at the center of numerous conspiracy theories about election theft. President Donald Trump has falsely claimed that Dominion machines fraudulently switched votes to Biden. And some of Trump’s supporters have come to focus on Coomer as the supposed mastermind behind a plot to steal the election.
“I actually am in fear for my safety,” Coomer said recently, speaking by video chat from a secret location. “I’m in fear for my family’s safety. These are real, tangible things coming out of these baseless accusations.”
“I’ve been threatened more times than I could even count. Whether it’s the standard online trolls, voicemails that are left almost on a daily basis, being called a traitor to this country. I can’t even begin to describe what effect this has had on my life”

2020: The Year the Façade of Liberalism Fell

“They are no longer even attempting to hold up to their own values”
I kinda realized what it is about so-called liberals. They aren’t liberal, not the ones backing this senile pedophile. This is the old, rotten, corrupt globalist scum. Remember when “liberals” opposed globalism and it’s stinking inequality. The big elitist media has never been more contemptuous of free speech. where is the “liberal” outcry about the daily thousands of voices being smothered?
And these “liberals” are discriminatory and racist. But it’s against white people. I don’t talk or even think in terms of race much. But as this video points out, there is an all out assault on everything white these days. How about the stupid lockdowns that are punishing lower income (and minority) people way more than the rich?
This is a couple of weeks old:
‘As the restaurant industry struggles to stay afloat, an LA County grant is offering businesses a $30,000 lifeline with a catch — only certain small restaurants qualify, while the rest are left to sink or swim.’
‘The Keep L.A. County Dining Program comes in the wake of a controversial decision to shut down outdoor dining for three weeks, and will provide a limited number of restaurants with funds for payroll, operational expenses and adaptations to COVID-19 restrictions.’
‘L.A. County has 31,000 restaurants, according to County Public Health Director Dr. Barbara Ferrer, and the grant will accept the first 2,500 applications. To qualify restaurants must meet several criteria, including being independently owned, having a fixed brick and mortar location with a full service kitchen, and—the kicker for many restaurants—employing less than 25 people.’
‘Sheldon Kozushko, a manager at 1212 restaurant on the promenade, is not as thrilled. While 1212 meets six of the seven grant qualifications, it employs more than 25 people.’
“We fit every other requirement, why are we penalized because we hire more people?” said Kozushko. “We have a substantial impact on the community because we hire more people. Restaurants take a lot of people to run. Twenty-five seems like a very low number.”
‘Restaurants, small and large alike, are reaching a moment of crisis in L.A. County. Federal funding through the Payroll Protection Program ended in Aug., changing restrictions have led to costly cycles of firing and rehiring, and outdoor dining and PPE have added new expenses.’
“Restaurants have been hit by the proverbial insult to injury, while we were all in the Covid crisis together, only restaurants were urged to spend tens of thousands of dollars to build outdoor seating to then have it immediately shut down,” said Merrihue. “Without assistance we would go bankrupt.”
‘The L.A. County Board of Supervisors voted three to two to uphold the outdoor dining ban. On Nov. 24. Sup. Sheila Kuehl cast a deciding vote supporting the ban in the afternoon and dined outdoors at Il Forno in Santa Monica that evening, prompting outrage from many restaurateurs.’
“It’s just disgusting. You are a public figure. I just don’t understand the disconnect, to say that you think outdoor dining is harmful and to frame it in a way as if it’s the service industry workers who are at risk as if you’re protecting them, it’s just total BS,” said Kozushko.’

Here’s yer compassionate liberals for ya:
Oregon hospitals didn’t have shortages. So why were people with disabilities denied care?
‘The report from Pendleton alarmed staff at Disability Rights Oregon. “We investigated and substantiated it,” Jake Cornett, executive director of Disability Rights Oregon, told NPR. A person with an intellectual disability was “being inappropriately influenced about life-sustaining treatment. And the physician in that case talked about the quote ‘low quality of life’ of a person with a disability.”
‘The state records that NPR obtained show other people with disabilities were denied coronavirus tests or treatment when they showed up at hospitals with symptoms.’
‘Sarah Frazzini, the executive director of Benco, a nonprofit agency that provides housing and other services to people with disabilities, points to the story of one of her residents.
On April 2, the 64-year-old man was running a high fever, and staff at his group home worried that he’d contracted COVID-19. They took him to the emergency room at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.’
‘The man has a significant intellectual disability. He doesn’t speak words. He’s quadriplegic. He can’t swallow and is fed through a tube.’
‘Medical staff in the emergency room refused to test him for the coronavirus. Frazzini told the story to NPR, as well as to state lawmakers in a June hearing. It would be a “waste of valuable PPE,” or personal protective equipment, a member of the medical team said, angrily, in front of the man, according to Frazzini.’

Right. They’ve exacted death and despair upon the most vulnerable among us, but if we start talking about assassinations of politicians to stop them, we’re somehow “crazy.” These people aren’t only nuts, they’re extremely dangerous.
They are actively destroying this country right now. It starting to get really, REALLY bad on the economic front. There’s a lag time between a business closure and the pain that’s realized in the aftermath. “Something wicked this way comes.”
They are wicked and the rationing has started. I never believed for one minute that these power mongers were humane or doing anything for some greater good.
Their fake narratives are insulting , dangerous and not justified.
They are no Different than a Hilter, Stalin, or Mao.

I have a better idea, if f-tards can self assign personal pronouns like they and them then why cant the workers self identify as 1/2 a person, or some other fractional amount? Blacks could easily choose 3/5 and pay a corresponding amount in taxes to the scum in cali that nurture this insanity.
Things are so crazy I was thinking with the planets aligning last night I wouldnt have been surprised to see godzilla rise from the depths of the ocean, trash the city and end with a breakdancing finale amidst the rubble. That, meteors and aliens are about all thats left to hit us for 2020.
Things are so crazy I was thinking with the planets aligning last night I wouldnt have been surprised to see godzilla rise from the depths of the ocean, trash the city and end with a breakdancing finale amidst the rubble.
After the way this year has gone, culminating with blatant electoral fraud while the institutions charged with preventing such things turned a blind eye, nothing would surprise me.

Remember when “liberals” opposed globalism and it’s stinking inequality.
Yes, that’s back when I was a liberal. Something weird started right after the 2012 election (probably before) and has only gotten worse. While high-up Dems were being catered to by the globalists, ordinary libs gave up all their old values to indulge in Trump hate. Then they had the gall to put “Hate has no home here” signs in front of their houses and schools.
And they didn’t give up only their fight against inequality, or their traditional support of the middle class. They also destroyed our electoral process, our media, our First Amendment, our economy, our meritocracy, our sanity, and even our old and vulnerable. I will never forgive them for HCQ and Ivermectin.
Law and order and liability for civil and criminal acts was destroyed. Examples:
(1) Big Pharma has no liability on vaccines, it’s shifted to the Government.
(2) 2009 lending fraud shifted to bail outs by taxpayers .
(3) US government backing loans or buying loans in real estate, credit, and higher education, that transfers the loss or risk to the Gov.
(4) Costs of welfare and open borders put on Government while big business gets the benefits of cheaper labor, etc. with greater crime costs.
(5) Hard to sue Foreign Country Companies that go BK after they harm a US victim. US Companies going BK to avoid liability, than they open up under another name.
(6) false narratives of racism being the reason criminals are arrested,by the police, while major black on black murders have skyrocketed.
(7) Lack of enforcement of rule of law, based on liberal Parison Judges, crazy DA’s and nut Mayor’s and Governors. These nuts are telling the police to stand down while they are allowing looting , crime and mayhem in the street. Serious breach of duty to withhold the law and protect law abiding Citizens.
(8) ,unjustified release of dangerous criminals using Covid as the pretext to do it.
(9) Constant filing of lawsuits to change long standing law so criminal acts are easier to pull off like the election fraud. Constant legal attack on innocent people to crush them or destroy them.
(10) Big Monopolies not being busted for being Monopolies, so Gov becoming the pawn of these Big Entities.
(11) People in high places either being bribed or blackballed into becoming traitors, and to much money buying elections. Lack of term limits preventing corruption.
(12) Foreign Corruption with lack of proper protection against it.
(11) Failure to protect the borders. Spying on US Citizens and even the President with fake narratives to destroy .
( 12} Attack on the White race, US institutions, history, science, education system with false narratives. Commie takeover using false narratives designed to divide and conquer.
I could go on and on about this breakdown. The fake news violating the first amendment and controlling the narrative without any penalty to disinformation and a false narrative to harm and control the populations that deliberate.
(14). Unjustified attack on law enforcement and defunding already raising the crime rate.
I’m just saying this is a breakdown of law and order in which black is white and white is black or 2+2=5 like 1984.
Something weird started right after the 2012 election (probably before)
I had a close liberal friend who lost her mind in 2008. She was so upset that anyone could support Palin being the VP nominee that she couldn’t have a rational conversation about it. Agreeing to disagree was completely off the table. We’re no longer friends.
I can’t say I was upset over Palin being the nominee, because I knew that it would only help Obama win. I still wonder at how the Republicans could fall for her schtick. But not enough to lose my mind over it.
Obama turned out to be the biggest liar-in-chief we’ve ever had.
Obama’s missed opportunity was to not rein-in the Wall street banks when they were vulnerable.
Ohbahma missed opportunity was to honor MLK and put behavior first, get his people off the school to prison pipeline, but instead he went the rascis route with if i had a son.
🎄I wish you all the tidings of comfort and joy that falling housing prices bring this Christmas season🎄
God Bless President Donald J. Trump and God Bless America!
All these powerful entities have been taking over our Government in steps for a long time now, and Government has become the pawn for their agendas.
The fluke of Trump getting in was just to threatening to their agendas.
Rigged elections, fake narratives, fake Covid 19 medical Scam, you name it.
Government is suppose to protect us from Foreign and Domestic invasion, but instead the Politicians sold out to it and Gov has become a enemy to the people at this point. We can’t even kick the traitor bums out if they are going to rig elections and get away with it. Biden the puppet Traitor has been put in and it’s a nightmare what damage that creep is going to cause.
I’m sorry, but you might be a big believer in the Big Medical Cartel doing good things for the people, or you don’t believe that is what is going on.
How evil can you get to use the mysterious Medical Cartel to take away life liberty and the pursuit of happiness from the individual.
I guess your either a vaccine taker or your not. You either have blind faith in the Medical Cartel, or you think a lot of harm is being done by that industry.

Existing home sales decline for the first time in 5 months as prices rise and supply falls
Published Tue, Dec 22 2020 10:00 AM EST Updated Tue, Dec 22 2020 10:48 AM EST
Key Points
> There were just 1.28 million homes available for sale at the end of November. That is down 22% from a year earlier and represents a 2.3-month supply at the current sales pace.
> That is the lowest inventory count since the National Association of Realtors began tracking this metric in 1982.
> The median price of an existing home sold in November was $310,800, a 14.6% increase compared with November 2019.
– Here are my calculations using a standard MS XL spreadsheet tool, based on mortgage interest rate declines alone for a house price of $300K (baseline) in Nov., ’19. Mortgage payment is constant, since that’s all that matters to shelter-buyers. They’re buying the payment, not the house.
– Nov, ’19: price=$300K, rate=~3.95%, payment (P&I only): -$1,423.61
– Nov. ’20: price=$342K, rate=~2.90%, payment (P&I only): -$1423.61
– Appreciation due to ~1.05% drop in rates: 14.0% The magic of mathematics.
– So most of the house price appreciation, if not all of it with error bars, is due to the ~1.05% (105 bps) drop in mortgage rates.
– One might think that the Fed and FHA are trying to keep housing bubble 2.0 inflating or something, and that they’re goosing the market to this end; they would be correct.
– Mortgage origination costs are typ. 1-2% of loan amount, so rates can fall somewhat further, maybe up to ~1% more, but that’s it if the mortgage business is to remain profitable. That’s in a normal world, but we’re now in a bizzaro world of finance and economics, so “who knows?”
– Recall that these are historically low mortgage rates, if not the lowest rates ever.
– Recall that as mortgage rates go down, house price goes up, as does the loan amount. This is (normally) self-limiting. Rising prices have, again, hit the affordability limit, with buyers experiencing “sticker shock.”
– What comes next? 2021 will be interesting.
– Just don’t call these “markets.”
The share of hotels with securitized mortgages that were delinquent on their loans was 19.66% as of November, up from 1.52% a year earlier, according to Trepp LLC.
Is that a lot?
“Is that a lot?”
Nearly 1,200% increase!
No worries, I’m hearing a lot of “pent-up demand” talk from the operators. They think it’s off to the races once these vaccinations take hold. More “green shoots.”
‘We’ve got many months of winter coming up, and we’ve got many tenants that are not going to survive,’ Rappaport said.”
Oh, they’ll survive. They just won’t pay the rent.
Oh, they’ll survive. They just won’t pay the rent.
Which is perfectly fine in clown world. You get to stiff the landlord, and the government extends your UE bennies and throws in an extra $300 per week so you can go buy a new car. Livin’ large, playa.
UE bennies and throws in an extra $300 per week
Through March. Unless the Dems also steal the run off elections in Georgia I don’t think there will be a follow up.
It’s interesting how Pres. Eisenhower gave a warning to US Citizens to watch out for the Military/Industrial complex, in his going out of office speech.
Apparently he got in trouble for saying that and he never spoke of it again.
Than you got JFK that was speaking against secret societies, deep State, and the Feds. Apparently JFK was talking about dismantling the FBI, and you know what happened to him.
For years the Citizens have been getting sick of these endless Wars in Foreign Countries. The industrial Complex has gained so must power that it’s alarming. The balance of power is being decoupled from the US Citizens and it’s a entire takeover.
So , God knows what that treasonous Puppet Biden is going to do if he’s put in the White House.
JFK was talking about dismantling the FBI
I think it was the CIA, but I get your point.
Oh, maybe it was the CIA and FBI.
Also, the military complex wasn’t to keen on JFK’s way of handling the Cuban missle crisis that avoided war.
In some ways Trump sorta reminds me of JFK in the way that they were going against the powers that be, commonly called the establishment, or deep state or whatever.
There seems to be some weird kind of connection with the 60’s going on in the current cycle .
Recently declassified U-2 reconnaissance plane imagery revealed that Soviet missile crews on Cuba, anticipating such overflights, used the white-painted rocks found on all military installations to spell out “Realtors are liars.”
“…the white-painted rocks found on all military installations…”
This 11-Bravo has actually painted some of those rocks!

Hooah. I’ve painted grass green, too. 02U.

And plenty of volunteers to fight them………
We should Institute the draft again…..imagine 18-19 year old antifa or illiterate thugs having to serve, in some capacity, (KP) that should cut the legs off this blm crapola real quick
Doesn’t the military have some sort of mental health qualifier? I can’t imagine blue-haired trannies on meth being accepted.
Meth will probably get you out of it. They have a quick cure for blue hair. Just bring back the Vietnam era “Full Metal Jacket” DIs. That’s what it takes to deal with people who really don’t want to be there.
“One of the most striking homes in Palm Springs has finally sold. All it took was six years of relists and price cuts that saw the original $9.5-million tag slowly whittled down to the final sale price of $2.6 million.”
Not going to give it away, were we, greedheads.
“…All it took was six years of relists and price cuts that saw the original $9.5-million tag slowly whittled down to the final sale price of $2.6 million….”
A ~73% haircut. Is that a lot?
Didn’t someone in the REIConplex state just a few years ago that 50% haircuts were unpossible?
I guess we don’t know what they bought it for. Given how crazy California home prices are, they may have paid less than they sold it for.
Osgood speculates, however, that while housing may become a nationwide issue in the coming months, West Hawaii is better positioned than most to weather such a storm, primarily because of the high portion of cash buyers as of late.”
“It’s different here.” Famous last words of FBs before the implosion of Housing Bubble 1.0.
“One of the most striking homes in Palm Springs has finally sold. All it took was six years of relists and price cuts that saw the original $9.5-million tag slowly whittled down to the final sale price of $2.6 million.”
Are 73% price reductions pretty common these daze? I wonder if Chris “California real estate always goes up” Thornberg could weigh in on this?
PPP loans can now be used for damage sustained in “public disturbances” (Orwellian globalist media newspeak for BLM-Antifa riots, arson, and looting). These riots would come to a screeching halt if the billionaires, corporations, and “pass through” organizations bankrolling them were held criminally and civilly liable for all damage and costs incurred.

The tent city under the I-25 / Broadway overpass is growing.
Lots of vacant storefronts on Broadway, graffiti, trash, etc…
Jeremiah Babe’s “boots on the ground” reports from various locales show a grim reality that’s being deliberately concealed by the MSM.
That was a grim strut through Lake Havasu City.
How come Mr Market is so glum? It’s Christmas week, we have COVID-19 vaccines on the way, stimulus has passed Congress, and the Fed has renewed its commitment to low rates forever. Seems like a Goldilocks scenario. What else could Mr Market possibly want?
What else could Mr Market possibly want?
A legitimate government in the USA?
How about reasonable prices for shelter, and everything else for that matter. How about 10 million jobs for these.destroyed people.
For Christmas I want a bunch of traitors to go to jail, but fat chance that’s going to happen.
I can dream can’t I ?
A legitimate government in the USA?
I hate to say it, but that’s probably the last thing it wants. It wants a corrupt government and central bank that do everything possible to prop up the market way past fundamentals.
They already are. They just got another TRILLION of stimulus, and the FED is printing like no tomorrow.
Low interest rates aren’t enough. They want actual printed money. Look what happened in 2018-2019 when Powell tried to take the punch bowl away.
There’s a lot of talk about the Fed creating a digital wallet for every person in American. The objective is to print money right into the pockets of Americans instead of slogging through the banking middleman. I’m not sure what to think about this. At least money would get to the people, and it would goose the economy in an orgy of spending. But at what cost? Right now, those printed dollars aren’t causing inflation simply because banks are hoarding the money themselves.
If the money goes right to the people, it will be no better than a UBI. Weimar inflation here we come.

There is no free lunch. Simply printing money and handing it to people just drives up the cost of living and does nothing to improve the balance sheets or the standard of living of people.
We need good paying JOBS. Everything else is just noise. We have the worst crop of politicians and bankers running things than we have ever had in the history of this country. These crackpot greedheads are essentially looting the country while throwing a few crumbs to everybody.
Excluding Trump, of course. He’s been trying to fix it but the entire Deep State is his foil.
The objective is to print money right into the pockets of Americans
How much will it be? Most UBI schemes max out at $1000 a month, which isn’t even enough to pay the rent. Then again, paying the rent is quickly becoming universally optional.
I suppose that at some point the FedRes will own all the properties where deadbeats are not paying the rent. We really are going down deep into the rabbit hole.
Giving away free money sounds great. But unless there are goods to purchase with said money, it can go downhill fast.
🤣🤣🤣
Globalist media outlets tell us Americans are gunning up due to “panic.” I know a lot of people who are buying guns, but it most certainty isn’t due to panic. It’s due to a clear-eyed recognition that the globalists and their Bolshevik adjuncts have hijacked the country, and their intentions for Les Deplorables are beyond malign.
Americans bought estimated 21 million guns in 2020 amid culture of ‘panic’
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/america-firearms-2020-gun-control-b1777829.html
New data revealed that Americans have bought an estimated 21 million guns so far in 2020 as an unprecedented political and social climate sends gun retail rocketing.
ABC News reports the figures from an FBI background check by The Trace, noting they mark a 73 per cent increase on the same period last year.
The surge comes as the nation faced a year of unprecedented social and political unrest in the form of the coronavirus pandemic, economic recession, civil unrest, and a divisive presidential election.
People in other countries, where they have been completely disarmed, must find American gun ownership to be mind boggling. A few years ago my brother took a visiting European colleague to a gun store. He said that the guy was just stunned.
Then again, the UK relatives were telling us, over zoom, of the conditions under which they are allowed to leave their homes, who is allowed to visit and when. The key word is “allowed”. To them it seemed perfectly normal that the government could do that, and how disobeying could result in fines and imprisonment.

Always are. Don’t bother reading them.
That relief Bill is horrible.
I think that they deliberately wrote up one that Trump would turn down so they can say he’s the bad guy. So as usual deliberate game playing so Biden can approve a even worse Relief Bill .
Anyway, so many ridiculous fundings in the Bill , while they show what little regard they have for US Citizens with the 600 dollars.
What ever happened to the BS the Dems said before the election about giving two thousand to people.

Trump won the 2016 election because they didn’t take him serious enough to rig the election.
I do think they might of rigged the 2018 election so they could take back the house again.
I have been noticing for a long time that people were voting for things and people that were against their interest. Rigged machines could explain it because it never made sense.
Really, how long have they been messing with elections ?
And how is it that they knew exactly what to do ahead of time by sending their lawyer out to change election laws in battleground States. Of course using Covid to justify it, to make it easier to pull off the election fraud.
They were even saying ahead of time how the votes were going to come in and it would look like Trump won but than Biden would win.
How could you even say something like that, yet that’s exactly how it came down . I HATE THEM
Really, how long have they been messing with elections ?
My guess: since the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Karl Rove seems pretty nervous every time Dominion is discussed.
*since at least.
Trump won the 2016 election because they didn’t take him serious enough to rig the election sufficiently

Small world.
$11 a square foot, including the land:
https://www.reporterherald.com/2020/12/22/anheuser-busch-sells-loveland-distribution-center-for-7-76m/
The 664,026-square-foot property was sold to a subsidiary of Eagle Rock Distributing Co. for $7.76 million
And wait for it …
That amounts to a 42% decline in what A-B purchased the property for in 2015
I presume that the sold business will still have rights to distribute A-B products. So it seems that the business aspect of property is a money loser (71 workers in Loveland are getting the ax). I wonder if this might mean that A-B could eventually shut down the brewery in Fort Collins.
Doxing for thee but not for me

Also from the Infowars link, Paul Joseph Watson debunks the “new” strain of virus:
However, as we previously highlighted, the supposedly “new” strain of the virus was recorded in Brazil eight months ago and has already spread around the globe. …“They are fitting the data to the evidence. They see cases rising and they are looking for evidence to explain it,” Heneghan declared.
No, they aren’t looking for ways to fit the data. They are looking for more ways to institute lockdowns, and the people aren’t buying it.
I don’t know about y’all, but I’m feeling an irresistible urge to run around in circles flapping my arms and shrieking like a six-year-old girl with the news of this mutant COVID-19 strain.
Well lookey here. Detroit is suing the monkeys rather than the organ grinders, but it’s a start, even if such a lawsuit is DOA once it gets to “a jury of their peers” in majority-minority cities like Detroit.
Detroit suing Black Lives Matter activists for ‘civil conspiracy’: report
https://www.foxnews.com/us/detroit-suing-black-lives-matter-activists-for-civil-conspiracy-report
Detroit has filed a lawsuit against Black Lives Matter activists, alleging a “civil conspiracy” and claiming the protests in the city “have repeatedly turned violent, endangering the lives of police and the public,” according to reports.
The city claims the activists participated in the conspiracy, “defamed” the mayor and police, and contends that the city should be awarded damages, The Intercept reported.

Public paychecks: Who are Mecklenburg County’s highest-paid employees?

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — From sheriffs to librarians to social workers, the average salary for employees of Mecklenburg County is close to $60,000.
County manager Dena Diorio is Mecklenburg County’s highest-paid employee, with an of about $344,000. She is followed by chief medical examiner Dr. Thomas Owens, county attorney Tyrone Wade, assistant county manager for sustainable communities Leslie Johnson and Meg Sullivan, medical director.

What exactly does such a “manager” do?
What exactly does such a “manager” do?
Sits at a desk and interacts on Fakebook all day.
Also notice that 3 of the 5 highest paid county employees are women. In an allegedly redneck state.
Most every county office I go to is loaded to the hilt with women. It’s hard to find a man.
In my county the men are out playing with the big Tonka Toys.
playing with the big Tonka Toys
Funny, how women don’t like paving roads, laying sewage line or anything that is physical labor under a hot sun or in freezing weather.
Funny, how women don’t like paving roads, laying sewage line or anything that is physical labor under a hot sun or in freezing weather.
Most men don’t like it either. But it’s one thing that people will consistently pay you to do so that they don’t have to. So that’s what men do. Whoever is in charge of office hiring would probably much rather look at and talk to women, especially if it makes their hiring statistics look good.

“Will Santa still be able to visit me in coronavirus this season?”
“What if he can’t go to anyone’s house or near his reindeer?”
Santa Claus will be coming to town this year, Dr. Anthony Fauci says.
“I took care of that for you,” he says. “…I took a trip up there to the North Pole; I went there and I vaccinated Santa Claus myself. I measured his level of immunity, and he is good to go.” #CNNSesameStreet
Fauci assured good children that he wouldn’t let them be disappointed after making the nice list in a very tough year. The coronavirus expert anticipated Santa’s essential worker status and took matters into his own hands.

I heard this on the way back from a job this morning and it made me think of seeing State sponsored Elmo and Fauci telling the wealthy white privileged kids who read the questions written for them by the MSM asking if Santa would be coming this year but forgot to ask what would be under the tree for the kids of the waitress who worked at a restaurant that was shut down months ago.

Bethesda, MD Housing Prices Crater 28% YOY As Washington DC Swamp Goes Bone Dry
https://www.movoto.com/bethesda-md/market-trends/
As one Washington DC broker explained, “Everyone wants out but nobody wants in. It’s no mystery why prices are plunging.”
Washington DC doesn’t represent the Citizens anymore or the US.
They are corrupted, treasonous, power mongers, criminals, and just outright nuts. They are just tap dancing to the demands of their Masters, with all the false narratives.
The priorities of these traitors are so dangerous to this Country that it’s mind-blowing. And if you ever saw the Agenda 21 plan they had for Populations, it would gross you out.
I hope everything backfires on them.
If Joe Biden becomes Commender in Chief, than he could in theory use the Military against American Citizens that rebel.
That’s why it’s so difficult when you have such a treasonous Puppet making it to that high of a position, if it happens.
Of course they rigged the election. Trump probably won by a landslide.
The one thing that Citizens had was their vote and they are stealing that.
The Medical Cartel in conjunction with corrupted Government is locking you down, taking your means to make a living, and subjecting you to insanity that isn’t following the Science. The Covid test isn’t even accurate for God Sakes. Is everything fake these days?
YES.
And the Vaccines should never of been approved according to a bunch of Doctors I have been listening to. To much risk to people with allergies ,and other disorders. They don’t know the long term affects . Possible wide spread damage by these Vaccines are acceptable to these people , just as the side affects from Pharma meds are .
New long term study came.out that non vacanated kids are healthier than vaccinated kids. Course they are suppressing this study.
And in spite of the fact that history wise life returned to normal after a panadamic burned itself out, no not this time. The talking heads are saying we will never be normal again. We have to be locked down even if people get vaccines, is the narrative that is building. Oh and the fear mongering about mutations.
Where is this leading to but constant lockdowns and constant mandatory vaccines. And all this over a disease that has a 99.5 % survival rate.
Very Good Doctors are objecting to the narratives, but they are being censored.
So fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, power grab, fake fake fake.
has a 99.5 % survival rate
We don’t know the survival rate when we don’t know the test accuracy.
I have read that total mortality is down significantly this year. Some plague.
I have read that total mortality is down significantly this year. I just read that the total # of deaths in the USA up to the end of week 48 is already higher than either 2019 or 2018. This was from a news media item that purportedly used CDC statistics. I wasn’t able to find all those figures directly at CDC, but go ahead & try for yourself.
Maybe in a few months we can see the data at CDC.
They don’t know the long term affects
This concerns me the most. The whole RNA reprogramming your cells thing gives me the heebie jeebies.
And these Clowns are arguing over who gets the vaccines first.
All lies and fake narratives where you can’t ask questions and you can’t dispute the narratives.
People went along with the original lock down to flatten the curve to shore up the Medical system, based on the inaccurate models of death rate they were projecting. Now , in spite of a lower death rate than normal this year, more severe lock downs.
I don’t believe a word they say , and no doubt nothing but lies about what these people are dying from.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first, but with time all the evidence adds up to a SCAM, a power play and a political objective and them making trillions on forced vaccines.
SO EVIL.
SO EVIL
or at best so stupid.
Yes, I agree that it’s stupid. I have been liking the word EVIL lately. I use the word evil because they must know the pain and suffering they are causing, but they don’t care.
they must know the pain and suffering they are causing, but they don’t care
It only counts when it happens to People Who Matter. Or anyone that can be held up as an example to bludgeon opponents with.
they must know the pain and suffering they are causing You are assuming “they” must have empathy. I do not share your assumption.
