If A House Is Old, Rundown And Small, We Say It’s Cozy And Has Lots Of Character

A weekend topic starting with the Tribune in California. “Convicted fraudster and former Atascadero Citizen of the Year Kelly Gearhart was released from federal prison Wednesday. Gearhart, a former real estate developer in San Luis Obispo County, pleaded guilty to two counts of wire fraud and one count of money laundering in a Los Angeles federal court in 2014 after scamming investors out of up to $20 million. Kelly Christensen, a Los Osos victim, told the Tribune in 2014 that the financial loss ‘destroyed my life.’ He lost $73,000 after investing nearly all his savings with Atascadero hard-money lender Jay Hurst Miller, who worked as a middle-man between Gearhart and investors. Miller was sentenced to seven years in federal prison in 2015 for his role in the ponzi scheme.”

The Philadelphia Inquirer in Pennsylvania. “Brandon Mendenhall, who is based in Southern California, has described Philadelphia as the biggest market for RAD, a firm founded in Florida that specializes in buying distressed real estate then renting it out. But RAD’s official disclosures tell a more doleful story than its online ads. During the first six months of last year, the most recent period covered in RAD’s latest investment circular, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in January, the company’s real estate business lost $1.12 million, although the firm had relatively little debt compared with the stated value of its assets.”

“The company also disclosed that it may use new investors’ money to pay dividends to existing ones. Experts say it can be risky for an investment fund to operate this way, since it may require ever more participants to be brought on board, rather than making money from its business.”

The Real Deal. “An Idaho real estate agent stands accused of running an $82 million Ponzi scheme that preyed on devout Christian families, promising returns from Arizona property as high as 25 percent. A trial date will be set April 14 for Bradley R. Heinrichs, 41, after he pleaded not guilty to four felony counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, illegal control of an enterprise, theft and conspiracy, the Idaho Statesman reported. He was indicted a year ago.”

“Heinrichs, who works at Anthology, a Boise real estate firm, was accused along with business partner Stephen Hatch of creating more than 30 business entities while managing 17 sets of books to buy 13 properties between January 2005 and December 2014, according to the newspaper. Prosecutors said they ran a racketeering enterprise involving the sale of real estate and promised double-digit returns to more than 110 investors.”

“A dermatologist in Boise, Dr. Richard Blickenstaff, initially invested $227,800 with Heinrichs, according to a letter to a judge from the Arizona attorney general’s office. He ponied up $100,000 more in June 2014. Five months after Blickenstaff provided Heinrichs with the $100,000, the letter said Heinrichs told Blickenstaff that Hatch had misappropriated money from the investments. When Blickenstaff asked him how he could have taken the money knowing there were red flags with regard to fraud, he said, ‘That is something I am struggling with,’ according to the letter.”

The Associated Press. “An Indiana man pleaded guilty Tuesday to running a real estate fraud scheme that persuaded investors to buy rental properties, then lied to them about the properties’ condition and whether they were even being rented. Herbert Whalen pleaded guilty by videoconference before a federal judge in New Jersey to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. He had also been charged in a 2019 indictment with separate counts of wire fraud.”

“According to prosecutors, the 47-year-old Indianapolis resident scammed investors out of millions of dollars from 2016 to 2018 by disguising the poor condition of the rental properties and, with a co-conspirator at his company, Oceanpointe, drafting fake leases to make it look as though the properties were being rented. Investors who expressed concerns about the properties were paid in part to silence them, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.”

The Pioneer Press in Minnesota. “Chicago developer John E. Thomas was only a few months out of federal prison when he and his business partner Daniel Olswang purchased the former Ecolab University Center in downtown St. Paul at a foreclosure auction. He promised to convert the vacant 17-story office tower into ‘The Nicole,’ luxury apartments and office suites over a 10,000-square-foot grocery store and wine bar.”

“The grocery, Jet Express, never opened. Neither did the mezzanine-level wine bar, or any of the apartments and offices. Freedom Development Group’s promotional website for ‘The Nicole’ is still up and running, but the advertised phone number for the real estate company — of which Thomas is the chief executive officer — is not in service.”

“In December, Ramsey County District Judge Robert Awsumb appointed a receiver, the Lighthouse Management Group of New Brighton, to oversee the 1970s-era Wabasha Street property after lenders and city officials became alarmed that $472,000 in insurance and basic utilities like heating, water and electricity had gone unpaid. Those utilities had been turned off in the dead of winter, and key services like fire alarms were not in operation, according to court documents.”

“Work did indeed get underway during the pandemic, but unpaid contractors walked off the job a year ago and filed upward of $2.5 million in mechanic’s liens seeking restitution. Court documents filed in Ramsey County show at least 20 vendors are involved in the legal dispute, in addition to Westridge Lending Real Estate Investment Trust, which is trying to get back $11.7 million it lent the project in February 2020.”

“Jeremy Grabow, of Grabow Painting Services of Chisago City, said he believes his small company was one of the first to notice that the checks hadn’t arrived after a month’s labor and call it quits last February. Grabow Painting is out an estimated $120,000. Despite the lien he’s filed, he has few hopes that he’ll ever see that cash. ‘Two people in front of me are owed a lot more money than me,’ Grabow said. ‘The bank gets their money back first on any kind of sale that might happen. I’ll be lucky if I see anything. It doesn’t sound good.'”

From ABC Action News. “Realtor Laura Bohannon-Myers said many people are moving to Florida from other parts of the country, like the Northeast, with cash to spend which prices locals out of the market. ‘Instead of waiting and selling your home get a HELOC, get a Home Equity Line of Credit, pull some money out of your house as much as you can,’ Bohannon-Myers said. ‘So, you can have more cash when you’re going to buy the next house. So it’s something that if you’re not in a position where you can’t carry two mortgages, it’s a great cheat to be able to buy a better house.'”

From Realty Biz News. “More people are buying more homes ‘sight unseen’ and that has prompted some real estate agents to be much more honest in their descriptions of listings. Real estate agents are somewhat notorious for their tendency to sugarcoat everything, Colorado-based agent Jamie Eklund told the Wall Street Journal. ‘If a house is old and rundown and small, we say ‘It’s cozy and has lots of character.’ But everything has its bad side and I want to be as honest with people as I can,’ he said.”

“So while Eklund might highlight features such as the cloudless skies and sights of the snow-capped Rocky Mountains in his videos of homes around Greely, Colo., he’ll also make admissions such as ‘it smells like a farm town,’ and pan the camera to show surrounding cattle ranches. ‘If it is something that might bother you, you might want to reconsider,’ he admits in one of his videos.”

“For those relocating from city to the country, real estate pros say they want prospects to have an honest idea of what to expect from the area, as the adjustment can be tough for some. ‘A lot of times they think they’re Davy Crockett, but when they get here they’re really Betty Crocker,’ Billy Milliken, a Maine-based real estate broker, told the Journal.”

“While Milliken’s clients may fall in love with the waterfront homes in fishing villages, he’ll remind them that the beautiful lobster boat they’re admiring out on the sea can make a lot of noise at 4 o’clock in the morning.”

  1. ‘Instead of waiting and selling your home get a HELOC, get a Home Equity Line of Credit, pull some money out of your house as much as you can’

    That’s the spirit!

  2. ‘When Blickenstaff asked him how he could have taken the money knowing there were red flags with regard to fraud, he said, ‘That is something I am struggling with’

    Well, that explains everything!

  3. ‘in his videos of homes around Greely, Colo., he’ll also make admissions such as ‘it smells like a farm town,’ and pan the camera to show surrounding cattle ranches’

I love the smell of farms! You know, carrots. Leeks. I wonder what smell he’s talking about?

    1. Greeley is surrounded by slaughterhouses & feed lots. Watch Biden’s SOTU address & that’ll give you an idea of what the place smells like.

    2. And the flies are as big as a quarter, and it requires a paper towel sheet to wipe-up after swatting them!

  4. A reader sent this in:

‘Bradley R. Heinrichs, of Boise, was actually targeting Christians as part of a Ponzi scheme, and eventually bilked people who thought they would see major returns on their investments in Arizona real estate out of an eye-watering $82 million, federal authorities said.’

‘Heinrichs, 41, led Anthology Real Estate, a firm in Boise that entices customers with the slogan, “Every person has a story, each story has a place—let’s write your story together.”

‘Heinrichs’ full story was finally revealed in March 2021 when he was indicted on four felony counts of fraudulent schemes, illegal control of an enterprise, theft, and conspiracy, the Idaho Statesman reports. The Statesman reports that Heinrichs and his business partner, Stephen J. Hatch, allegedly created over 30 business entities while managing 17 sets of books for the purchase of 13 properties between January 2005 and December 2014.’

‘Heinrichs is accused of over-leveraging properties without telling investors, using investor funds to pay off other investors’ loans, and misleading investors about the value of their investments, among other alleged misdeeds.’

    1. Christians make excellent fraud targets…especially if the perp belongs to the same church community. The bond of trust and presumption of virtue leaves the door wide open.

      1. Every person has a story, each story has a place—let’s write your story together.

Anyone who falls for this kind of schlock deserves to lose everything.

  5. More red hotcakes!

Add that to the bay aryan ‘bankruptcy and financial ruin’ we read about this past week.

As this reader has pointed out many times, look at the zestimate chart. Not too fraudy or anything.

    1. My cousins and aunt have all avoided the death Jabs in Hawaii. One cousin was fired from Aloha Airlines after a 34 year career following the airline accepting her religious exemption for not getting the death jab. The Islands are all still terribly locked down. All this to say that it would seem real estate should continue to fall across the Islands.

BTW yahoo is carrying articles that are negative toward the jabs. Then tied is turning but I fear that Ukraine was the dog news coverage will drown out the info we knew as fact over the last two years.

  7. Today is Sunday, March 6th and Russia is winning.

Virtue signals don’t win wars, the Russians win the war.

    1. Like Vlad the Terrible, King George’s Redcoats had an overwhelming military advantage and were easily winning the Revolutionary War…until a ragtag band of New England patriots kicked their butts.

Methinks you underestimate how hard a free people are willing to fight to protect their freedom against tyranny.

          1. I never suggested it was simple… just that being the country whose future existence is threatened, and whose women and children are the targets of military operations, can considerably offset a disadvantage in military capacity.

      1. Don’t always agree with PB, but agree that Russia can’t conquer a nation and a people that don’t want to be ruled by Moscow or Kremlin stooges. The government in Ukraine has a lot of unsavory elements, but the populace is from all indications fighting a “people’s war” against Russian invaders. This is a fight for self-determination. Fighting a foreign occupier doesn’t automatically make you a WEF stooge.

        1. a fight for self-determination

That is an interesting point. How can you weave into that the people in the Donbass fighting for their self determination and being shot by the Ukraine for the past so many years?

    2. Judging by the comments I read here, Putin is certainly winning the propaganda war.

    3. What still kills me is all the infrastructure that Putin is destroying. Why? If he wants to bring Ukraine back to Mother Russia, wouldn’t he try to keep the buildings and pipelines — and people — intact? It seems like a lot of smoke and fire just to keep a country out of NATO.

Wouldn’t a better option be to say “Hey EU, that’s a nice electric grid you got there. Would be a shame if anything happened to it. Now, let’s talk about Ukraine and NATO and the little event in 2014, shall we?”

      1. all the infrastructure that Putin is destroying

Can you give some examples? The videos I’ve watched from (private people) in Ukraine show the power on and cell phones working. Also trains running. Perhaps I haven’t paid enough attention.

        1. The first targets to soften-up a population center are potable water and sewage treatment. People can go days between meals if they have to, but humans need drinking water several times a day. Cholera and other cryptosporidium parasites propagate quickly.

          1. Do you mean how the Ukraine dammed up the river supplying water to Crimea?

I don’t want to apologize for any invasion. I just object to calling belligerents good innocent guys.

          2. I don’t want to apologize for any invasion. I just object to calling belligerents good innocent guys.

  8. These all time high measurements are sometimes misleading. For instance, i saw the following this morning – so interesting.

I wonder if there are skews in the housing market – just under the surface.
The DAXK plunged by 4.4% on Friday, and by 10.1% for the week, to 5,517. Since the all-time closing record of 6,873 on January 5, 2021, it plunged 19.7%. But wait… that all-time closing high was up only 10% from the bubble high in March 2000 – yup, that bubble that imploded 22 years ago. And on Friday, the index closed 11% below the bubble high of March 2020. Note the gigantic volatility investors went through over these 22 years to end up below where they’d started

The UK FTSE 100 price index dropped 3.5% on Friday and 6.7% for the week, to 6,987. The index is now down 10% from its all-time high in May 2018. But wait… The Friday close is down just a tad from the close on December 31, 1999, which had been the bubble high 22 years ago, and now the index is back at it:

  9. Transgender surgery is now free for military, thanks to Biden executive order (3/10/2021):

“Taxpayers will now foot the bill for gender reassignment surgery for active military personnel and veterans, with some treatments costing upward of $200,000 under an executive order signed by President Biden.”

This is the Democrat Party. This is who is going to “win” a war against Russia and China.

“Online charts by the Philadelphia Center for Transgender Surgery show a plethora of elective surgeries for both men and women that add up to $100,000-$200,000. Although Biden stated in his order that the cost of treating transgender troops would have minimal impact on healthcare costs, that is not borne out by a 2019 USA Today investigation. The news analysis revealed that the Pentagon spent $8 million to treat just 1,500 transgender military officials, which included hormone treatments and some surgeries. It was not clear why the surgeries were allowed at that time.”

    “They’re not sending their best”

    1. Trans People Stranded and Alone in Ukraine Following Russia’s Invasion (3/2/2022):

“Trans people in Ukraine have told VICE World News that they are “totally stuck” and “scared for their lives” in the country.

Two Ukrainian trans women said they can’t leave Ukraine or even safely travel through it because all of their identification documents say “male” and mention their “old masculine names”.

Some trans people have even been advised to “lose their ID” by human rights groups, in order to get out of Ukraine. Trans campaigners estimate this issue is leading to “hundreds” of trans people in Ukraine being left in “serious danger” and feeling “completely alone”.

One trans woman said she is “terrified” of being stopped trying to leave Ukraine, and being forced to join the Ukrainian army “as a man”

It’s in the Old Testament of the Bible, and it’s called an “abomination.”

An abominable defilement of what God created, this is what your United States taxpayer dollars are financing a war for.

      “They’re not sending their best”

    2. Transgender surgery is now free for military, thanks to Biden executive order (3/10/2021):

None of these Biden freebies are free. Taxpayers are involuntarily footing the bill for this “woke” lunacy.

        1. “This is who is going to “win” a war against Russia.”

Or serve aboard the USS Harvey Milk.

          1. C’mon man! The US Navy needed a strategic stern destroyer to fire torpedoes into the aft ends of foreign frigates! The Harvey Milk will be commanded by Rear Admirals wearing leather chaps.

          2. “Never leave your buddies behind” has taken on a whole new meaning in our “woke” military.

        1. Our cat is still working out how he’s going to kill me. His ambushes are getting craftier, even though I’ve made myself a hard target. I can sense his walnut-size brain is coming up with diabolical yet feasible plots to do the deed. If he had opposable thumbs, I’d be a goner by now.

          1. So is he, & he sleeps a lot more than I do. So we have an unspoken agreement that sleep is not to be disturbed.

          2. If your cat were larger than you, it would have already have turned you into a meal.

          3. If your cat were larger than you, it would have already have turned you into a meal.

This is a very important point to understand about cats. It’s why I have always loved dogs.

          4. If your cat were larger than you

Which might be why the ancients bred them into little itty bitty creatures.

    1. National Public Radio?

How many National Public Radio listeners have booked their flight to Warsaw so they can start marching east to “liberate” Ukraine?

      How many? Wait? What?

How many? Oh, wait. It’s other people. Other people’s children. Other people’s grandchildren.

That’s who gets to “liberate” Ukraine. Not them.

      1. So, a question …

If enlistment numbers aren’t high enough to support US intervention in Ukraine, will there be a draft? And if there is a draft, will they draft women and send them to Ukraine?

      2. At the SOTU address – which focused mainly on Ukraine – virtually all of our Republicrat duopoly Parliament of Whores were wearing Ukrainian flag pins. I didn’t see a single American flag. Fitting, isn’t it?

        1. Hopefully, they will limit their enthusiasm to virtue signaling.

I think that Vlad scares the cr@p out of most of them. So, they will ban iPhones from Russia. Aeroflot is simply shrugging, telling airliner lease companies (who will now be stuck with the jets) that they can come and repo the jets. This of course will be an incentive for Russia and China to jointly invest in a wide body jet of their own.

I thought it was funny that Musk declined disabling Teslas sold in Russia. Of course, starting in 2026 ALL cars sold in the US will have a gooberment controlled kill switch. Anyway, I foresee some joint Sini-Russian car factories popping up. Cars that burn gasoline or diesel and aren’t burdened with pricey and delicate gadgetry. Oh, and their gas will be cheap, unlike ours.

    2. It seems wrong to target artists with no involvement in the business of oligarch warfare.

  10. If old, rundown & small houses could speak, they would tell us that realtors are liars.

  11. “The company also disclosed that it may use new investors’ money to pay dividends to existing ones.”

I believe a dapper gentleman named Charles Ponzi pioneered this particular business model.

  12. Freedom Development Group’s promotional website for ‘The Nicole’ is still up and running, but the advertised phone number for the real estate company — of which Thomas is the chief executive officer — is not in service.”

Having “Freedom” in your company’s name, especially if you’re in the used car biz near a military base and fly a giant ‘Murican flag, is usually an indicator of shysters at work.

  13. ‘Instead of waiting and selling your home get a HELOC, get a Home Equity Line of Credit, pull some money out of your house as much as you can,’ Bohannon-Myers said. ‘So, you can have more cash when you’re going to buy the next house.

  14. I apologize for posting this entire article as I did at the end of the last post but after listening to the propaganda that opened ABC’s This Week With George Steponallofus singing the praises of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the continued Covid like bombardment of all things Putin bad Ukraine heroic send more fat profit for Raytheon stinger missiles etc. I couldn’t resist.

Top Army Colonel: ‘Puppet’ Zelensky Putting His People At ‘Unnecessary Risk’

    by Jamie White
    March 5th 2022, 4:02 pm

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is a “puppet” who’s putting his people at “unnecessary risk” by dragging out the conflict with Russia, according to retired Army Colonel Douglas MacGregor.

When asked on Fox Business why Russian President Vladimir Putin had targeted the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, MacGregor explained that he wasn’t trying to destroy the station, but was targeting Ukrainian forces who’ve embedded themselves in civilian infrastructure to avoid annihilation.

“What you’re seeing is that the Russians have now driven what’s left of the Ukrainian forces, who are taking refuge in population centers – cities – because they have no mobility, no air defense, no air cover, no logistical infrastructure,” MacGregor said on Friday.

“They are now mingling with the population, much as we’ve seen in the Middle East when we drove the Islamists out of business, they ran into cities, used people as shields – the civilian population – and trying to avoid being annihilated.”

“And I think that’s essentially what’s happening today with the population being used by the Ukrainian forces to avoid destruction,” he added.

Fox Business host Stuart Varney then asked if Putin was trying to “flatten” Ukraine into rubble.

“No. Absolutely not. In fact, he’s worked hard to capture most of it intact, surprisingly little damage frankly, Stuart,” MacGregor pointed out. “Much less damage than we inflicted on Iraq when we went in in ’91 and again in 2003. No, I think they’re just surrounding the Ukrainian forces and they are annihilating them.”

MacGregor went on to claim that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is just trying to postpone “inevitable” defeat in the hopes that America comes to “rescue” him.

“The question is, what is it that Zelensky is going to do? The Russians have made it very clear that what they want is a neutral Ukraine. This could have ended days ago if he accepted that, and then they can adjust the borders,” he said, adding that Russia’s objective is not to occupy Ukraine, but to “destroy Ukrainian forces.”

MacGregor also suggested Zelensky is merely a “puppet” of the West who’s “putting huge numbers of his own population at unnecessary risk” by trying to drag out the conflict with Russia using propaganda.

“And quite frankly, most of what comes out of Ukraine is debunked as lies within 24 to 48 hours,” MacGregor said. “The notions of taking and retaking airfields, all of this is nonsense. It hasn’t happened.”

Varney then came to Zelensky’s defense, asking whether MacGregor thinks Zelensky could be considered a “hero” to his people.

“No. I do not,” MacGregor chuckled. “I don’t see anything heroic about the man. And I think the most heroic thing he can do right now is to come to terms with reality. Neutralize Ukraine. This is not a bad thing. A neutral Ukraine would be good for us as well for Russia. It would create the buffer that frankly, both sides want.”

“But he’s being told to hang on and trying to drag this out, which is tragic for the people who have to live through this,” he added.

Varney again pushed back, saying he’s “inclined to disagree” with MacGregor – without offering any evidence to rebut the colonel’s statements – before ending the segment.

MacGregor’s sober predictions and analysis over the last week have so far proven largely accurate despite over-the-top propaganda claiming Ukrainian forces are easily winning the conflict against Russia.

    1. MacGregor’s sober predictions and analysis

Re-posting my comment: FWIW, I’m hearing the same predictions and analysis elsewhere. There’s the media war that Ukraine is winning and the real war that Russia is winning.

        1. Double meaning.

Speaking of that, the contradictions in the Narrative are pretty glaring. We are told that Ukraine has “air dominance” in its territory, yet it’s begging for a NATO no fly zone. It claims to be repelling the invasion, but pleads for foreign volunteers and foreign help.

Switching gears, per the worldometers website, there were only 16,213 new covid cases reported yesterday, and of course we know that number was exaggerated.

        2. Yes, the media war even includes video game footage claiming to be Ukrainian victories!

I guess you go with what you got.

      1. On main street the average person has little choice over whether they have a pro western or Russian government. Unfortunately, the civilians are paying the ultimate price since the resistance fighters are likely co-mingling among them and using non-military vehicles for transportation.

      2. There’s the media war that Ukraine is winning and the real war that Russia is winning.”

In the end I don’t know who really wins this thing ? They start a false flag somewhere in eastern Europe and start a world war that will not end well.

        1. Isn’t Poland formerly “part” of Russia? In the sense that it’s a former satellite nation of the Soviet Union, plus it was occupied by pre-Soviet Russia in the 19th century? (Western Classical music lovers know this is why Chopin lived in France as a Polish ex-patriot.)

Once Putin finishes his business in Ukraine, would Poland be a logical future test of NATO’s resolve to contain him?

  15. “More people are buying more homes ‘sight unseen’ and that has prompted some real estate agents to be much more honest in their descriptions of listings.

“Much more honest” is a relative term. Operative rule of thumb: Caveat emptor, and realtors are liars.

  16. This is a urine soaked mattress article.

The Atlantic — How Far Should the World Go to Support Ukraine? (3/4/2022):

“This is an edition of Up for Debate, a newsletter by Conor Friedersdorf. On Wednesdays, he rounds up timely conversations and solicits reader responses to one thought-provoking question.

Earlier this week I asked for your thoughts about the war in Ukraine.

“I strongly support getting more anti-tank and anti-aircraft missiles, ammunition, food, fuel, etc. in there ASAP to try and help the Ukrainians fight. There can’t be any dilly-dallying as Biden did in “studying” the removal of allies from Afghanistan. Those who say we can’t risk getting weapons into Ukraine for fear of Putin have it wrong. At some point, short of troops, we have to do what’s right without quivering in fear of a bully.”

Roger, nobody voted for United States taxpayer dollars to pay for this.

“Jolyn wants American soldiers fighting in the war:

We cannot sit idly by and watch the annihilation of Ukraine. Continuing to bomb civilian areas … seizing nuclear power plants … It’s like Germany rolling into Poland. Democratic nations have a duty to stand up militarily to Putin’s aggression. Sanctions are necessary but we need boots on the ground.”

Jolyn did your children or grandchildren catch that plane to Warsaw yet? Did they?

Oh wait, you mean other people’s children and grandchildren, not yours.

“Keith worries about the faction of Republicans who like Vladimir Putin:

The “Trump wing” of the party has expressed sympathy and sometimes open support of Putin in the past and, if polling data are correct, there is a better than reasonable prospect of Republican dominance in the near-term future. If fealty to “strong man” government remains a feature of the GOP, Putin will have reason to believe division in the US, coupled with open sympathies to his form of government, will present a congenial solution to his Ukraine problem.”

Keith, the 2020 election was stolen. Joe Biden is not a legitimate president, and we are living under an illegal occupation government.

    “PJ channels Woodrow Wilson:

Any U.S. citizen who praises Putin and any other Dictator is a threat to all of the USA for they are TRAITORS. It’s not Free Speech, it is SEDITION.”

PJ you’re not an American, you’re an enemy combatant.

“And last but not least, Diane appeals to Russian soldiers:

Lay down your guns, go home, stop killing for Putin. Someone needs to remove him, he has done nothing for Russia but cause harm to all citizens.”

Someone, Diane, it’s always someone, someone else, someone else’s children and grandchildren, never yours.

  18. Townhall — Here’s Your ‘Red Pill’ Moment for the Russia-Ukraine War (3/6/2022):

“President Joe Biden and the media desperately want you to believe Russia is the bad guy and Ukraine is a little angel. They want you to fall in love with underdog Ukraine. They want you to support America getting involved on behalf of Ukraine.

To get your support, they need the media to sell you a bill of goods. But it just doesn’t add up. First, Biden is the one who funded Russia’s invasion. Biden killed our pipelines, killed coal and banned drilling, which made us dependent on Russian oil — which made Russia filthy rich and arrogant. Biden paid for this war.

Second, if Russian President Vladimir Putin is the “bad guy,” if Russia is evil, why is Biden continuing to buy billions of dollars of oil from Russia every day? Does this make sense?

Biden is a feeble, feckless old puppet with dementia. George Soros pulls Biden’s strings. Soros is on the side of Ukraine. Soros recently said the whole world must support Ukraine. It’s been reported Soros funded Volodymyr Zelenskyy and then installed him as president of Ukraine — one of the most corrupt nations on the earth.

Keep in mind, evil billionaire Soros is obsessed with hatred for America. He desperately wants to destroy our country. Soros has funded the invasion of our borders. He helps pay for illegal aliens (many of them criminals, MS-13 gang members and murderers) to enter America.

Soros also funded and elected all the horrible, communist district attorneys across America. Soros’ DAs are hellbent on destroying America. They have turned our big cities into killing zones where murderers run free without even posting bail while law-abiding citizens are stripped of guns and persecuted for defending themselves.

Soros has paid for the destruction of America. Soros is one of the most evil enemies in our history. If Soros funded the leaders of Ukraine and put them in power, this has to be a trap. Ukraine must be a “bad guy.”

Has the media ever told the truth in the seven years since former President Donald Trump came down that escalator? It’s been nonstop lies, fraud and propaganda. The media tells you any lie that advances the cause of Democrats, Soros and the destruction of America.

Now after seven years of lies and propaganda, suddenly you trust the media? You believe this one time they’re telling the truth? This one time they have America’s best interests at heart? Even though (pure coincidence) Soros is on the same side as the media. They’re all one big happy family on the side of Ukraine.”

Are you an American citizen? Is your primary allegiance to the United States, or are you in the service of unelected globalist bureaucrats.

“This is all part of Soros and Klaus Schwab’s “Great Reset.” They want to make us all obedient serfs and slaves. They need World War III as a distraction while they destroy America and capitalism and take your freedoms away.”

The only good globalist is a dead globalist.

The Day Of The Rope is coming…

    1. Still no mention that Russia expressed two goals: demilitarization and denazification. How will the brainwashed public feel when they realize the US is backing real neo-Nazis?

      1. I hate to say this, but the US public has been conditioned into accepting the gooberment’s definition du jour of who is a Nazi. If I am not mistaken, the current definition is anyone who is not a Democrat.

      2. People who listen to Big Media absolutely do not recognize that Ukraine has a Nazzzi problem.

          1. Even liberal comedian, Jimmy Dore knows it. This discussion/presentation addresses the “but Zelensky is Jewish” talking point.

Ukraine Neo-Nazis Infiltrate EVERY LEVEL Of Military & Government

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the resulting cries of “We are all Ukraine,” many have been eager to downplay the proliferation of neo-Nazis in Ukrainian paramilitary groups, the Ukrainian armed forces and even parts of the government.

As Jimmy and The Grayzone’s Max Blumenthal discuss, reports of neo-Nazis in Ukraine are not at all exaggerated, and the Zelensky government is, in fact, largely beholden to these racist, xenophobic, anti-gay groups that brag of the “fun” they get from fighting and killing.

          1. Russian separatist warlord who led Neo-Nazi ‘Sparta’ mob is shot dead during battle in eastern Ukraine town in fresh blow to Putin’s floundering invasion

            – Vladimir Zhoga was killed Volnovakha, Ukraine as Russia continues its invasion
            – He was the leader of rebel military group Sparta Battalion in the so-called DPR
            – Zhoga’s kill was yesterday confirmed in a Telegram post from Denis Pushilin

A leader of a rebel military group in the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), blamed for brutal war crimes and shooting Ukrainian POWs since its formation in 2014, was shot dead in battle.

          2. Neo-Nazi ‘Sparta’ mob

  19. The Burning Platform — Will There Be A 2024 Presidential Election? (3/2/2022):

“The smell of tyranny is in the air. The level of propaganda, disinformation, and mistruth has reached astounding heights, as the ruling oligarchy/Deep State/globalist cabal are thrashing about violently because their frauds are being exposed on a daily basis. This shift to the tyranny of force has massive implications for everyone on the planet. When every quote from Orwell’s 1984 applies every day to everything swirling around us, you begin to realize we are in the midst of a dystopian nightmare which gets more ghoulish by the day.

The last two years have been a fraud of epic proportions, conducted by a cadre of evil money titans, their financial, media, and medical apparatchiks, with the objective of tearing down our existing social and economic structure and “resetting” the world where they own everything and you own nothing, eat bugs, and provide the slave labor needed to keep society functioning. Of course, this will be after they dispose of tens of millions of useless eaters through their Covid/Vaxx scheme, global war, and mass starvation.

The past two weeks have denoted a remarkable transformation in the pushing of the fraudulent fearmongering narrative about a relatively non-lethal flu, vaccine mandates, masking and shaming those with the common sense to rely on their immune systems, to trying to provoke a world war over a border dispute with absolutely no relevance or strategic value to our country, other than to further enrich the military industrial complex and the parasites and leeches in government, finance, media and war making industry who live for and love war.

The shift has been effortless because the ruling Party, over the last two years, learned they could make the willfully ignorant and indoctrinated masses believe the most absurd story-lines with broadcast propaganda, social media influencing, and using highly compensated “experts” to lie, obfuscate, and say whatever they were paid to say.

And just like that, the pandemic was over and a war the U.S. and NATO provoked has shifted the focus of the willfully ignorant to a new boogeyman – Vladimir Putin …

I can’t help but recognize the similarities to the last six years here in our very own dystopian empire of lies and propaganda. From 2016 through 2020 the face of Trump was on that screen, with the hatred of Hillary, her Deep State coup co-conspirators, the fake news media outlets, and the brain-dead liberal sycophants reaching historic levels of vitriol. Once Trump was eradicated, the Covid virus became the enemy on the screen, but the masses were infused with fear and incited to hate those who refused to fear this Fauci created flu.”

That sounds like the Mass Formation Psychosis that Dr. Robert Malone warned us about.

“The timing of this Ukraine conflict has been impeccable for Biden, his Covidian Cultists, their hapless discredited media lapdogs, and all the authoritarian state and local politicians whose destruction of lives and businesses has been complete. Now that everything the “conspiracy theorists” have been saying for two years has been proven right, these soulless goblins must distract from their criminal acts by using their power of media propaganda to lead the same clueless low IQ saps who believed their bullshit about masks, lockdowns, social distancing, vaccines, and vaccine mandates into believing we should go to war with Russia over an historical border dispute 5,000 miles from our shores.

The same dumbasses riding alone in the car with a mask on are the ones calling for the banning of Russia vodka as a patriotic gesture to support those brave neo-Nazi Ukrainians. I find it endlessly amusing to see Maddow and the rest of the MSNBC left wing loonies supporting people they would classify as red neck white supremacist Trump supporters if they lived in the U.S. They wear their hypocrisy and imbecility proudly, while foaming at the mouth at whoever they are paid to attack.

It’s as plain as the vacant look on Biden’s face during a press conference that Biden, his handlers, and his pollsters decided two weeks ago to Wag the Dog, scrap the covid farce, rally the country around the flag, and pretend their policies have not unleashed raging inflation, destroyed our economy, shattered the lives of millions, and unleashed an ongoing and long-term death sentence for the millions of trusting souls who believed their safe & effective narrative – injecting themselves with a DNA altering experimental drug which has already killed and maimed millions.”

    1. Yes there will be an election in 2024 and Buttiplug will be declared as the victor. There you have it.

        1. After Obama strengthened Title 7 for the LGBTQ community, the result within was federal government was unqualified people being put in charge of many important facilities rather than working through their way up the ranks like everyone else. Once in charge and enraged by Trump’s existence, these new managers conducted harassment campaigns against long time employees to drive them out. If Sowell is wrong, it’ll take a lifetime to correct.

          1. Government agencies are utterly incompetent. The IRS doesn’t have the ability to process paper tax returns in a timely fashion. The FAA certified the 737MAX. The FDA tells us the jab is safe and effective, etc.

I think they tried to offload the burden of forcing the jab onto employers because they knew it would be years before any Fed agency would be ready.

          2. The government needs to be shrunk by 2/3, and that includes state and local. What we are currently living in is an overtaxed bureaucratic nightmare.

  20. Steve Kirsch — License to kill (3/5/2022):

“There’s no doubt about it: the vaccine companies have a license to kill. They can kill as many people as they want and nobody in America is going to stop them. It’s all perfectly legal.

The most frustrating thing about this pandemic is that there is no doubt that the drug companies have killed over 150,000 Americans, yet nobody with authority to stop these vaccines wants to talk about the evidence.

The law shields the drug companies, and everyone associated with the vaccination process from all liability. They basically have a license to kill.

The CDC should be criminally negligent for not recognizing the obvious safety signals. However, because they are an authority in the minds of the court, they can do no wrong. There is a “reasonable minds may differ” defense here and our courts believe that the CDC has reasonable minds. So how can there be negligence when reasonable minds don’t find a safety signal? It’s the perfect crime. You can literally get away with murder.

How do we hold these people criminally liable?

It seems pretty clear that the people in charge are never going to voluntarily stop killing people.

Is there a way to hold these people criminally liable? That seems to be our best option.

It will take a mass re-education, and that seems hard since the mainstream media is dedicated to supporting the false narrative.”

    1. The law shields the drug companies, and everyone associated with the vaccination process from all liability.

Fraud could vitiate that liability protection. Insurance companies have the biggest incentive and deepest pockets to prove it.

      1. I have a hope that Insurance Companies will be Big Business that won’t tolerate getting screwed by the Medical Tyranny.

    2. The law shields the drug companies, and everyone associated with the vaccination process from all liability.

The day they announced this was the day I said no fockin’ way to the jab.

      1. the day I said no fockin’ way to the jab

For me that day was when I saw an article on how the jab works, by turning the body into a spike protein factory

        1. Sure you did. I’d bet you knew nothing about “spike proteins” when the jab came out, just as I didn’t. And I still don’t, because I never went to school for such thing. Like Ben said – who knew so many HBB commenters were expert virologists, among other things? Lot of “frontin'” going on ’round these parts.

          1. I forget where I read it. It was very early on, sometime in mid to late 2020, and the article explained how the mRNA would reprogram your cells to grow the spike protein, claiming that it would turn your body into a “vaccine factory”.

I will admit that I had no idea at the time of how deadly the spike proteins would turn out to be, but the idea of reprogramming my cells to grow them was a show stopper for me.

          2. how deadly the spike proteins would turn out to be

My father is currently in the ER with a suspected pulmonary embolism despite being on a maintenance dose of blood thinners following bypass surgery two years ago. He’s double jabbed with Pfizer; the first lot corresponds to the highest number of serious adverse events.

          3. My father is currently in the ER

I am so sorry to hear that. Most of my extended family is jabbed, and I fear that one day I will get a phone call with bad news.

          4. My father is currently in the ER with a suspected pulmonary embolism

Sorry to hear that. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.

My entire extended family is jabbed. Olds all the way to youngs. I hope nothing happens to them and am surprised I haven’t heard some bad news about any of them thus far. The oldest are in their 80s, and go all the way down to single digits. I’m of course not allowed to family events since I am the only unjabbed one. I can only imagine how awful a person I am when they talk about me when I’m not around. LMFAO.

      2. I became skeptical in the 70s when my dad’s work forced him to get the flu vaccine and it nearly killed him.

Regarding the Covid shot, skepticism has steadily been cemented all along the way by the growing mountain of lies, deceptions, manipulations, power politics & etc. It’s been a one way street.

Remember Dr. Fauci? I saw a headline recently that he is now on the TB bandwagon, Ukrainian refugees and all. Buckle up.

        1. Our “south of the border” agricultural workforce sometimes include a few with tuberculosis, which spreads like wildfire particularly among those in dense housing situations. The county health department has a rapid mitigation and tracing program especially for these foreign workers.

        2. I learned two things in the military.

          1- Never volunteer for anything.
2- Never trust anything the government says.

  21. During the Obama terms of office, he sit up a lot of change in law that Emergency Declarations would usurp Constitional protections, and provide immunity to a licence to kill and steal using Medical Tyranny.
It was bad enough that Commie Obamacare got passed as a looting system against the middle and upper middle class in the US, enforced by the IRS.
But, what these traitors had planned regarding Medical Tyranny and looting and destruction , and murder is now clear .
So many laws need to be revoked that were enacted by the Globalist Puppets, if the people take back the corrupted Governments.
So, no doubt Trump attacking Obamacare and wanting to get rid of it must of been something the Globalists could not stomach in their timeline of taking over , and bringing on the Great Reset.

  22. This is a pearl clutching article.

Politico — Barbershop Confrontations, Profane Signs and Despair: Pro-Biden and Alone in Rural America (3/4/2022):

“Rural Democrats suffer in silence, abandoned by a party that they fear has stopped fighting to win the places where they live.

“We’ve never seen this before,” says Joanne Fitzpatrick, a Democrat from DuBois, running through a tally in her head of anti-Biden signs that still cover her town and surrounding communities. “I’m not a prude by any stretch, but it’s offensive. We’ve just never seen this level of vulgarity after an election — and so long after the election at that.”

Level of vulgarity? Kathy Griffin holding up Donald Trump’s severed head on Twitter was acceptable under Twitter’s terms of use.

“Daily rituals are a series of passive insults. Our drive reveals multiple signs as profane as the one across from the church, another sign calling Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris “Baby Killers,” not to mention the “Don’t Tread on Trump” placard in the window of The Cheapo Depo 2. It wasn’t far from where a handmade sign once stood with the ominous warning: “We shoot looters.” It goes beyond threats. Once-benign personal encounters between acquaintances in bookstores and barber shops have turned into bitter, ridicule-infused standoffs over abiding by Covid-19 protocols.”

Bitter, ridicule-infused standoffs? Like when Mad Maxine Waters said to confront them at gas stations and get in their faces?

“conversations with beleaguered rural Democrats provide clues about the persistent decline of their party’s influence. The charged climate creates a self-fulfilling prophecy of increasing resentment of their neighbors’ devotion to Trumpism and decreasing willingness to interact with them. Reluctant to provoke arguments, or worse, local Democrats say there’s little incentive for them to promote their positions and even less to try to persuade the people who are slipping to stick with the party.”

I can’t imagine why rural America doesn’t support trannies raping kids in school bathrooms. Maybe try shooting up another Congressional baseball practice and see if that wins you some votes.

“Their stories often mirror one another: a feeling that they’re viewed as social outcasts; an acknowledgement—and in certain instances alarm—that they no longer understand the motivations of people who live around them; hyperpartisanship infecting everyday routines, spreading from home to home, and deepening the mistrust in town.”

After the 2020 stolen election, and the fraudulent president wishing a “Winter Of Death” on people who don’t inject themselves with mRNA poison, people don’t want to be around you?

“Democrats’ bafflement can veer into condescension and elitism, which Trump effectively harnessed to muster his supporters against the establishment that he said looked down on them.”

    Because you hate Real Americans.

    Because you hate America.

    1. “We’ve never seen this before,” says Joanne Fitzpatrick, a Democrat from DuBois

She can move to metro area where she can live with “tolerant” like minded people and get mugged and burgled by vibrants, to whom she can apologize for being white as they rob her.

      1. F* these people. F* ALL of them.

How do you think I feel, living in the near Denver suburbs, working in Denver, driving around Denver, every day?

I’m only here for the money, and at some point in the future, I’ll be taking all my money (and my journeyman electrician’s license) with me when I leave this sh*thole.

Her participation in the team has been widely criticized by people who say she has an unfair physical advantage.

In an interview with Sports Illustrated that was published on Thursday, she defended her place in the team.

Parents of her teammates told the magazine however that she is ‘eliminating women from the sport’.

Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19

      Dec 10, 2021

Options for Preventing and Treating COVID-19

The most effective ways to limit the spread of COVID-19 include getting a COVID-19 vaccine when it is available to you and following current CDC guidance.

Talk to your health care provider about available COVID-19 vaccines and treatment options. Your provider can help determine the best option for you, based on your health history.

      1. Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19

I took ivermectin when I had the coof last year. My case was mild, and since I had no control group, I can’t say with certainty that the Ivermectin helped, but it didn’t seem to hurt either.

I had to hunt around to find a doctor who would prescribe it, which I did months before I got sick, so I had it stockpiled. My pharmacy didn’t bat an eyelash when filling it, but I did have to pay for it out of pocket as my insurance refused to cover it.

        1. John Campbell’s yt has a new video up with the results of some Ivermectin tests. Short version: it works better than Remdesivir and taking it preventatively seems to prevent infection about half the time.

          1. Campbell has been talking about ivermectin for a year. This video reports on some controlled studies.

        2. Wife and I took Ivermectin last month. I was over COVID in two days and back to work. She had the pleasure of having COVID and Shingles simultaneously. It took her the week.

I just got my new batch of Ivermectin from India. US doctors have made me a criminal.

    2. A compromised man confronted by a pleading friend. He cannot look at her. There is guilt in his eyes.

Don’t worry Andrew, keep taking the money and keep doing what you’re told. They say it hurts less with time. They might be right, but I don’t think so.

      1. I love this blog. Donation sent to Ben (I was overdue for it!) a few weeks ago.

The HBB is where free speech lives.

And yes, Bill Clinton is a rapist.

        P.S. Hillary Clinton is a murderer 😉

  23. The People’s Convoy has rolled into Panem on the Potomac.

People’s Convoy causes FIVE-MILE long jam on Washington DC Beltway: 1,000 vehicles spark traffic chaos near the capital as protest over Covid restrictions enters its eleventh day

A cavalcade of more than 1,000 large trucks, recreational vehicles and cars caused a traffic jam on a major highway surrounding Washington D.C. Sunday in an effort to protest ‘unconstitutional’ coronavirus restrictions, such as mask and vaccine mandates.

The self-styled People’s Convoy, estimated to span 30 miles, left traffic in a standstill along the 64-mile Beltway after it departed from the Hagerstown Speedway in Maryland.

    1. Sadly, this protest will get memory holed by the MSM, as everything is focused on Ukraine now.

    2. It’s not making much of an impact there, at least not yet. The Beltway is at low volume on Sundays and it easily handled the extra trucks. Maybe it will make a few waves during rush hour, but there isn’t any “chaos” at all.

      1. That is ALWAYS the question. One should never assume the accuser is not also guilty of harassment.

She could have simply stated, “Too many people watch too much TV”, rather than get in the weeds on the topic. If you weren’t raised in a rural area or an area where the winter is >6 months in duration, you’re not gonna make it. Not in ME, NH, VT, NY, Upper Penn Michigan, Montana, WY, Dakotas or WI. Only natives endure that over the long haul. The rest bail within 5 years….. most of the broke. And I mean all of them.

    1. “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs” — Karl Marx

Those with zero abilities and infinite needs belong in the Democrat Party sh*thole cities.

Northern winters and nature aren’t as welcoming as sh*thole cities that don’t prosecute shoplifting, living in a tent on the sidewalk, and open sales and use of meth and fentanyl.

      “They’re not sending their best”

    2. I live in a northern climate, not quite as cold as those you mentioned, and I realized halfway through life, that you must embrace the cold to live here: dark beers, ice skating, outdoor activities, indoor dining, winter cabins, snow blowers, ice fishing, snow pants, warm winter clothes. My spouse grew up three or four hours further North than where we live now and she loves her sweaters and long winter nights.

  25. Looks like whoever inherited the neighbor’s house (he died the week after Thanksgiving) are preparing it for sale. Earlier in the week some one came to remove the staircase chair thingy, and a carpet cleaning van pulled up on Friday. At least on the outside he kept the house in good shape, though I have no idea about the interior. It has been unoccupied since he passed away. I am very curious about how much they will ask.

They can nuke Denver, they can nuke all the banks. I don’t pay a mortgage loan to a bank.

        1. they can nuke all the banks

Good news: if you survive, you don’t have to pay off the mortgage. I guess you also don’t have to pay it if you die.

Bad news: no power, no heating, the supermarket is stripped clean and no water comes out of the tap.

      2. I know that this time is different, but the last time oil prices shot skyward like this was just before housing nosedived into a ginormous CR8R.

  26. So it’s something that if you’re not in a position where you can’t carry two mortgages, it’s a great cheat to be able to buy a better house.’”

I don’t understand this. Take out debts so you can get ahead of the game in taking out more debt.
The problem is that Florida’s local economy can’t support all of these Northeasterners. There is no way. When your main economy consists of tourism, agriculture, and geriatrics, please tell me how any native is going to be able to afford a place to live.

“When I leave a home, I know that the seller loves their home, and they want someone who loves it too. So that’s important that they know that person’s going to love their home.”
BS. The seller loves the hyper inflationary value they can get out of their home. Not that it’s actually worth anything because it’s all inflation.

Don’t ask for repairs, closing costs, or any other concessions from the seller.

“Especially not in in the New Tampa Wesley Chapel area. South Tampa same, I’m even finding that in Brooksville,” Bohannon-Myers said.

Let me over pay you fer yer dump, ser.
I’ve actually noticed this. It seems like a lot of sellers just don’t want to repair their homes and want to cash out and find something else that is newer. The problem is that no one with a brain will pay for those properties. The second problem is that a lot of people don’t have brains and over pay for those properties.
My husband was laughing the other day because he was on Next Door and nobody had anything nice to say about the people moving to Florida. They aren’t setting themselves up for what they think they are.

    1. Sounds like Laura Bohannon-Myers doesn’t like people who save-up for something; waiting is for losers.

  27. I haven’t watched this yet but I’m seeing/hearing it referenced quite a bit. It’s from September 2015.

Why is Ukraine the West’s Fault? Featuring John Mearsheimer (1h14m)

UnCommon Core: The Causes and Consequences of the Ukraine Crisis

John J. Mearsheimer, the R. Wendell Harrison Distinguished Service Professor in Political Science and Co-director of the Program on International Security Policy at the University of Chicago, assesses the causes of the present Ukraine crisis, the best way to end it, and its consequences for all of the main actors. A key assumption is that in order to come up with the optimum plan for ending the crisis, it is essential to know what caused the crisis. Regarding the all-important question of causes, the key issue is whether Russia or the West bears primary responsibility.

    1. Mearsheimer has it right, IMHO, but there are key players who escalated EU and NATO expansion. The problem is that NATO’s teeth is the U.S., so we’ll be dragged into the conflict if these former Soviet satellite countries comes under attack.

      1. Mearsheimer has it right, IMHO,

That’s basically what I’m hearing and now people are trying to cancel him.

but there are key players who escalated EU and NATO expansion

        That was 2015.

  28. Oil just touched $130. You can stick a fork in this economy. It’s finished. The FED has succeeded in blowing the most massive everything bubble imaginable, then Jerome Powell stood up in front of the country for 18 months and watched it all while gaslighting everybody, calling it “transitory” rather than seeing it for what it was. This clown should be sh!tcanned.

  29. Did a drive into L.A. today. Price of regular gas: Lowest (Mobil) $5/gal
Highest (Chevron) $5.70/gal. I paid $5.50 at a Union Oil station. These prices really hurt in a place like L.A. where everybody has to put miles in everyday just to survive.

    Thanks, Brandon.

  30. CDC Director Rochelle Walensky: “Nobody” Predicted Jabs’ Waning Immunity

by Chris Menahan | Information Liberation
    March 7th 2022

“Nobody” predicted that covid shots would have waning immunity, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky told Washington University School of Medicine on Thursday.

    Transcript via Alex Berenson:

I can tell you where I was when the CNN feed came that it was 95 percent effective, the vaccine. So many of us wanted to be hopeful, so many of us wanted to say, okay, this is our ticket out, right, now we’re done. So I think we had perhaps too little caution and too much optimism for some good things that came our way. I really do. I think all of us wanted this to be done.

Nobody said waning, when when you know, oh this vaccine’s going to work. Oh well, maybe it’ll work – (laughs) it’ll wear off.

Nobody said what if the next variant doesn’t, it doesn’t, it’s not as potent against the next variant.

There’s a whole lot to unpack here.

    1. Walensky has no understanding of respiratory viruses or the long history of failed attempts to make vaccines for cold viruses like rhinovirus, RSV and coronavirus.

    2. She refuses to admit her own wrongdoings or take any responsibility and instead passes her failures off onto “all of us” because “we” had “perhaps too little caution and too much optimism.”

    3. Rather than acknowledge the skeptics who predicted these rushed covid “vaccines” wouldn’t work as promised, she just acts like they don’t exist.

    4. She’s finally admitting the “miracle” vaccines she relentlessly shilled no longer work.

    5. She heard the news of the vax being “95% effective” from CNN and (6.) she actually believed it.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky: Too Little Caution and Too Much Optimism…

    1. IMHO, as long as the US is being attacked by a rigged election with a Puppet fake President, fake news with censorship is defrauding the Public, our own borders are being invaded, and Big Pharmacy is killing and causing injury , we have a war going on here.
Until the first amendment is restored , and the sinister agenda of the Great Reset and the destruction of freedoms for a Dictorship that’s just evil is stopped, no war overseas should take place.
Anything the Globalist want is part of a overall plan of slavery of World populations and depopulation can’t be ruled out as part of the agenda.
They are using Medical tyranny and medical fraud as a weapon of destruction, looting and possible genocide.
Nothing can explain the contrived Pandemic , fake testing, and defrauding of Public to take expierment all fake vaccines , than a captured Government by evil forces with evil intent.
      This is the real War.

    2. I can’t see that the “vaccines” ever worked from day one.

Not a single bell curve from any government anywhere showed any deviation from a normal epidemic spread and collapse. Not in places where most people got the jab nor where they didn’t.

      1. Of course the vaccines never worked.

They just wanted to get this gene altering technology that’s one failed science on the market under EUA. .

Firstly the fake vaccines are cheaper to produce . They knew this was not perfected science , and it was one big expierment .
It was a faked Pandemic , with fake tests to justify mass vaccination with fake vaccines that are toxic .
Bribery of Medical system, extortion or threat of job loss and censorship of dispute to pull off these crimes.
They don’t care if the data shows the shots kill and injure a unacceptable amount of people.
They are acting like full speed ahead for their next round of vaccines even produced faster than the warp speed junk produced. Safe and effective vaccines will be repeated by fake news and US President repeatedly . No operative FDA anymore as far as I can see.
My only question about them is if they have a depopulation agenda, or if they just wanted to make a bunch of money , or both.
They aren’t vaccines to me, but they want people to accept this new definition that you have to get shot after shot after shot after shot, for every variant after every varient.

      2. I can’t see that the “vaccines” ever worked

Your definition of worked is different from Big Pharma. Their definition of “worked” was generating an antibody titer and adding to their top line.

  31. The mRNA providers promised promised that the jab would turn our bodies into “vaccine factories”, and that eventually all vaccines would be replaced with mRNA jabs.

I don’t know if it will be available this fall, but if it is I expect healthcare “providers” to cajole us into getting the mRNA flu jab.
